  1. @khalifa There is no point stopping judgement, or thinking. It's easier to become present. I don't even meditate now. I let whatever I want pass me by, then I'm not buying into the illusion. I block out other peoples stories, because others are always attempting to sell us their story. Deprivation? Deprive yourself and deprive others of pinning their identity issues on you. You have watched me fob off insanity on here, people trying to pull me back into their illusiory collective nonsense. Just ignore it. Use judgement as a tool to escape the collective ego. Ignore it. See it as their game of trying to get white to win over black. Their collective game of trying to be humble and pinning their dark side on others to maintain this game of fake humility. This is how victims are created. It cannot be sustained, integrate your blackness, reach for wholeness and then you will naturally stop judging everything because everything is ONE. There is nothing to judge.
  2. @khalifa Dear Khalifa, The reason you judge is because of your conditioned mind. It's broken and sees life as a fragmented object out there distinct to a subject in here. It's an imaginary world that you have been indoctrinated into since birth by the cultivation of an inate skill called language. You imagine there is a you inside your head and that there is a world out there that you must co-operate and negotiate with in order to survive. So you use judgement in order to navigate this imaginary fragmented world. The reason judgement gets worse is through psychological and emotional wounding of the subject. This builds up over time and because humans have not been taught how to regulate their emotions properly the only outlet they have is to judge or blow up emotionally when they don't get their imaginary world confirmed by others. This is also called the "game of black and white". White wants to win at all costs and will try to triumph over black. This is the insanity of the human race. Most people are not even aware that this is a dream, and even people who do become interested in spirituality take spirituality and use it as yet another weapon in playing the game of black vs white.
  3. This is true. The Oneness and the lower self are not two, they are one. Suffering only happens when consciousness identifies purely as a separate subject and loses awareness of the rest of its reality. But "as boundless energy" the lower self is expanded and revealed as the perfect manifestation of the Divine. The Divine has no inherent meaning, that's why abiding as the Divine self is called Liberation. Liberation from enslavement to the seperate self's striving to create some kind of meaning out of nothing.
  4. @MarkusR If I'm an "asshole" in your mind, that's what I am. But I'm not the one living with that in my head, you're the one living with that description. So that's your life. Who am I to take that away from you? The difference between you and I is im not a victim of what I perceive other people's assholeness is. There are no assholes, asshole is a concept you cling to to try to make sense of this experience, or any experience you cannot process. That's basically it in a nutshell. Not sure how many more exercises and examples you need?
  5. @MarkusR Markus, I might not be your friend, but you are my friend. What I would do to get the value is look beyond your immature immediate expectations of being treated like an equal, and surrender to life as it is. This will dramatically raise your levels of wisdom. You are currently idealizing life where you imagine that if you just bargained correctly then everything should fall into place. Life is not like that. Sometimes it's best just to keep your mouth shut and learn from life rather than trying to control it with your anger. Peace Mal
  6. Another person who imagines they know the landscape of my interiors. This is getting quite ridiculous now, and a sad reflection of the psychological immaturity of this forum. This statement you made above, I don't think you really believe this is true. ^ I have no problem with Markus, I'm his friend already. There is a difference between compassion and "idiot compassion". Ken Wilber calls idiot compassion the very thing you are prescribing.
  7. @MarkusR Thanks. That wasn't that hard, was it? Not sure why it took so long for the penny to drop Markus?
  8. I already accept my faults. So you trying to use them against me says a lot about you. You really think your shaming can hurt other people who are OK with themselves and reality? You clearly have had no awakening experience at all, have you?
  9. I reflect your own consciousness back to you. Sorry about that The difference between you and me is I haven't got a problem with it, and I don't hide it behind some care bear fake persona.
  10. The truth comes out at last. Thank you for your honesty. Now, for the second and last time, leave me alone.
  11. It's no game. Your mistake was getting on your high horse in the beginning and then assuming that you could get away with slandering me. I don't talk to people who project their own shadow aspects onto me. I give you back what you put out. It's really that simple. Do you really think I am here to explain my actions to you? Some nobody on the internet who I've never even spoke to before? Get real
  12. By whos standards? And what kind of conversation are you after? To me it looks like you're baiting and then telling me what should be, when reality is staring you in the face, yet you ignore it and disappear into your imagination. Do you think this is good grounds for a reasonable conversation? Throwing moralistic shit and then ignoring reality? And what makes you think I don't have pretty decent conversation other times with more reasonable and less moralizing and shit throwing people? How do you know anything? All you have done is throw crap, tell me what I should be doing, and making assumptions about me and my life. If I wasn't so entertained I'd be off talking to someone else because they are more fun. But you are providing the joke here, so I'm all ears, waiting for you to start to live by your own introjected societal standards of maturity and exhilarating conversation. Be my guest
  13. Oops. I won't make the mistake of speaking to you again then
  14. You're suggesting that you know the consequences of my life over this forum? I already told you that I adopted your stance and it did nothing for me. As soon as I ditched it I started to awaken. You're pretending to know what my life situation is. That's pretty delusional you know that don't you?
  15. Markus. That's your aggressive conscience right there. It's not you, it's something you inherited. This is what I'm talking about. You are demonstrating how an unconscious human being tries to control and shame by playing the supremacy game. It's collective and it's showing your immaturity and where you are at with your development. I have the same going on, so my shit doesn't smell any sweeter than yours, we share the same shadow material. The difference is I can see mine.
  16. @governor Thanks for sharing. It's ok. Nobody is going to give you hassle for asking questions or being yourself, I can promise you that much now. It's when you get to my higher "superior" level of consciousness, that's when the real problems start (Inside joke) Most of us live in our own heads projecting our nonsense onto others, so there is no need to take what they say personally. The people who are worth listening to are the ones who will not judge you anyway. That's what I do!
  17. I don't think you are religious. I see you are moralistic though. Why do you imagine I think "harshly" about anything? I'm talking about the differences between paths and enlightenment. You don't know what my personal views about paths and religion actually are. This is all made up in your head.
  18. And... negativity? I'm actually laughing! This is a walk in the park for me! I'm not aware of any negativity. I'm just glad I've got the opportunity to flex my conversational muscles with a worthy adversary (s). For me there is no negativity when I don't listen to my dualistic thoughts. There is just "this"
  19. Look at you trying to control what people say and don't say. This is the stuff you're projecting from the beginning. Give someone enough rope and they hang themselves.
  20. No particular reason, I'm just interested in what it means to you.
  21. LOL. Mal jumps off the soap box, drops the megaphone and walks off into nothingness
  22. I imagine you are speaking about some religious path? This is all dream related stuff. I don't need a path to tell me how to behave, the opposite actually. I'm more skillfull when I threw away this nonsense. I'm not creating consequences in my life by deciding what is "harsh" and what is "nice".
  23. It's not that you are being a big ego. It's that you are misleading us. You are talking about dualistic moralising that's nothing to do with awakening, enlightenment. Your outlook is a byproduct of looking for a religion that suits your moral needs. That's it. Your insight has no place here. You be better off at the local salvation army selling lollypops for the charity, or Hare Krishna on Oxford Street in London banging your tambourine.
  24. Thanks for posting this as it's a great example of dualistic schizopherinc delusion and double bind. Yes, put them all in the trash can until there is nobody left except except your ego. This is just Buddhist nonsense at its best. PS. Did it "hurt" them as you tossed them in the trash can?
