  1. @Ross Did I not mention it before? The self help industry, and yes that included the spiritual community is a scam. You can solve all your problems by dropping the programming you accepted from these "authorities" and just live intensely in the moment. You will see clearly for yourself that this industry is nothing but nonsense that you never needed. Try it for yourself. But you must be willing to drop the Mooji, RSD, Hulse, Ken Wilber and all the other nonsense that you bought into. You can only do that when you become serious enough. Enjoy the bliss
  2. @Piotr What I bring is I've realised that this website is a hive for showing off knowledge people are not qualified to show off. That's as much as I know, that this site is bollocks. I don't expect you to be conscious of that, but it's a fact. These ideas never helped anybody, talking about enlightenemnt doesn't help because as soon as you conceptualise it you are on here complaining that you can get the state back. That's because you made it a thing to speak of, and you lose energy. It's not a concept, the best thing anyone can do is stay present and not talk about it. Even I know that. Anyway Peter, I don't even read your posts so I can't return the passive aggressive compliment. I advise anybody here looking for progress to drop all ideas and stay present. It's that simple. Take care and all the best
  3. Do you not think picking any tom dick and harry on here and diagnosing them with a YouTube Mooji selection is not dogmatic in itself? Everyone is different and needs different interventions.
  4. These people are showing off their knowledge. Even people who are enlightened would not give you such detailed intellectual knowledge. It goes against enlightenment
  5. Not you. See, you're already getting paranoid listening to this garbage. Don't just accept all energies that are in your personal space. These are very dangerous concepts to play with, and believe me not one person on this forum is qualified to share. They are not conscious, if they were they would realise the can of worms they are opening. "Fools rush in" etc. Stay away from them for your own sake.
  6. You may even have a healthy outlook. If you do this shadow work whos to say you won't create a perpetrator introject? Visit a psychologist for this type of thing,
  7. Someone on here got depersonalisation disorder watching Leo's videos. That is is disorder the person now has to live with for the rest of their lives
  8. Orange, stop listening to this nonsense. Remember what Charlie said abou people being unqualified to help you while they themselves are still wounded. Be warned
  9. What has this got to do with self awareness? This is personal opinions on the characters here. This kind of comments bring nothing to this forum. Nothing wrong with it, bit this is not YouTube.
  10. Thanks for the response. Now a mod will clearly see you're here to troll and nothing more.
  11. This comment has nothing to do with this discussion. Nothing wrong with having an opinion about somebody, just keep it to yourself if it's got nothing to do with self actualisation. Let's stick to raising awareness rather than bashing our own internal representations of others. Thanks
  12. @cloudpusher I wouldn't put too much belief into all these techniques. Test them for yourself, test the person giving you these techniques. You will soon discover how well these techniques have worked for them. You can watch 100 hour long Mooji videos and only have internalised the concept. Nothing will have changed, even after a year of "work" if you press a button and they react they are kidding themselves that they have dissolved the ego. Test reality, don't just buy into the next method for "healing".
  13. I don't want to put a dampner on things, but this excerise of not labelling things is nonsense. You want to be in touch with the consciousness inside you which then sees things accurately. Seeing things accurately, especially of this world, is not to see the magic in them. It's to see them accurately, and accuracy might mean that you see disease and mental illness all around you. If you try to disengage your labelling mind to imagine that everything around you is the Divine then I would put that inside the category of kidding ones self. That sounds like self actualisation, or being perception. Which has got naff all to do with the enlightenment path. Not in my experience anyway. This is just my opinion at the moment.
  14. Yes. Been there done that and bought the t shirt. It's a phase because the work is new and interesting, and there are all these concepts to learn and the promise of something big to come. As I have settled into it I have learned to keep it to myself, and I have a very convincing persona of being normal, while under the surface I am struggling with things, pardigm shifting constantly, I look crazy if I didn't hide it from others. I just would not survive in the world if I was authentic in front of 7 billion inauthentic people who are all all daydreaming their way through life. I remember Ken Wilber once making a distinction between ethics and morals. He said these are two distinct concepts and that ethics is about adjusting to a groups mentality temporarily while you do the work and don't get dragged into putting out fires lit by the crabs in the bucket who want to pull you back into the illusion. I found this really helpful and my therapy helped me a lot in being able to adjust and put over different personas so that I can get on with the real issue of growth. I cannot help you on the relationship thing, on the surface it looks like a disaster trying to find somebody. It reminds me of thatnon-duality dating scene sketch on YouTube. But don't take my word for it, I'm sure you will find somebody who shares your ambition, our karmas or programming are different so I may be subject to a limiting belief about dating. Anyway, here is the sketch, it's hillarious... Enjoy...
