  1. NATO's future is uncertain. Trump is setting new economic terms for the European countries of the military coalition, and also making direct threats like the Greenland comments at the same time. On top of that, the Ukranian war has been a disaster.
  2. I don't mean they want the war to stop in generic, because war is bad. They want it to stop now in the terms the country that has defeated them sets, because any future terms are going to be worse and they've started to grasp they have been used. The terms are no NATO and at this point concede the four territories of the East, in short. The terms were better before, and they will be worse in the future if they continue, plus thousands more dead, mostly on their side. I don't know what you guys think it's happening on the battlefield, but I'll inform you that Russia has been gaining more land and faster as long as the war continues.
  3. Ukrainian people want this to stop, they live in a de facto fascist country now, with the excuse of martial law. Any dissidence with Zelensky and his madness is a prison sentence at best. But that's better than going to a certain death in the grinder of the East. The USA and Europe have attempted to use Ukraine against Russia, this didn't start in 2022. What a shame to use other country's men to try to weaken a rival bigger than them in your place. The chances for negotiations were many, everyone rejected by the West and the clown puppet. Thousands of deaths on both sides, much more on the Ukrainian side, we can see through the propaganda. If there was a chance to win against Russia, Trump would take it too. There is not, there wasn't before either, the blood is in the old man's hands, Biden. This war should not have started, could have ended in 2023, or even last year the latest. So Trump is doing now what any sensitive person would have done sooner, face the reality as it is, and negotiate the peace terms with the winner of the war, which is Russia. The terms are not the same now than a year ago, two years ago, or when the war started, obviously. The Democratic Party is totally highjacked by warmongers, they have outcompeted the Republicans, who are delighted by the situation that only favours them. Another approach is needed, more diplomacy, and competition with other countries making yourself better, not breaking the leg of the competitor, as this ice skater sportswoman did. That's America now, a sportsman who tries to win by breaking the leg of the competitor, instead of training, and being better in the race. Europe is just stupid and bought, there's no better example than what happened with the Nord Stream pipeline, which damaged its economy more than any other including Russia. This was done by the USA, their supposed allies, it wasn't Russia, neither Ukraine.
  4. Don't blame yourself for what Trump is doing. You voted with another expectation, probably based on his words, but now it's time he proves himself for the things he promised and things he does, not you. Observe and learn, that's what you can do about it. Don't be hard about it, it was just one vote. Consider that making mistakes or misjudgments is part of the process too, personally, and collectively.
  5. There have been 1.5 million direct colonizers since the 90s, which means many of them are still alive. That's a lot considering the size and total population of that land. You didn't understand what I wrote, almost half of the total direct colonizers arrived after the 90s, that's factual. That's not the same as half the total population, if that's what you understood, because obviously, these direct colonizers have had children through the years, that's how colonization works. Apart from the systematic violence, the apartheid system, periodical ethnic cleansing, and mass murder campaigns that the Zionists have inflicted on the indigenous people, who are the Palestinians.
  6. Read well, I said mostly from the ex-soviet countries, not all, and I clearly wrote since the 90s. So if it was a million from there, the rest from other countries, and yes, in total, they are close to half of the total colonizers. Above 40%, so they are pretty much alive as said and of course they have had descendants, as the ones that previously went to that place from others, that's how colonizations work. Immigration is something different, people move from one country to another and adapt, keeping an understandable link to their roots. Going somewhere else in mass and changing the name of the country, its flag, and making it an ethnostate for your kind, that pretty much suits the definition of colonization, in short. They could have moved to Palestine, lived there peacefully, and adapt to the laws of there, that would be immigration. But going there murdering and stealing their land, that's colonization to the letter, with periodical ethnic cleansing campaigns, the last one we've just witnessed.
  7. Hamas has paused the hostage exchange until Israel complies with the terms of the ceasefire agreed between them. During the ceasefire, Israel has kept killing unarmed civilians in Gaza daily, in smaller numbers. They've also increased their military presence in the West Bank, killing civilians there too, like they've transferred part of their Gaza troops there, one could deduce. Remember there's no Hamas in the West Bank. These things directly violate the terms of the agreement. They are also not allowing in the aid they agreed to, basic things like tents. They don't want to comply with what they signed. Do they even know what making a deal means? Israel’s communications minister, Shlomo Karhi, has backed Trump’s call to let hell break out in Gaza if all the remaining Israeli captives are not released by Saturday. They cannot even comply with what they signed up for in the first phase. I thought it would take them a bit longer to back in their word, at least until they had all their hostages home. It seems the ceasefire is going to collapse soon. Let hell break out, Trump says, so more genocide, I guess. It didn't last long.
  8. Well, but about half of the total colonizers arrived after the 90s mostly from the ex-Soviet countries like Russia or Ukraine, those are pretty much alive because it's recent. Understandably colonizers that stole the land and homes of the native people by murdering and displacing them have had children born in occupied Palestine, but that's how colonization works. Yet they want to kick Palestinians to Jordan and Egypt, that's the conversation now. But they are not leaving.
  9. Palestinians want to stay and rebuild Gaza, so I guess they thank Trump for his generous real state development offer, but it's a no. An offer done during the visit of Netanyahu, responsible number one of the killing of hundreds of thousands of innocents living in Gaza and the total destruction of their homes, roads, towns and cities. They are not leaving.
  10. Settlers are like the KKK terrorizing black people in the USA 100 years ago. Apartheid state to the letter, he describes in the video that he was afraid even of defending himself because a man in his village spent 18 years in prison just for pushing a settler. A huge number of organized settlers surrounded him and stopped his jeep, one of them threw a huge rock through his window to his head. He lost consciousness, woke up hours later with 80 stitches in his head, and thanks god for being alive. This is Israel, it has been like that since it was born.
  11. Vivek Ramaswamy kicked out from DOGE. Seems that that was not his team.
  12. I'm reading today is the anniversary of the brutal murder of the six-year-old girl Hind Rajab. Not that her life mattered more than the other thousands of children that have been killed, but she has unfortunately become a symbol because the way she died showed so much about Israel, for anyone who still had doubts. The girl was inside a vehicle with her dead family members, she managed to get a phone and ask for help. Palestinian authorities thought there was no way Israel wouldn't allow the rescue of a child. Wrong. They communicated with the IDF and asked permission to rescue the girl giving them her location and informing that they were heading there. The permission was granted and a safe pass given, so two paramedics volunteered to go, their names were Yusuf Zeino and Ahmed Al-Madhoun. The vehicle where Hind was filled with bullets and the ambulance of the paramedics was blown, both of them died too. There are some more examples of Israel's crazy cruel actions last year, like the flour massacre, the just-born twins whose father was registering their names blew up in their homes, the burning camps, the mass graves in the hospitals, the seven Western aid workers, and many I don't remember. Those were the easy ones to document for one reason or another, obviously, thousands of more have happened inadvertently for the public eye. There are also the Israeli civilians' images, contributing as best as they could by stopping aid trucks and destroying food that was heading to Gazans, they wanted to kill them by starvation. Now we see Hamas hostages getting out of their captivity in good health, in contrast with the Palestinian ones that are getting out in deplorable conditions. This all started because Zionists claimed a land for them to occupy by foreigners, which was inhabited and took it by violent ethnic cleansing campaigns of the indigenous people that have been going on for decades. It's not self-defense, it's attack, the Palestinians are defending themselves from these murderers who kill them, and their children, cut their olive trees and their right to develop any livelihood, steal their homes and lands, and have them in apartheid conditions at best in permanent danger of being killed because there's no repercussion at all for their captor's when they do it. This is USA's shame, because they enable it with money and weapons, without them, it just wouldn't be possible.
  13. Good, the last thing they need is to elect a Western puppet like Ukraine did to let NATO in to try to debilitate Russia with a conflict fueled by their meat, I mean men. There's no real good reason for them to be on bad terms with Russia, which is more powerful big neighbor, but it's not only about that. Ukraine wouldn't even have lost Crimea, but it's not their fault, there was a cue, and a total Western destabilization movement that worked. Electing stupid clowns is costly, look at Milei and wait for the second term of Trump, but it's usually an economic price. Ukraine paid a too-high price for electing this cocaine addict shithead, hundreds of thousands of dead men, and 20% of the territory gone.
  14. Yeah, I did in another thread, here they go again. The still images of Obama and others, once seen in motion video, they don't look like the fascist salute anymore. Elon's salute in motion does both times, it's identical.
  15. He associated himself with Nazis with that salute, it means what it means. He can say he is trolling, but these kinds of trolling often have truths underneath, and researching a bit his origins and family history, it quite fits. All neonazis and white supremacists see him as one of them, it was more subtle until now, although his engagement on X was in that spectrum. So what are we supposed to think? That he is not a Nazi? Well... He is the head and face of his companies, Tesla, SpaceX and X, so he represents them and his products. He is also a public servant now, he works for the US government. As a leader, he should think twice of what he does, but the guy seems gone. At this point, I think it's a mix of Asperger's syndrome, compulsive lying disorder, drug use or abuse, and other mental problems like narcissism or main character / god complex. He has money, power, influence, and a large number of followers that defend, and excuse him no matter what he does, that is true.
  16. I'm listening these two guys, I think their conversation belongs in this thread too. They advocate for a one state solution, they autoidentify as Palestinian Jews who want to stay and coexist in peace.
  17. Interview with an Arab Jew from Israel, very critical of Zionism, and what it meant for his real roots. He opposes the usual argument that Arabs kicked Jews from their countries, but that it was something the Zionists wanted, sought, and provoked in every way they could. He also discusses more recent events.
  18. He didn't say any of that, he just did the Nazi salute to the crowd, twice. You're just making things up. People can move however they want and say what they want, but expect backlash. Freedom of speech is not that you say the shit you want and full stop, the second part is that people can oppose those ideas. Even more if they go against the integrity of other people, like racist ideas, and we have so much past evidence of the violence used by those groups. I don't mean ancient history only, but the daily news.
  19. Total Nazi. Can you imagine showing this to the brave American soldiers that gave their lives to fight Nazism in Normandy and all that? They would be so proud of their country. For sure.
  20. This practice should be banned, for the risks to the trainers and caretakers, and for compassion to the animals. Orcas live in the ocean and have their own social groups and dynamics. Pools are in no way adequate for them to live, they are lifelong water prison cells, and they shouldn't be our sea clowns. Awful.
  21. This is for trying to outcompete Republicans on the right. They handed such an easy opportunity to Trump, and he took it. Two opportunities, with the ceasefire getting done too.
  22. Gaza is still an open-air prison surrounded by the IDF, Hamas still exists, and it won't be in shortage of recruits after all that happened. The mutual hate has multiplied. Anything will trigger the other, it's a volatile situation.
  23. Nah, veganism is not expensive. The only required supplement is B12, which is incredibly cheap. It's so cheap, that it's included in every farm animal feed, which is where non-vengans obtain it too secondhand. Our health is fine, thank you for your concern, guys. Whatever they charge us more for a plant-based milk, which doesn't get as large subsidies as cow milk, we make it up by not buying one of the most expensive items in the basket, which is meat, also very heavily subsidized. The talked meat alternatives are in pair in cost to meat, and it's not something most vegans eat in excess anyway, I don't, but as treats here and there. Most vegans, including myself, do it mostly for the animals, it's an unnecessary slaughter nowadays.
