I had an argument on phone two days back, I may get a call tomm, I want time to absorb all the feelings, I am crying

I am out of my home for couple of days, the place i am living is noisy , I find it hard to be fully focused on my studies, someone suggest me , how to cope up I cannot change place, only thing i can do is change me

some one suggest me some guided meditation videos, I wanna share my experience, i was doing meditation today, all of sudden i could see light ( my eyes were closed) but then it vanished after sometime, not sure for how man minutes i could see the light , what was that , and rest of meditation i was looking for same light along with midful breathing

To relinquish judgment does not mean that you do not recognize dysfunction and unconsciousness when you see it. It means "being the knowing" rather than being judged . this is very powerful line i read from a book " power of now" I want to have an practical example , and how to implement this, because i wanna learn it, I dont want to judge at the same time i wanna aware of dysfunction going on , someone help me here

I am kind of becoming addicted to read self help/self development books, after finishing one book , i need another , so and so , if i want a book , I would do every possible effort to get it , and if I love the book i am reading , i will read whole day , ignoring my studies , how to deal with this, I am just in initial phase of self development , every thing comes my way looks so beautiful , I am aware I am getting attached to it , how to deal ?

I can stay brainiac , no matter what i always found one good motivation to study and go with career. but i cannot keep myself motivated to stay beautiful , someone help learing the positive motivation to stay beautiful

I want to discuss , that while i am reading or, doing other task like eating , drinking, even talking, I concentrate on breathing, I am doing it whole day , ( basically practicing being in the moment ) ?? but sometimes in between my focus is distracted , I shift my focus from breathing to that task completely , ? hw to be simultaneously being in present moment and do analytical work at same time If you need to use your mind for a specific purpose, use it in conjunction with your inner body. Only if you are able to be conscious without thought can you use your mind creatively, and the easiest way to enter that state is through your body. Whenever an answer, a solution, or a creative idea is needed, stop thinking for a moment by focusing attention on your inner energy field. Become aware of the stillness. When you resume thinking, it will be fresh and creative. In any thought activity, make it a habit to go back and forth every few minutes or so between thinking and an inner kind of listening, an inner stillness. We could say: don't just think with your head, think with your whole body. I need an exercise like this , I want to understand this concept fully some one help me here ,

I am still studying , and not making money , my goal is to be financially stable so i can work more on personal development , which can be affording to go to seminar, (thank God we have free content on internet ) , which have saved me , I love my profession now, But getting into that profession was a negative motivation , thats why i am having problem sitting down and work so hard that all those knowledge become part of my subconscious , because deep down my brain was trained that way , I beat myself up to get into that profession , and one day i realise i cannot be successful in long run also in Leo's video on positive vs negative motivation opened my eyes, so I have a question , though i get into that proefession through negative motivation, but on long run i wanna be poisitive motivating doing my professional work

I was watching video of self esteem , I have question how to develop practice of self assertive , I lack it compare to rest of five pillars , truly speaking i want to be 10/10 in self efficacy and self respect , which i am admiting right now i am not , what should i do every day for myself to develop self esteem

Hi , focus on your exam right now , after that take some break to clearly think how to proceed with your life , don't rush in some decision specially if its career ,life purpose , I went university and I passed with flying colors , I am studying further to get masters , for me to get into university was negative motivation , but not my masters , in search of my purpose , I keep on going , no matter what , now when i study its not for grades its for knowledge, so i study extra books , which may or may not be related to my field, but i feel well developed , One more thing, don't get attachment with just one idea eg.economics etc , be open and see , in one of Leo's video he mentioned that , taste , so after exam, go out and taste whatever comes your way ,and do meditation to have clear mind to see what you actually want, truly speaking i am not against university or higher education All the best
