many times i have said this here, forget about a practice of meditation, for most it goes no place, instead do this and dont make it a practice, just do it, and often. be still and quiet and experience the life force within you deeper and deeper, you will awaken a master in there, work at functioning in the present moment and i mean in a real way, completely present, completely aware, until there is nothing but the moment, that will take you to the deeper part of yourself, and this can only happen if there is enough desire present within your for liberation from the human identity and its issues. if your desire for liberation is not sufficient to take you there, then practice meditation and do personal growth work until you are ready for real liberation. -
and all things shall pass, the answer is inside of you, keep going, see yourself becoming what you want to be and focus on that, and do every little thing you can to make it come true. if you dont give up you will succeed, you are a winner already and maybe just havent realized it already.

the biggest thing is dont give up, stay with the work, and believe in yourself. now is the hardest time because you think you are not making progress, but you are, and the ego would convince you that you are failing,, see yourself as what you want to become, and keep going, dont look back, defeat is waiting for you to look back, look deep inside of yourself and find the desire to be free that will sustain you. it took you a very long time to get where you are, and now you are not happy with it, change doesnt come overnight or sometimes even in a month or two, but those who can stick, win. stop doubting and just do it.

often when someone is about to leave the body, they will experience this vibration or buzzing in their ears or head even, and sleep paralysis is a part of that process, there is nothing to fear from it, some people can have out of body experiences at will, the question you ask, what is experiencing this, is a good question, something to contemplate, if you want my honest opinion don't spend a lot of focus on ego, let it be, and instead spend more time with the question what is experiencing all of this and where am i with it. try to experience the deeper real part of yourself more and more. everyone has moments of oneness with the self and sometimes often, the ideal is to make that ones a way of life. i have observed your text for some time now, and i know you are having experiences and that is a good thing, but dont let the experiences take you down a road away from the main objective, and that is to discover and be one with the life force within you, this is more important that all the rest. Personally i think you are doing a great job, dont let anyone discourage you, and if your husband isnt receptive, it might be best to not discuss certain things with him for the time being and just continue to do your work on yourself. the real key to all of what you are going to go through is this, you can struggle with everything as a human identity or you can become the real you, where there is no struggle. functioning as the self brings peace, joy and a reason for being here and doing what we do, but its a lot different that doing it as a human identity, an example of that is love, the human identity performs acts of love to satisfy the ego, but when functioning as the self you are love, it is a state of being and it is that state of being that is our home and what we seek.

first i would like to hear what you think reality is, where it can be found and how you would obtain it, this is related to the topic subject you created for now.

you become the observer not the observed, you monitor your feelings, thoughts, actions, intention behind the actions before committing to them, you consider the consequence of your actions for short term and long term for yourself and the others that the actions will be taken with, monitor your words, and the effect they have on everything else, now the good part is when you are one with the life force within you , this will pretty much be automatic and wont require a lot of thinking.

self realized have already overcome death while still living there is no such thing as death to them. death is just a thought in your mind. however it does matter in what state you leave the body, either as a liberated being, or as a unconscious functioning human identity with lots of quantum memory to deal with after leaving the body.- 36 replies

some are able to project their consciousness beyond themselves, this is a good way of learning to experience the real part of oneself, start by laying down and being still, and concentrate, it takes an act of will, to will yourself out of the physical body, but with practice your consciousness can leave your body and turn around and look at your physical body, and with continued practice you can begin to move beyond to other places. once you are outside of the physical body and can turn and see your physical body, you are experiencing your core being. Doing this does not mean you have attained enlightenment and i want to make that clear because there is more to enlightenment than just this, however it is an important part of being enlightened as it give you an idea of what it is like to function as a being of consciousness, the consciousness itself has to awaken to certain degrees before enlightenment can happen, even if you practice this and are able to do it easily. This is a good practice to experience the core of your being and it could quicken the awakening process but it in itself does not mean you are self realized by simply being able to do this.

linas there is some truth in your statement, boys are not interested in enlightenment, and rightfully so, unless you were raised in an eastern country where it is normal for children to be taught more spiritual things as children. so as boys you can enjoy yourself and sow your seeds and reap the consequences until you are forced to wake up

that comes from growth, inner growth, and others may still see what you are saying as exercising your ego, so once you are able to do that you may have to pick and choose who you share with, or you will have to listen to someone who thinks it is your ego doing it. if you look carefully here on the forum you will see occasionally someone's ego gets hurt and they can't control themselves. and when you are in a public forum some take what you have to say to mean whats in their head or what they believe, so there is no easy answer to your problem except personal growth and then be a little careful who you are talking to and in a public forum just have a thicker skin for the foolish and unconscious functioning identities

if the stars rose 51 seconds late every year, how much would the star signs be on now from the time they began talking about them ?
-
your quantum memory and the unfulfilled desires of whatever previous existence you had is what brought you back here.
-
there are no stages to enlightenment, there will be stages to your growth and your awakening but that has nothing to do with enlightenment.
-
no everyone isnt enlightened, 99.99999% of humans have no idea what enlightenment is
-
there is no flaw i said enlightened beings dont get sucked back into the illusion, if i thought i was wrong i would have kept my mouth shut,
-
and how would you know you have never been enlightened
-
enlightened beings dont get sucked back into the illusions
-
you never had an enlightenment experience, that i know for a fact, and you arent contributing anything of any value now, just creating more nonsense for the forum and for what reason?
-
maybe the comments sound stupid to you because you are acting like an unconscious human identity , and i dont really expect any better from unconscious human identities.

my pleasure

enlightenment should not be sought as a goal, you wont get there that way, i already been through what most on this forum are going to have to go through in life, and i have learned a lot, enlightenment requires a shift from the human being to the being of consciousness, most are not going to understand that, until after they experience the change, so what i learned, is this if you want to save possibly thousands of lifetimes of searching, pain and misery, you go straight to the heart of a thing, to become a being of consciousness, you have to function as and from consciousness rather than as a human being, the shortest way i know to get that done is this, spend time being still, being quiet, and experience the deeper real part of you that is giving your body life, it is consciousness. go deeper and deeper until you are that, one practice that can help that is to practice being in the moment of life, present aware, conscious, where nothing else exist but that moment. this is the keys that unlocks the door to enlightenment or self realization. Dont even make it a meditation, dont even see it as a practice, just do it to experience something deeper about yourself, keep it simple and dont complicate it with a lot of thinking.

dont be sorry i was just curious

maybe you better figure out what my question was, had nothing to do with a video, do you not understand english, you said: Why do you have such a strong tendency to start an argument in every thread you enter? I'm asking you to ask yourself, not because I want an answer, this is a very ignorant statement.

i suspect you will change your ideas about this before it is over, choice for 99.9999999 % of humans is only an illusion, and so is free will. -
do you think you should kill someone, rob someone, just so you will have the experience of it? what constructive about taking drugs? do you have any idea how many people's lives are screwed up because of drugs, and they never really meant for it to be that way?
