most humans are alone with a boy friend, husband, wife, girlfriend. just because you get a man doesnt mean you will be happy, or not alone. No more capable than most men are and especially younger men, most of the women they get involved with they hurt in one or many ways and the woman is left most often to raise the kids by themselves are remarry another man. If your reason for having a boy friend is to not be alone, then it will be a mistake, you dont need a man to feel secure or happy, talk to the women who can be honest and tell you what they have been through with foolish and immature men and then decide if you want to be one of them, Religion is a system of slavery, control, if you intend on having a career, i would focus on that, gain your independence, make a life for yourself, and put men on the back burner for now, at least until you are wise enough to see through men and know for sure what is lurking behind that mask, that is unless being a housewife with kids is your dream, Mary i am a man, been there done it and know men better than they know themselves, this is coming from experience not just an opinion about men, and im sure most men wont like this but reality isnt always sweet.

you are trying to rationalize these concepts, you are forming beliefs out of them, instead of making a simple thing complex, you need to be and function as the I and not the ficticious identity that the I created.

why are you trying to locate (yourself) in your head and behind your eyes, your physical body is a replication of consciousness, instead of trying to pin the real self to this third eye teaching, maybe you should begin to experience the whole of consciousness that created your physical body,

first understand that calming the mind doesnt work because of all the nonsense rooted in your consciousness, so what is the solution , you have to focus on something that will take you away from all those thoughts, and something that will bring peace, liberation from the nonsense that has rooted in your consciousness will be the hardest, easiest thing you have ever done, it will be the hardest because you will search the world over and listen to many wannebe gurus that have the solution, you will work at personal growth, many different teachers, most travel many paths, and journeys that take lifetimes until you figure out that none of it works to liberate you. and if you are lucky one day you may experience liberation and then you will realize how simple it could have been, because you was looking in the wrong place for it.

you are attached to the pain body, any idea how long it took to do that?, becoming unattached wont happen for most, but it can be done, the more time you spend with pain the more it grows, maybe your focus should be on the part of you that doesnt suffer, spend your time there instead of with pain. and the pain will slowly dissolve.

as long as you live and function as the human identity, negative emotions will always be there to overcome, as well as all the other human issues that appear here on this site daily. one can become the best human being they can, and some do but they still function as the identity, the identity will never be liberated, only the real you can become liberated from the identity, then problems solved.

you are not secure within yourself, when speaking before many people, where is what you are speaking about coming from, if you are secure within yourself and you speak with some measure of authority and experience, with passion, you can talk to the world, meet people, go to interviews with no problem, and if you are only going to function as the human identity, the ego will keep you humble by making you insecure and fearful

the condition of our physical body, is dependent on the condition of your own consciousness, your physical body is a replication of your consciousness, all sickness and disease begins in consciousness before it is reproduced in the physical body, most healing work done is done on the physical body while the real cure for the root cause of the illness goes untouched and often the sickness and disease reappears in a new form. a healthy body requires a healthy consciousness.

your physical body and your brain works only because of consciousness, consciousness is the ground of all being, all matter is created from consciousness, you dont understand consciousness as of yet but dont feel badly, only a handful of people who are alive today do, contemplate your own consciousness as much as you can, and if you want to read other books begin a study of quantum physics.
