the consciousness that possesses the body you are using, created it, to play this existence in, it existed before the body and will exist after the body ceases to function. the consciousness became lost in the identity being that it created, programing, false beliefs, warped perceptions from all of that took hold, along with the desires of the physical body and it functions as an unconscious human being controlled by all those things. That same consciousness (may) at some point begin to realize what it has done to itself, and will begin to awaken. The more consciousness awakens the more liberation it will seek from the identity, ego, programing, false belief and will seek its original state of being. That original state of being is pure consciousness. When the consciousness awakens enough to become self realized it experiences life from consciousness and not the identity body. Actually there is felt a little disconnect from the identity body when functioning as consciousness which allows the beingness to function, in each moment of life in a conscious, present, aware state of being where life and reality can exist and be experienced. Truth and reality can never exist in the fictitious identity, therefore one must take up their original state of being to experience it. Often the transition is not completely realized for a bit, but one will begin to recognize that they are experiencing life from what seems as a different place, a whole new way of feeling and seeing things, when this realization happens, self realization has occurred and the human being has transitioned to being a being of consciousness functioning from consciousness rather than the identity it thought it was before the awakening.

you said: So, back to the original point. If our perception changes so that we no longer see a problem, then there is no problem and no action necessarily needs to be taken. It's not that we're deluding ourselves that there isn't a problem. There really isn't. Because problems do not exist in reality. Reality doesn't care if you have money or not. Or if you live or die. That's just reality being reality. It's neutral. Problems only exist within your own perception of reality - a perception that is formed by reference to your own agenda, and your own beliefs, values and experiences. Any problem is purely your own problem, within your mind. And is entirely relative to your agenda, beliefs, values, expectations and experience. This is a very good and important statement, it took a long long time to reach the place of knowing and experiencing this.

well at least you appear to be honest about your intentions, and if that is true why are you still here? I didnt come here to seek help with personal growth or self realization, i have accomplished that in my own life, i just come to offer what i have learned to those who do have a desire to grow outside of the religious fanaticism and newageism. This site has some good people here, people that are growing, and awakening, but the number that actually become self realized will be few and far between, mainly because of their own programing and false belief systems at least for some time to come. The terms meditation, spiritiual, enlightenment means nothing to me its just terms, and they have been misused and abused until they mean very little. Yes this forum is primarily for personal growth, and it should remain that way or it will dissolve into nothing but nonsense. Many years ago i made personal growth a priority, i did work for myself, but money wasnt the driving factor, and i used much of it to help others that couldn't help themselves, it was the personal growth that i sought. I spent a great deal of time with others in my work and everyday life to show them where possible, the changes i had gone through in my life and growth and how it had helped me, in saying that, i'm saying this, by seeking to understand myself, and the world around me, and seeking the highest version of myself that i could at any time, brought what i needed to me in everyday life. I used a great deal of what i worked for to help others but i have never been in a place of need, consciousness has guided, educated, given me peace, joy and security in knowing who and what i am and the realities of life, the world, universe around me. If the desire isn't there for personal growth, and the objective is to gain more in the physical world it will all be in vain and at some point, the pain and misery created by the identity seeking to satisfy the flesh and ego will take its toll on you and everyone else around you. I understand your desire for financial freedom, but if you experience the real you it can give you what you need for liberation and lead you to what you need in life and it will be much more enjoyable life. Money and material things are nothing compared to being a liberated being. There is a writing that says, Seek ye first the kingdom of god and all things will be added unto you. Now let me say, i am not a god believer, and i am not religious or newage, but the statement had a higher esoteric meaning and this is what i am trying to say to you, find yourself and everything else will be taken care of here in the body and out of the body. Always being honest with yourself will carry you a long ways, good luck with your journey.

and what do you think he is doing now may i ask

what would Leo becoming a master yogi do for you jevin?

it sounds more like its the identity attempting to justify where you as the identity are. you said: I don't strive to make much money because I know there are so many unfortunate poor people out there and as long as I can get by I'm fine with that - extreme I know, When i was working i came face to face with people who were slipping through the cracks of life. I could have said oh well, there is many unfortunate people out there and went on my way. But there was something inside of me that was asking a question and that question was ( what is really important here) sometimes i would spend several hours with someone to help them understand the problem they were facing, sometimes they had no means to help themselves at all, had been abandoned by everyone to basically die, i could have said oh well there are many unfortunate people out there and i cant save them all and went on my way, but again there was this question that kept coming from within ( what is really important here) are you going on your way and enjoy life or reach out a hand and pull that person back from being lost and sometimes even taking their life. Two times that i chose to attempt to save someone knowing it could cost me my life, and it almost did one of those two times, but i trusted that little voice inside of myself that said, this is the right thing to do, you are fine and went on. For 22 years i took care of a disabled lady who had been abandoned by family and friends, for for several years, had to do most everything for her, and now that she is completely disabled and has to be looked after by nurses in a place where they can, i take care of her dog, but he is a very special dog, Im not saying this for praise, or recognition, but to give you examples of how consciousness can work in your life. For many years i have been able to choose what i do, in a way that no longer brings consequences and keeps me in liberation. Liberation is what consciousness seeks when it awakens from the dream. you said: I don't contribute to conversation much because I think people deserve to speak more than me. Maybe this is because you have nothing of value to give to them right now, you said: I don't express myself because I don't feel like I deserve to be seen or heard how I'd like to. this is because you are functioning as an insecure human identity. When you experience the real you it will create some passion in your life that will enable you to do things that you couldn't do before. you said: I don't feel like I deserve a special life because nobody around me is leading a special life. this is because you don't understand or have the knowledge of who you are they really are. When you fully awaken and become self realized you will know you are the creative power of this universe. you said: I don't know how this all came about in my life - but just telling myself I deserve this. That I can be selfish - is helping a great deal. my question is how is you feeling that you deserve to be selfish, helping you a great deal, what is actually being helped here, it is the fictitious identity that is feeling this and right now it feels good to you. you said: Am I on the right path? Is this a true realisation? I am going to be completely honest with you here. Now i am sure you will have many say that this is part of some path that you are on, that it is just part of your growing up, or part of personal growth, and yes that may be to some extent, but i dont tend to tell people things that encourage their behavior when it is not constructive to them or others, I used to be like you are now when i functioned as the identity but i didnt know then that all the bs i thought i knew was only bs because i knew nothing about my real being, now i know better, so i would say to you, you can call anything a true realization but what does that mean and in relation to what. What you are experiencing is ideas and thoughts of the identity, ego and desires of the flesh and that feels good to you because that is all you know right now. When your consciousness begins to awaken more, your ideas about this may take a serious change in direction. This is not intended to be a criticism of you or what you are doing, it is an attempt to help you see some things from another place of being and if you have the ability to contemplate these things, something will arise from your own consciousness because of it.

when i began to function as a being of consciousness, everyone thought i had a funny mindset and most still do. Most of my existence now is spent in the space of consciousness and not the identity. It is very rare now that i allow myself to do anything as the identity, and if it should happen i am completely aware and in control as consciousness, not the identity, but even then there has to be a purpose for it. this is what self realization is all about, its about functioning as a being of consciousness. when i write or speak to groups or individuals on matters of personal growth it is done as consciousness not functioning as identity, but those in identity are not going to (get it) until they experience transition for the most part.

it isnt the ego that is the issue, its the fictitious identity, that your consciousness has become lost in, it may begin to awaken to that at some point and if the awakening continues it will bring some change to the way the identity functions.

Is it toxic only because you see it as toxic? it is toxic when others respond to things as a reaction generally from an emotional state or having expectations of others, that should not exist, all anyone had to do was simply ignore, and it didnt exist, those who reacted should examine why they did.

i want to offer you an idea to consider. the sole purpose of meditation is to be one with the life source within yourself, nothing more, nothing less. If your consciousness has begun to awaken, then it is giving you thoughts and ideas out of the norm, when you take those and contemplate them they expand within your own consciousness and change takes place more and more, so to be still, be quiet within and be one with the life source within yourself is the key to your own liberation, which is what consciousness is or may be seeking at some point. Your consciousness created the body you now exist in, it became lost in the identity that it thinks it is, for some an awakening begins to happen by the consciousness, Many become trapped in religious and newage nonsense, this hinders the awakening, if it is possible for you, begin to drop your belief system, examine what you believe and why, and understand that belief is never real, it only creates a prison for your mind. Begin to examine your programing that you have been programed with since birth, these two things are controlling everything that you do, think, feel, say, is it real or just something you have been taught or believe, all you have to do is just drop it, stop believing. Once thoroughly awakened belief is not an option. Truth and reality of anything can only be had within consciousness itself when functioning as a being of consciousness, your identity will never experience reality or truth, the identity can only experience programing and belief. It is not some teaching, theory, or practice, or guru that consciousness is seeking once awakened, it is seeking liberation from all that it has become entangled with.

i do understand how you feel, when you have experienced self realization, and you try to define it to others it is hard, and it seems boring, most often to most, but what i do is try to cut out the practices, theories, journeys, paths, levels and point directly to the destination of self realization and how to get there. I dont think i will be here too long, because you can only say things so many times before it becomes boring to those around you, and it even becomes boring to the one saying it because they already have the experience, but when it is your living experience you have a passion for it, and as much as you want to give it to others, it all hinges on their own consciousness awakening. It is confusing to many when you talk about becoming a being of consciousness, they dont get it because they are still the identity. They cant understand the shift that one goes through and experiences of someone who is self realized until they have the same experience. So i just put out there what comes from consciousness, until its time to move on. I am just about at the point where i am going to leave the internet for good, it is a huge distraction, i stopped watching tv 15 years ago, and now i feel like the net is another thorn in the side at this point. I have given most of my life to others and i want to experience some solitude and peace with my dog now. wishing you the best

but saarah, thats where its at moving from the identity to functioning as a being of consciousness,

you are right, i had a number of communications with ant, he challenged me, l loved it, it gave me a chance to challenge him. I never thought he was rude or got out of hand with me, but then i think ant knew that there was more to me than just functioning as an identity. I didnt know he had been censored.

how you perceive another person, and what they do, has a huge affect on things, for example someone could say something to you that wasnt nice, you can react to it emotionally or you can see what they are and where they are and not play into the game, and it has no affect on you.
-
if you watch his videos he has shown you more traps than you can deal with now. As for the forum, the consciousness of those here are awakening or still believe they are the identity, if they believe they are the identity, its going to be difficult for them to hear someone who isn't so there is no harm in what goes on here, you are ready for it or you ain't, now if you function solely from the identity, with programing and false belief, you can only give out what you believe, and that will be more programing and false belief, so in the final conclusion those who are awakening are growing, those who function as the identity are still trapped but hopefully somewhere in all of this that it affects the consciousness of many for the greater good.

my question to you is , what is the matrix in your mind. When you say Leo must come inside the matrix to help people out, how do you know that? where did this idea come from? You are stuck in the matrix right now, so how do you know what it would be like outside the matrix? if you are in the matrix how do you know he would have to come into the matrix with you to help people? If you are honest with me and yourself, you cant answer these questions, because you are still in the matrix, right ?
-
your core values are based on the identity, its ego, and desires what do you consider an authentic life to be? Do you really think that the identity can choose to go all in enlightenment as you put it? you are the paradox, man whatever will be will be, that makes the identity and ego feel great. the real issue here is that your consciousness hasn't awakened from the dream that it created to play in.
-
consciousness created the identity body to experience this illusion we call life. Everything the identity experiences is nothing more than an illusion or dream, no reality there.
-
that is what matters
-
truth is reality, both are the same, they both exist in the same place, neither are experienced by the identity.
-
if you had you wouldnt be telling me that it doesnt exist
-
and maybe you have never experienced it, did you ever consider that possibility.
