would you explain by what you mean about reality being consistent, what is reality, where can it be found, how does one access it,

forget about the idea of meditation, take some time to just be quiet and still and focus on the source of life that is possessing your body and keeping it alive, do nothing else, dont even try to spend long periods of time, short periods is enough. other times when you are more active, begin to question yourself about the life that you are, begin to contemplate things like, how did i get here, did i exist before this body, what is this source of life within me, things like that but do it at other times and dont apply your beliefs to any of it, just be open for answers that can and will come from consciousness and will reveal much to you if you can remain open. Stay with it for a while, just focusing on the life source within you will cause something to begin to change for you.

human identities with egos need love, when one becomes self realized, love is a state of being, and they no longer need love from others, and since they are in a state of being of love, it cant be anything other than unconditional. For the young and the old the humanity identity will always have lots of problems for you to concern yourself with, the only solution is to step out of the identity body and become self realized, being of consciousness. And i know at this point you are not ready for this but look inside more and more, the answer to your problems is there.

when you become self realized you will see through all the crap, and that behind the masks, you will instantly know what others are doing and what their intention is, you will know what they are going to do, you will know them by just observing them, reading their writing, listening to them they will reveal everything to you, and the reason is because your level of consciousness is higher. Other people will be like an open book to you, and yes it will be harder to find a woman that you can be one with. and for the record a lot of men need a woman to fill the gaping holes in their ego too, but generally its the woman that gets the raw end of the deal when dealing with a human identity pretending to be a man.

the change has to take place inside of you. Many people who have created a lot of sickness and disease run to the doctor to get a cure, the doctor gives the patient a pill to treat a symptom, all the while the real problem isn't in the physical body, the disease or illness began because of what was rooted in consciousness, when you are dealing with symptoms there is never a cure, it just moves from one thing to another, to affect a cure one must do it in consciousness, the healing must take place there before one can be healed. all sickness and disease is self created, just like the other problems that you are now trying to face, you may be able to forced yourself to do something but it may come back in another form. Get to know yourself better, the real part of you, and real change can begin to create something better.

when you live in the moment in a conscious, present state of being, all those things are accounted for

that is where i live and function from, and there is no belief there

belief comes about when the human identity, doesnt know but listens to others opinions, others works, and their own speculation about things that they know nothing about, so they form these ideas about what something is, and they accept it and it actually becomes programed within consciousness , as beliefs. Beliefs create a wall that most wont be able to climb over.

i dont believe anything, belief is nothing more than an assumption of knowledge, it is never real.

The EGO is nothing more than your programing, that you have programed into your consciousness, and what you have allowed to be programed there, it is also your false belief system, all belief is false, it is the warped perception of most everything that the human identity holds and add to that the desires of the identity body, this is what ego is, and all that controls the decision making process and eliminates the ability to freely choose by the human identity, it controls everything that is seen, felt, heard, spoken and actions. The only solution to overcome the ego, is self realization.

function in the moment of now, as a conscious being, present, fully aware in the moment of life and you won't miss anything of value that you will ever need to complete this existence. This is where it all happens, question is how many are really there when it happens. When you are absent from the moment, there is only consequences to follow most often and ones destiny is being controlled by other things.

psychedelics and enlightenment should not be in the same discussion together, In my lifetime i have studied from many masters and sages, and not one of them promote the use of drugs for enlightenment. Altering your state of consciousness is not the way to attain self realization, first of all how do you know where what you are experiencing is really coming from and why, can can you really trust what you are experiencing being you are not in a clear state state of consciousness but rather an altered one. Anyone attaining self realization will do it without drugs and will want to remain in a state of clarity. The use of drugs is like dreams, too many people put too much stock in their dreams and have no idea where what they dreamed really came from and why they dreamed it. The human identity dreams because it is the dream and often it needs drugs to cope with the dream. This line of thinking won't popular with those who like to use psychedelics and most human identities, many of which needs some kind of drug to cope with what they have created unconsciously.

i hate to be the one to tell you but you dont know about enlightenment or meditation, you just have a belief about it. forget this nothingness business, did you really expect to become self realized in two weeks. It is pointless because you dont understand it and if its pointless to you then it is because you have no desire for it. Based on what i have read from your text, your life is a mess, and honestly i don't think you are ready to except help for it from anyone because of your own belief system and a lack of desire to change.

the secret is to let everything you do be a meditation.
