  1. @Leo Gura I find it quite relaxing and amusing to see how open minded you are starting to become over the years. Been listening to you for nearly 3 years and would've never imagined you to end up talking about paranormal phenomenal, gypsys and such. Well that makes sense as it was prior to your enlightenment journey. I'm diggin it tho and curious to what the future may bring. Keep at it, full force!
  2. @ULFBERHT As soon as I've slowly gotten ridden of my perception of enlightenment things have started to become smoother. More happiness and fulfillment just within this framework of body. I'd recommend try getting off the internet or stop reading anything on enlightenment for 3 weeks. Just be wherever you are at, and enjoy what is right in front of you. See how that feels afterwards.
  3. @WaveInTheOcean Thoroughly enjoyed the video, thanks.
  4. @John Look up a vipassana center near your location and sign up and give it a shot. It's the right place where one can meditate 10hrs for 10days.
  5. @Leo Gura Yeah it sounded more striking and faster than an Om. Up to about 450bpm and a noticeable pressure on my forehead like it's been wayy activated. This was more noticeable on aya the day after. Since it was a much slower for it to come up. As the buzzing got louder the more intense the trip would get. This happened in waves on aya from sober to tripping, sober to tripping from soft, medium, to hard and challenging as it went. I asked the toad shaman if it's okay to do aya the day after 5meo and he says yes you will see a "bit" of the toad. Let me tell you it wasn't just a bit. Wish I'd known this earlier or was more mentally prepared. When the aya session began I sat down and drank the brew. As soon as I started to hear the subtle buzzing noise within the first 20 min I knew some shit was going to go down. Knew this was only happening to me as others were still getting comfortable at their seat. Now this shit was what a warrior would call a journey haha ?
  6. @Leo Gura Some say it's the sound of the Universe or God, the "Om." Or that your brain is running on hyperdrive and the nerves are firing off at a fast rate. After the experience all I wanted to do was to run around like a child and hug others and just love the shit out of them only because for that short moment there were no others.
  7. I'd enjoy this one as well.
  8. @Leo Gura It's been about 7 months now and I still get dreams where I feel like I'm back in it. Whenever I do have them I wake up feeling more refreshed than usual. It may be dmt being dumped from my pineal gland. Like a dam being broken. I am there whenever I listen to these audios especially because of the Octavio's chantings. ^the buzzing around 1:30... https://m.soundcloud.com/octavio-rettig-hinojosa/derritiendo-las-cadenas Do you believe seeing under the 5meo is identical to nondual awareness?
  9. @wpw I posted the link above, my first post on here which may have the book you are looking for.
  10. @cirkussmile I've had the experience to try ayahuasca, dmt, 5meodmt and I can say that they have all done their fair share of mind opening. To me, ayahuasca was a 6 hour long version of the 5meodmt, I think mainly because I did aya the day after the 5meo. It was a living hell for myself until I was basically forced to surrender and die. After that it was...
  11. Kind of figured Leo was talking about 5meoDMT. I had the opportunity to smoke this substance in Panama under the guidance of Octavio Rettig, a shaman from Mexico who has the legal works to obtain and use this substance to help others get out of serious addictions or for the sake of a spiritual experience. Octavio has been working with this substance for some time now and has just recently released his book. The experience is a direct way to the Source itself. I remember losing physical consciousness within seconds but still being aware of what was occurring within me. Bending inwards and outwards through consciousness to what seemed impossible was possible beyond the mind. I remember opening my eyes and seeing people standing around just watching me. It felt as if everyone around me was thinking "duhhh, well about time your back home." Like if they knew all along and I was the last to find out. Octavio then says "say hello to your brothers and sisters.." Total realization and in complete awe. Strange and beyond any dream comprehensible, and that is Reality. Btw I haven't watched Leo's new video on this yet but will tomorrow.
  12. @BeginnerActualizer Go try out your local town's float tanks and buy a session. Or, eat a few grams (>2g) of mushrooms. It should inspire you
  13. Living and breathing from the inside out rather than from outside in. Saying things whether someone heard you or not. Meditation helps calm your mind. Be as comfortable as at home but in out in other situations. Be at ease and flow like a child.
  14. These are the ingredients, Sugar, Fructose, Citric Acid (provides tartness), contains less than 2% of Natural Flavor, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Maltodextrin, Calcium Phosphate (prevents caking), Guar and Xanthan Gums (Provide Body), Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Artificial Color, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, BHA (to help protect flavor). Not the healthiest option, you could replace it easily with something else. I would avoid the fructose sugar.
  15. @randombodymind Shinzen young is a master on the technique of Vipassana. Youtube him.
  16. How is your day to day now from post Mushroom experience? How "you" doin?
  17. Sure it's easy to connect with others that are not in the same path. Doesn't mean you'll be life long friends though. If you find something interesting other than self-actualization work such hobbies like say, sky diving, scuba diving, sailing, archery, you are bound to find others that love them as well. Sure sometimes, but I kind of see it as everybody is on the path of finding who they really are whether they know it or not. All is part of the psychological evolution. It's just many millions of different doors but ultimately to the same room. Yes there is a desire but a desire to connect with Being in someone else. Before, it was alot of ego that attracted the individual and it was a big ego game, who can do more, have more, look more, etc. Now it's just two people opening up to the Beingness within. No desire to change one another. This is all kind of automatic, happens by itself, kinda strange but cool Sure, but you gotta remember that there really is no path to enlightenment. There can't be a path to yourself, it will only take you further away. Just realize what you are, by realizing what you are not. That's it. I think it's great to have someone close to you also self actualizing, or watching Leo's videos. I'd like a friend like that Having the other person opening up or giving feedback of what you may be unconscious of yourself is great. Yeah small talk is still there, you kinda have to learn to be comfortable with it. How will you ever get to know anyone? You can't just say "Excuse me sir, are you on the path to enlightenment?" hahah
  18. @Leo GuraHave you heard of this David Carse? Quite an amazing book.
  19. @Nexeternity observing what I am not and just enjoying the ride wherever I am at.
  20. Because "you" keep believing you are this mind-body organism. You've been so heavily conditioned to, when you were never in it.
  21. @Nexeternity Much love brother. Let's live the best lives and share it among others. Love & Light
  22. There is no freewill upon our thoughts and actions but is there freewill on watching one's own thoughts? Do we have will on where to shine our awareness on? Awareness on sensations, thoughts, emotions?
  23. @WelcometoReality "The story is just thoughts ain't it? You notice the thoughts, so what are you?" Witnesser, awareness, or just witnessing. A verb.
  24. @Consept "did you decide to think of watching your thoughts?" Yeah there are thoughts prior. I would say does the witnesser of thoughts have thoughts?
