It's all the same in my eyes, it's all good. One can learn from either side. Both pros and cons. We're all a small family anyway regardless of conflicts they always exist in this constant maya mind on earth on forum off forum. It's more like what story you choose to entertain whether a thumbs up or down or simply let it be. Imo 2 years ago when i visited forum, I didn't sign up right away i felt inferior. I magnified this forum as in everyone's self actualizing got their shit together etc. Overtime i eventually signed up months later I still felt inferior barely any posts barely any points. (Obvious low self esteem issues, Although i don't think most people have that extent of overly exaggerated self esteem issues.) I did give it attention, My knowledge back then wasn't that great either didn't really read any of the books on book lists nor the life purpose course. Overtime i was growing still am. I noticed that these points did help in spotting an illusion that i had to work on it was subtle, but hey i didn't mind it anymore. I partake in it sometimes when i read any thread even if a member doesn't really contribute much i up them anyway because they'd just participated/spent some time on it. I have a habit of lurking more than posting. Either way I see members that want it off they have different reasons, Some seem uncomfortable with it, Some see it as pointless want all to be equal etc. I think everyone has to perceive what they feel about something a simple teaching. Even though we're trying to be significant on choosing what's better? I think they both have valid points. Even if the community up votes a thread to 10 20 or even 50ish doesn't mean it's all right. After all you have a primal mind so learn to be both skeptic and trusty with it. This machine tool is quite tricky to handle and needs work as the perceiver some simple choice of removing points isn't going to dawn everyone to suddenly improve. They still have to be careful where they spend their time on and what they agree on. It's all good either way theirs growth in both. These points helped me, it may harm others or help them if their not careful. It's all about perspective. I say bring them on and off every year how about that alternating? Haha would probably confuse the next year new people what on earth is this new point system, Can you imagine participating in a forum for like 4-6months and they turn this new feature out of the blue, They'd react with confusion at first and probably annoyance since their not used to it see the room on growth for that over not really overly reacting to it? The art of accepting what is being is quite tricky. Anyway that doesn't mean we shouldn't do. Alright sorry for the textwall I know you asked for yeay or nay. So here you go. Both.

@HII The best source that I've explored regarding going deep on it's details https://superhumanos.net/ Ken did like 30 years of research on it and just put it in 1 program as a summary of all his work on integral spirituality/psychology. Although it's quite pricey

^ this is probably what happens when listening to any Hz music overtime, it can be either beneficial or not They absolutely work, everyone's genetics is different though every brain reacts differently, so some Hz may or may not work for you to be that spot that you'd like I'd recommend trying Delta for 15min, because it puts you in a state of what it takes 5 years to achieve within 15minutes usually, although it's quite subjective as everyone's different https://www.reddit.com/r/AstralProjection/comments/5tyqhg/what_binaural_beats_are_how_they_work_and_which/ https://attunedvibrations.com/free-healing-tones/ -

This might interest you, ironically deepak sounds nuts here even though what he's trying to communicate can't really be communicated in language since it's just beyond it, absolute truth is beyond the limitations of logic -
Lately when i've been meditating it feels like i'm way too relaxed that i don't really feel a sense of awareness, it's more like i'm in a half asleep during meditation although the monkey chatter does kick in and i usually participate on the thoughts and then i remember i'm meditating and is top. It feels like i'm getting no where If i'm meditating and i focus on my breath/body sensations doesn't that count as a thought and is against being?

The battle for truth Is waged upon untruth. When the flames have consumed all, and the smoke has cleared, Only truth remains. Destroy everything. Burn it all. Incinerate even your heart. Throw your soul into the furnace. This is the Great Conflagration. Nothing false will survive. Nothing true will perish. This is the process. This is the war. The battlefield is you. The battle is absolute. If you don’t like it, don’t do it. It will always be here, waiting. Jed Mckenna ~ My birthplace is placelessness, My sign is to have and give no sign. You say you see my mouth, ears, eyes, nose; they are not mine. I am the life of life. I am that cat, this stone, no one. I have thrown duality away like an old dishrag, I see and know all times and worlds, As one, one, always one. Rumi “Suffering just means you’re having a bad dream. Happiness means you’re having a good dream. Enlightenment means getting out of the dream altogether.” “It is your show, it is your universe. There is no one else here, just you, and nothing is being withheld from you. You are completely on your own. Everything is available for direct knowing. No one else has anything you need. No one else can lead you, pull you, push you or carry you.” “The bottom line remains the same: you’re either awake or you’re not.One day, there it is. Nothing. No more enemies, no more battles.” “Enlightenment is the unprogrammed state.” “All fear is ultimately fear of no-self.” I am He. I am The Sage. I am The Superior Man. I am the Crown of Creation. I am daft, clouded, obscure. I eat when hungry, sleep when tired. I move with; not across, not against. I rub my chin at the appointed hour. I see only patterns. I have no eye for detail. I don’t go. Why go? Go where? It comes. I don’t try. I don’t do. Nothing goes undone. I don’t take sides. I have no preferred outcome. It’s all me. It’s all mine. Otherless, what’s to want? I have amazing powers! I get good tables in restaurants. I haven’t stubbed a toe in twelve years. I can destroy the universe with a thought. The great path has no gates, thousands of roads enter it. When you pass through this gateless gate you walk the universe alone. Mumon Die while you’re alive and be absolutely dead. Then do whatever you want: it’s all good. Bunan Row, row, row your boat, Gently down the stream. Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily, Life is but a dream. The truth is that enlightenment is neither remote nor unattainable. It is closer than your skin and more immediate than your next breath. If we wonder why so few seem able to find that which can never be lost, we might recall the child who was looking in the light for a coin he dropped in the dark because “the light is better over here.” The universe seems to me infinitely strange and foreign. At such a moment I gaze upon it with a mixture of anguish and euphoria; separate from the universe, as though placed at a certain distance outside it; I look and I see pictures, creatures that move in a kind of timeless time and spaceless space, emitting sounds that are a kind of language I no longer understand or even register. Eugène Ionesco Well, I am certainly wiser than this man. It is only too likely that neither of us has any knowledge to boast of; but he thinks that he knows something which he does not know, whereas I am quite conscious of my ignorance. At any rate it seems that I am wiser than he is to this small extent, that I do not think that I know what I do not know. Socrates Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one. –Albert Einstein Perhaps the deepest reason why we are afraid of death is because we do not know who we are. We believe in a personal, unique, and separate identity – but if we dare to examine it, we find that this identity depends entirely on an endless collection of things to prop it up: our name, our “biography,” our partners, family, home, job, friends, credit cards... It is on their fragile and transient support that we rely for our security. So when they are all taken away, will we have any idea of who we really are? Without our familiar props, we are faced with just ourselves, a person we do not know, an unnerving stranger with whom we have been living all the time but we never really wanted to meet. Isn’t that why we have tried to fill every moment of time with noise and activity, however boring or trivial, to ensure that we are never left in silence with this stranger on our own? Sogyal Rinpoche I ask you only to stop imagining that you were born, have parents, are a body, will die and so on. Just try, make a beginning – it is not as hard as you think. Nisargadatta Maharaj The spiritual journey does not consist of arriving at a new destination where a person gains what he did not have, or becomes what he is not. It consists in the dissipation of one’s own ignorance concerning oneself and life, and the gradual growth of that understanding which begins the spiritual awakening. Aldous Huxley The most useful piece of learning for the uses of life is to unlearn what is untrue. ~Antisthenes Beyond our ideas of right-doing and wrong-doing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there. Reaching sleep states via meditation could take 5 years to make the brain experience deep consciousness yet aware like sleep of watching the mind at such a low frequency, but while hearing 1-4Hz binural beats within 15minutes your there. Can you give it a go in comparison while tracking your brain readings on different sessions of each? Request ~ just curious if you could compare your meditation sessions while on different waves (although i'm not sure how you could get audio into your ears if not for headphones perhaps earplugs?) Gamma Waves – 40Hz and above These happen during states of hyper-alertness, such as during sport when intense concentration and coordination is required Beta Waves – 13Hz – 39Hz These occur during activities that require strong concentration, such as when solving a math problem Alpha Waves – 7Hz - 13Hz Alpha waves are produced when participating in an activity during wakefulness, but during an activity that doesn’t require much alertness, for example: painting, playing a video game Theta Waves – 4Hz – 7Hz These are caused during very deep meditation and during the state that is optimal for lucid dreaming and astral projection Delta Waves – 4Hz - .1Hz Delta waves occur during deep sleep -
You rate yourself via examining where you are stuck on, You may reach a certain state but may neglect a certain intelligence or state of mind which bottle necks you at the current stage you are in, Work on what you seem lacking and you'll move up the spiral. Of course this is a paradigm there are ways to just bypass it all and go work your way from the end third tier integral map, the thing with this is you may backslide due to less understanding and not experiencing each stage hence taking decisions more often from lower levels which isn't wrong but one(ego) would like to bypass a level for good at times, it's all up to you on what do you actually want. Example when it comes to religion you have spiritually immature people post-spirituality vs trans-spirituality ( a more mature enlightened phase) Same with rationality of post vs transcendental seeing beyond their current mind limits and being aware of their illusions. Everything below is from ken wilber's superhuman os program Here's some more details Lines of intelligence States of consciousness Types of drives The 4 quadriants

Looking for any meta sources you guys have read or can share regarding Here's a short story of interest : So i was reading about astral projections, people claim they can see phenomena before it happens, or things in their dreams and it's real in reality as they confirm it after an outerbody experience, such as near death experiences where they peep tom the other room and hear everything, wanted to confirm wilber's thoughts on this and i read the following first i read something to do with astral later i scrolled down and i saw different paths of mysticsm and it got me wondering about different paths Are there any advantages or disadvantages of any path? I'm aware different schools have different ways of thought due to being a cult but it's quite a weird world out there when you go into depth, i feel like I know so little even though I felt like I understood enlightenment being nothing and infinity/everything true self being awareness, and spirituality is just another word for awareness or the perceiever . Thoughts? what i found on Astral : What i found regarding different paths of mysticism https://books.google.com.bh/books?id=svCgg2VVR5oC&pg=PA177&lpg=PA177&dq=ken+wilber+astral+projection&source=bl&ots=-GFn2mI866&sig=kiovgt3Aa_ie3T_4-qEWcAYgaU8&hl=en&sa=X&redir_esc=y#v=onepage&q=ken wilber astral projection&f=false

It's not the asshole trait their attracted to but rather the confidence, then again it's too hard to generalize all people having the same attractive feel trait

http://www.reddit.com/r/LongDistance/top/ Well anything can work out it depends how committed the two are, if it's only one side committed or one gives up over the other since they may feel like their needs not being met or they want more, the relationship will end just like any other. Unless if they were both really unconditional they'll work it out as they hit a jackpot in each other. Ego's are generally quite demanding usually as they aim for perfection on lots of spots due to our automated judgements of the subconscious mind that's quite conditioned.

@TeamBills Setting healthy habits that lead me toward the goals that i've set for myself. I started eating healthy, meditating, exercising and studying more often, i cut out toxic habits and spent less time with people who eat my time. I spend less time on low conscious activities that give me instant gratification. You just get used to it overtime. It's quite simple just start slow and build up from there. Set an intention and brainstorm how you could achieve that goal and start doing it instead of whining about it. Don't underestimate the power of routine as it gets stuck into your subconscious mind overtime.

Leo mentioned to examine things he says before validating anything, he's already warned us of ego dangers of taking belief systems, as he already does some of the videos for entertainment purposes. As for the guy commenting on leo's vid, I'd prefer not to judge but this guy's paradigm is far too low conscious to take seriously, even if he's just messing around which isn't wrong. Yet it's quite unwise IMO but it is what it is even if his projections are far off what leo's trying to communicate to the point.

Rumi quotes ~ “Don’t grieve. Anything you lose comes round in another form.” “What hurts you blesses you.” “The wound is the place where the Light enters you” “If you are irritated by every rub, how will you become polished?” “Know that one day your pain will become your cure.” “What you seek is seeking you” “Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” “Be grateful for whoever comes, because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.” “Love is the bridge between YOU and everything.”

I'm stuck in between forgiveness and letting go of all thought which one should i proceed with? should i stop identifying myself with my past? or should i identify myself and forgive? I'm aware that thoughts cause all suffering but how to go best around it or it could go either way? Edit: if i can forgive anything, it feels like i'm telling myself like i can do whatever i want and always forgive later and not care, having such justification feels weird when i overthink it, i'm used to the rule that it always matters what we do in life

@John Flores infinity means everything is true, even if it's not in the current parallel world that we're participating in, which keeps splitting to many more at the same time IMO
