It it really healthy to supplement that much on powders etc, its like all consuming effort to become stronger faster without considering long term repercussions such as long term health. But who knows. I suppose he’s got a lot of the recover parts figured quite well out too. The wording is made to seem like there its a zero sum game and he’s got it all figured out. Maybe its not pseudo science since he’s measuring a lot of the variables. any thoughts on him, was reading his E Books and getting ideas so it’s interesting to hear what you think about him
  5. Anyone interested in bio hacking and have anything to share
  6. Sounds mainstream hippish, great voice
  7. What topics does the video cover? And what professions does he mention
  8. Looking for insights into experimenting with them. websites, books, experiences, pictures of pantries etc would be great! theres are many threads on psychedelics so I thought I’d enquirer further on myselium and mushrooms was considering using 4sigmatic.com to start my journey on testing the benefits since they are convenient. Havent found many other websites selling powdered packs convenience, home made ingredients either and I’m always scepticle of the placebos or taking capsule forms of products ...since placebos and such.
  9. When your vibrator runs out of battery, lmk, I could show you the way of zen
  10. What’s the difference between watching a good porn with a story with meaning then watching TV, not much but the attachments have to them. Tbh the porn I watch are intimate and creative. Why not even record or even stream porn to inspire others to show more compassion and be more present etc towards higher consious values and make money at the same time. It all has meaning which we create. To what extent
  11. I would like to desribe it as a miniature, slightly just very slight catharsis, a deep one would be something similar to purging more heavily a sign that you have created meaning in your life and that it resonated with a higher purpose that you believe. Something more meaningful to you. Good for you
  12. Any websites that you know of? I ? couldn’t find any in a quick search, may have to go forageing haha
  13. Well, they have a lot of physiogical benefits for greater health, everything works a little different for everyone its meta physical a matter of perspective
  14. Care you expand on those website, I’m having trouble locating any. Let alone advice on how to cultivate them!?
  15. Do what is hard and your life will be easy. Do what is easy and your life will be hard, however if you want a simple life then doing what is easy is just as well. Life can be as complicated or as simple as you want it to be. So you want to make $100m, do it, it will be “hard” extremely in my opinion, but if that’s your goal make sure you know exactly why your doing it since that requires vision and a higher purpose.
  16. Sounds very similar to my life story from about the same age, you seem as if you have the spark in you already it’s just sticking to something and exceeding beyond the self limited beliefs you might have, you clearly value your life tremendously just remember time is the illusion so maybe go do more inner work and beat those threshold guardians that lie within? Do it, don’t let your dreams be dreams. DO IT
  17. Any thoughts on which is better for better cognitive function? I thought spreading my out throughout the day would be since energy levels and hormones could fluctuate if intermittent dieting however it’s known intermittent fasting helps BDNF as well. This is a very broad topic since our bodies are all different but what would be the best adaptation if any? I hear people who are enlightened can work very creatively for days on end without tiring, or is this just a matter of mindset accompanied by good disciple and diet . We would be inclined to follow circadian rhythms which makes sense so why change this ordered way of living if it is the most healthy. Any lists of subjects to research and expansion of these questions would be highly appreciated! e.g, getting blood tests done, experimenting on keto diets, meditating, seeing nutritionists(possibly) Im planning to test out these 2 methods first and adjusting different variables however feel there might be too many to actually consider, so by starting out by doing daily tests such as blood content levels. It just seems a bit much too substanciate without constantly monitoring these things every day/week/month and determining their effects whilst testing various indicators such as creativity, productivity, vo2 max, weight loss or gain, routine, journaling logs etc. OR. Am I going OTT (since there is not really a top) with all of this for the sake of scienctific research and somewhat meticulous life planning. I’m optimistic for what the future holds and want to live a well lived life to enjoy the fruits of my labour for years to come, with the rapid advancement of technology and AI and all things especially health care and consciousness. This is all theory soo far for me. Any other variables that you would recommend that I consider? Would I be better off fast tracking this with multiple studies already done or just self experiment and assess from personal findings or both. I could use an upgrade some might have to say it’s a matter of trial and error
  18. Perhaps I’m overcomplicating these things
  19. Would it not make sense for someone who doesnt meditate often to gradually increase their efforts over time instead of mindlessly jumping into it for prolonged periods? This is counter intuitive however modern society is ever changing and in order to “try” and keep up with it and typical lifestyles, how would meditation be biohacking in that sense. Wouldn’t mediation slow down the brains high frequency functions and fast paced settings etc. I’m sort of answering my own question arn’t I. Isn’t the point of bio hacking to improvecoginitive function as a short term goal, such as taking nootropics or other smart drugs? Meditation is like a long term micro benefit within the macro daily ongoing. Also there are too many factors related to this such as sleep, diet and nutrition, (Habits). What I think I’m saying is, find the right balance which works most effectively for yourself. Whether it’s a daily meditation, visualisation work, reading related topics to what your going to study^, having principles to help you study, adjusting your diet and nutrition by elimination dieting or consuming higher consious foods, setting periods of study time and having a routine which is also flexible to enable you to see the bigger picture which is life.
  20. If having muscles is involved in your life purpose then yes I would say it is. For instance for me I’m a personal trainer and I to a certain extent feel that being aesthetically fit as well as physically is a requirement for being muscly. As for having a visible six pack which is mainly superficial is also a advantage in the eyes of mainstream culture. Just having an average or low body fat is another which reveals your conditioned six pack is too. A balanced core which consists of global and local muscles is vital for maintaining a strong balance in life and it will go along way in providing you with high energy levels throughout the day, accompanied by an active lifestyle.
  21. It was late 2014 that my first awakening happened. I was in a low state of consciousness and was awakened by a Hindu priest who showed me the light in the darkness. I was 20 at the time and only had a high school education as I spent my early teens playing games and smoking cannabis. With no vision I had fell into depression for years. After the awakening I started working; warehouse, small businesses, large plcs but now being 23 almost 24 I am at the stage with deeper insights learned through varies perspectives of the holistic modelling and rapidly changing planet. Trying to keep up without a formal education seems daunting at least, but I have a strong vision and ability to learn that keeps me intrinsically motivated. Should I allocate a few months of deep work and gain deep domain expertise in a subject that interests me such as business and marketing, specifically (social Media marketing) which I know will be an emerging factor in the few years and decades or keep going with the flow as I've been reading a lot of self help books and implementing these in my practices. I don't know where computer science can take me and I prefer to be flexible and self employed instead of being tied down to a career with someone else's vision, although I don't necessarily see that as always a downside, but I believe my learning is better accumulated from self education instead of a less opportunistic 9-5. My goals and aspirations are to start by improve upon my creative writing and public speaking abilities whilst publishing free e-books on my thought process towards breaking gaming/gambling addictions through spiritual practices and teachings, training intentionally not habitually. Together with these are to continue developing my business and marketing knowledge and constantly moving forward during changing times to develop/create successful business and also non-profit organisations in the future through creating a network of highly insightful people. I intend to do this in my work native country in India Gujarat and also here in the UK. Im incredibly flexible and have no attachments and am looking for some insight and advise for what my next steps should be although I ultimately know its down to me to take the action.
  22. Life long learning is one of the best decisions you can do in life in my opinion. Data, Knowledge, Information, Experience, Wisdom. Keep it up Women Warrior, Hold the vision and trust the process.
  23. Which part? Please be more specific lol
  24. You may have many other things you have to prioritize, it doesn't have to be a strict nutrition program right now per say right. I'm currently experimenting with my diet and weekly shopping lists and counting my calorie in take daily and keeping note of my mood, level of concentration and a list of other things every re-feed window as i'm currently trying an intermittent fasting diet. For you I'd recommend just keeping it simple for now and have an open mind for the future towards the lifestyle choice. My advice would be to take care of your physical health and safety to take care of your body and therefore your mind when working. Louvar
