  1. I feel the same way about my job sometimes too. I know I am not living my passion, but at the same time we all need a job to survive. I find that having a life purpose that you pursue on the side and learn more about yourself at night/on the weekends will motivate you to use the funds from your job and start putting that extra money towards what you really like. If it becomes something you can make money from some day its a win win, but I think for most people its hard to quit a job and dive 100% into something new without a huge bank account that will allow you do that. Honestly most people hate their job for the 1st 6 months anyway, so try to fully think through every way this could affect you before you decide what's best for you.
  2. I recently finished the booked called, "The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem," by Nathaniel Branden and it has really given me a great insight on self-esteem all the the different things that can build/make up self esteem. I've struggled with Self Esteem a lot of my life too but understanding your mind and having a deeper consciousness of why you have urges to do things will help alot. I go to a therapist and she is really helping me be more aware of why I do things. I think therapist are really insightful and they can help you get to the root of what is really going on in your psyche. I really suggest reading that book if you have time. Leo mentioned it in one of his videos about self esteem and I really learned a lot. Hope that helps!
