You guys are arguing about non-duality instead of pursuing it. Leo and Sadhguru have different approaches. Pick the one you like. It is not by force you have to follow Leo's approach

I am more into self actualization than spirituality. That said it is waste of time to debunk spirituality. It is better to think for your self and test it out in your direct experience.

Jordan Peterson in my opinion should focus more on his psychology practice. His politics isn't great. I prefer watching his psychology and religious lectures.

The biggest trap for me, which have been weaning myself off bit by bit is the lazy attitude. I watched the videos and read the books. I wasn't setting goals, making plans, doing the practice and in general a very lazy stupid attitude, looking for shortcuts and magic pill solutions. The right attitude is essential in self actualization work.

Jordan Peterson has some good work. Leo's main issue is the fact that Jordan Peterson is ideological. One of the 65 Core Principles of actualized.org is integral thinking. I encourage everyone to apply this principle in all matters and stop this sterile black and white thinking.

I like Science. You assert that believes Science has no flaws. You also assert that because I said science has flaws that means I am close minded to science. This is absurd. For someone who believes science is the only tool for understanding the world, you have poor reasoning skills. If self actualization is not real what are you doing here. It is a waste of to be on this forum them. You are really close minded. If you only have one tool in your tool bag, it is a shitty bag.

Using one tool to understand reality is absurd. We have so many fields of study in the world, so declaring that using only science to understand the world is absurd. Science has its limitations and blind spots like every other field of study. It is absurd to treat science like it is a holy grail to truth. If you have this close minded thinking, just forget about going far in self actualization.
