I wonder how come they jumped so quick after trial in mice to human, although there is only one clinical trial in Japan in 2019?

In my case I do it every morning after I wake up. Every morning from around 06:00 and for 20 min. This way I am prepared for long day. And after hard working day I am trying to do it in a train, but this makes me most of the time asleep. My next challenge is to increase it to 30 min.
