Nuts are super high in calorie. A good number of nuts can get you 500-600 calories easy. Avocados are pretty calorie dense too. It's like 300 an avocado There are lots of healthy oils that are high calorie. Get a solid serving of oil in your veggies/meat. You can also find a recipe with shakes that include oils Google it! You can find tons of recipes for healthy bulking foods

i was shocked too... hes more underdeveloped than i thought

I do miss the old leo, but I think this is better for all of us. Typical personal development is a lot more easily accessible. When we grow, the content Leo releases now, we will be grateful for.

@Fountainbleu i can attest for neurofeedback changing my life i didnt do the self one though, I went to a neurofeedback center. they make it easy -
@BjarkeT cal newport is really dogmatic about not following your passion. really looks like he was pushing an agenda about that. rest of the book I like, but when he said that passionate ppl arent as happy, if you look at the study he references, it was a poorly related study with a sample size of less than 24 people. btw, why do you say that elon musk and albert einstein were not passionate about their fields? and Brian Johnson (the guy you linked in the video) is all about following your passion & bliss listen to newports argument on why not to follow your passion and see if it holds up against reality with love

"I have aspergers" - TylerRSD Timestamp: 1:10 @Hardkill Ya no problem bro. Tyler is one of the most inspirational guys I know. Really shows the power of 100% commitment and perseverance regardless of the background you came from BTW this video is about Tyler's journey from an extreme hardcase to the badass that he is now The journey will be a fight bro, but stay committed and you will come out on top

That explains a lot. I really desire 9-10 hours of sleep, and I feel guilty when I get more. edit: I'm 22

im confused? is this some sort of genjutsu?

you can make money with just about anything, just requires creativity and business skills. Some options I just thought of: Sell skateboarding courses online Become a skateboarding coach Open a skateboarding school By the way, you can even create interest in things that don't initially have interest in them. For example, RSD the pickup company, grew the pickup community by massive multiples because they knew how to get people to be interested in their services (a strong understanding of human psyche)

He does say it though, I've heard it over 20x. I can't remember which videos though, I've watched nearly all of them Tyler had the same excuses you do now, just that he went balls deep regardless and came out victorious Post on the RSD forum, im sure they can point you to the right video
