Hey actualizers,
Since my childhood, where I experienced some bullying and abandonment from my "friends" and other kids as well as my brothers to some degree, I have struggled with social anxiety, stress and depression. Without sounding too extreme I have noticed I have signs of ptsd. I have, in the two last years, read a lot of self help books, exercised and used a lot of time on this self help page, and I have experienced positive results and have managed pretty well, with the help of exercise and meditation and morning rituals as well. But a couple of days ago, an episode happened that shook me up pretty bad, and now my anxiety and depression has sky rocketed, and I can't get my self together.
I'm really in need of some good advise from you my brothers and sisters.
