  1. I'm from '87 and meditation comes easier and easier after time. Of course, after you train yourself into hypnotizing into your own image and listening the breath all times during waking hours. Just use listening to breath as something you depend on it, not an exercise, not a training, a way o life, look it as food or air.
  2. Take a mirror and meditate, hypnotize yourself with your image. When you are surrounded by people think and visualize your image, this is the only way really. Anxiety or Stress comes when someone or something has got your attention from yourself. Regaining custom to come back to own image and training this, doing this leads to discovering yourself while you listen to breath.
  3. I meditate all the hours i'm awake, it comes natural to me per example. No matter what i do. Meditation does not mean only sitting.
  4. When you want to escape the flock is normal that feeling. I detach and not hallucinate with the flock basically. Not worrying about, because the consciousness of the flock wants that, to worry. I use my own tools and symbols. Basically the flock is anti-natural, regaining naturality and maintaining it is upsetting in certain circles of people.
