  1. I would pay for the first, second, and any number of dates. If she insists on splitting the bill, or picking up the bill from time to time, I wouldn't mind. I'm financially alright and if I want to date someone, presumably her ability or desire to pay would not come into it. Her other attributes which made me date her in the first place take priority. In the end, money is just another form of energy exchange, and I'm not presuming it has to look a certain way.
  2. If I understand correctly, the dog died 15 months ago. No denying it was a traumatic experience, but life goes on and you should try and research how people deal with such trauma. Otherwise you'll be very limited in your potential, almost constantly having a story playing in your mind about how humans are evil etc. As Leo said, that is not correct, and if it's true that the incident happened 15 months ago, might be time to begin the healing process.
  3. Besides the fact they both seemed to have a toxic sister and mother, same ish autistic tendencies (adhd, bpd), they always seem to post one after the other, even when the 2 accounts were the only ones posting. Of course, if Candle deliberately copied Buck Edwards' style and personality, that's one explanation for all the coincidences... except the same time posting. Personally I'm not fully convinced it's not the same person, I guess Leo has more tools to detect locations and such. Also, a few of Candle's posts seemed to be written from a woman's point of view, while trying to pass as a young man.
  4. I bet as a man he would look great if he put as much energy in the transformation. Let's see her without all that makeup, all we're seeing now is a mask. And now you can say that without being cancelled immediately.... Well maybe on this forum you can't 😅
  5. Is that a surprise? A big part of Trump's campaign was reducing government spending. Better to ask who wants to get redundancy payments, instead of someone else deciding for you...
  6. Of course Trump cares, he cares about the promises he made in the campaign, that got him elected, hence he's implementing those promises as fast as he can. He won the election, after all. Why should he care about dems wishes, before Republicans?
  7. https://www.cnn.com/2025/01/28/politics/white-house-drones/index.html White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said reported drone sightings that sparked panic in New Jersey last month were drones authorized to fly by the Federal Aviation Administration and “not the enemy.” Leavitt made the announcement — the most significant since drone paranoia took off in December — in her first briefing from the White House press room after President Donald Trump said on December 16 “something strange is going on and for some reason they don’t want to tell the people.” “After research and study, the drones that were flying over New Jersey in large numbers were authorized to be flown by the FAA for research and various other reasons,” Leavitt said, saying she was reciting a statement from the president.
  8. Sam Harris's latest episode on the wildfires: From NoteGPT: "The blame for the inadequate response to the recent fires in Los Angeles can be attributed to a combination of factors, including poor leadership, mismanagement, and systemic failures in preparedness. Rick Caruso pointed to a lack of proactive measures from city leaders, particularly the mayor’s office, which failed to mobilize resources effectively or address the longstanding issue of brush clearance in fire-prone areas. He criticized the decision to take a major reservoir offline during peak fire season, which severely limited water availability for firefighting efforts. Additionally, the leadership within key departments, such as the Department of Water and Power (DWP), has been called into question. Caruso highlighted that the head of DWP, who was politically appointed rather than being an experienced engineer, made critical errors in judgment that compromised the city’s response capabilities. The failure to adequately fund and staff the fire department over the years also contributed to the slow response times and ineffective firefighting efforts. Moreover, systemic issues, such as shifting priorities towards political agendas instead of essential services like public safety, compounded the problem. Many residents felt a lack of accountability from city officials, pointing to a broader culture of ineffectiveness within the government. Ultimately, the combination of poor decision-making, political mismanagement, and inadequate infrastructure led to the tragic outcomes observed during the fires, necessitating a reevaluation of leadership and emergency preparedness strategies in Los Angeles."
