  1. Just because we as guys are visual and care so much about physical attributes (boobs, butts, legs etc.) doesn't mean girls are the same. You will never attract a female with your genitals, they are going to be attracted to your personality first and foremost. As for size - the average is anywhere between 13 and 17 cm. There are going to ve variables depending on your race but girls generally don't care that much. Porn has created this illussion that in order to be good in bed you need to have a 20 cm cock and be able to last one hour non-stop hardcore mode. Which makes guys feel insecure about themselves, especially the ones with no sexual experience. Sex is not about that - it's about conveying emotions: intimacy, sensuality, opening yourself up and enjoying your shared time together. As long as you don't have a worm for a dick and it's working properly - you're good to go.
  2. This is a pretty sensitive topic for me. I've gone through a lot of rejections in the past and feel hurt for it. Not just from a purely romantic sense. Like being rejected in a certain social circle, being made fun of or bullied. I know I'm different and people don't like the ones who stand out. I try not to make a big deal out of it but sometimes it is infuriating because I know my value and feel overlooked or underappreciated. It makes me want to cause severe physical pain to others. What are your experiences with rejection and how you handle it?
  3. The way a parent speaks to his child I'd presume.
  4. No, I know my worth. Being rejected sucks, that's all. @Nomad Thanks but it's not so severe that it needs therapy.
  5. I had a deep interest in lucid dreaming when I was in my mid to late teens. I've read a lot about it, studied and practiced it. There are numerous techniques and tricks that definitely produce results but if you want to be succesful you need to really dedicate yourself to it. One of the keys is keeping a dream journal - that will help you memorize, analyze and be more aware of your dreams (watch out for patterns). Sometimes you will have difficulty being lucid and other times it will happen on it's own - having multiple ones in one night. You might even experience a few false awakenings which can be scary as the dream gets even more realistic each time. I won't lie it's really fun but is also draining and time consuming, even if you get the hang of it. Being lucid is one thing but having the dream under control is totally different. You'll need a lot of practice. Watch Inception, Waking Life and Vanilla Sky to get a taste of what LD feels like.
  6. I think people still have a lot of misconceptions on this topic (being shy doesn't equal being introverted) or viewing one as prefferable to the other. No one is 100% in each extreme. And being introverted has lots of pros, so you should learn to embrace your type instead of trying to fix it.
  7. I took one today on the coldest possible setting - no warmup and didn't even flich. Shit felt amazing!
  8. What about Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus? It's on Leo's list and I bought it but still haven't gotten to it.
  9. I don't think he really has regrets about his videos. You could argue the earliest ones weren't done as professionally (with the various outdoor backgrounds etc.) but I still find them very valuable. They are all part of the process so I don't see him deleting them anytime soon. Also, depends on the stage of self-improvement you are at right now. If you're justy starting out - the first ones are a great source for information and motivation, they have their place.
  10. I think we need a subforum for Leo's videos. We can have a thread for each one where we will discuss the ideas presented. It will be a lot more structured. @Leo Gura What do you think?
  11. It is one of his best videos yet. Why can't you do something as simple on your own, especially if you've already watched the video?
  12. I feel like this is a topic that needs to be discussed. Leo talked a bit about it in his videos reagarding women (how they may be insecure about their sexuality and don't want to be seen as sluts in bed). That's one side of the coin. What about guys though? Currently society is so messed up that when a normal male starts expressing his sexual interest towards a female it is usually perceived as rude, inappropriate, insconsiderate and creepy. And yeah, I know it depends on the context, social setting and the way you go about it. That's why approaching seems so unusual and hard - not only because the possibility of rejection but the fear of being judged.
  13. Oh, man. Cold showers are amazing. At first you're like "what the hell am I doing" and can barely last a few seconds. Your muscles are contracting, you're breathing heavily, you're shaking, teeth grinding...your entire body is in shock. But after a while you realize it's not so bad. You can do it, you can last a few more seconds. The water may be super cold but you adjust to it. And right after you get out you feel buzzed, refreshed, energetic, batteries charged. I reccomend it to everyone. It's great, especially in the summer after a heavy workout. Start out with your normal showering temperature. Then slightly decrease every 30 seconds or so. Once it gets really cold for you - hang in there and last as long as you can. And just as you're about to get out - decrease the temperature once more. This is what worked for me. Try it.
  14. Hey Tim. I've put up a thread on NoFap in the relationships and sexuality subforum where I listed all the benefits. You should check that out. See this for further information.

  17. Downloading the latest google app update.
  18. @Irina Irina I'd reccomend reading No More Mr. Nice Guy. However, you're a girl
  19. An introvert by definition is someone whose energy is directed inwardly. You are energized by being alone, focusing on yourself and too much time spent with others feels overwhelming and drains you after a while. An extravert is the exact opposite. Their energy is directed outwardly, towards other people and they charge their batteries from being around and interacting with others. There isn't anything wrong with being either type. Everyone has stages in life where they withdraw/come out of their shell. It's not possible to be 100% on one end of the spectrum. It's nice to change things up for a bit but I don't believe in altering your type. Accept yourself for who you are.
  20. There you have it. And I have never been in a long relationship myself.
  21. Let's say the average lifespan is 75 years. Multiply that by 365 = 27375. That's how many days you have on this earth. Let's say in the average case a human being is most active and creative until he reaches 60. So we substract 15 years. 15x365 = 5475 27375 - 5475 = 21900. Now, multiply your age by 365 and subtract from that. In my case, I'm almost 26. So 26 x 365 = 9490. That's how long I've been on this world. And how long do I have left? 21900 - 9490 = 12410 12410 days. That's it. No bullshit, just pure objective numerical data. Now, I know this might be a pretty unrealistic way of viewing things. Everyone's life is different and there are no guarantees. At all. However, if you create this mental graph for yourself, you'll get a perspective on your life. And think about how you will spend the rest of your most valuable source - time. Make every day count.
  22. It's an ok read. I'd say all relationships tend to have a form of manipulation.
  23. I need to drastically improve my spanish skills in the upcoming weeks. I haven't practiced in a few years so my current level is pretty low. I'd be grateful for anyone wanting to help, be it in spoken or written form
