US is superior to Russia tho I can say that with an utmost certainty since I'm living kinda on the borders of the western and the eastern hemisphere and zones of influence -
Can I also be your wife's boyfriend? I'll have her on Saturdays only I promise

I still want to maximize the ammount of money I'll make. Maximizing the so called "staged orange" probably leads to the best possible life. Since capitalism will certainly not go away in our lifetimes (in my opinion at least) might as well try to make the best of it. Just being a realist about it. Becomming some commie hippie or seeking any other alternative path aren't really viable options once you analyze it rigorously enough and be honest with yourself See, anyone who's worked a 9-5 before knows how things really be

Why would they be unsustainable? Curious to see how you see it. You have read the book haven't you. With the kind of technologies we are going to have, the only way they'd be unsustainable is if elites fough against each other due to their own greediness and ambitions. Somehow creating a chaos and an opportunity for change. Which is precisely a scenario that is prevented in the book by elites spying on each other. I suppose the book is not very realistic at all tho as nobody would want such a system as it would benefit noone. -

I'd write what I believe is gonna happen and vent my frustrations, but I'm tired of being negative -

Most of our food tends to be contaminated with something. It is a huge issue of our age. Something ought to be done about it but humanity would have to cease being so foolish. Only fish from ponds and lakes of certain parts of the world can be considered really clean imo. Fortunately I have access to them -
People keep focusing on the negative aspects of porn but they keep forgetting one thing. Is that there are actually not a lot of things that could realistically substitute porn. And not even a girlfriend or a wife can be included to that list of things, in my humble opinion. As a woman is not obligated to sleep with you just because you need it (and that's fine of course). She also wouldn't really give you that variety that you could want. Only something like a very realistic sex doll or sex dolls could actually replace porn, possibly

Muscles don't really mean that much you just should have a good ammount of them and in a decent condition, in my opinion it's best to just be above average in strenght, lookwise I don't care how they look like but I'm currently aiming to maximize my functional strength. Can even use some man made metals but inteligently and just the basic exercises with them are enough. Defined six pack, biceps and shit like that are all irrelevant. Cardio is BS in my opinion it's enough to just walk a lot. Which you should be doing anyway The negative effects of your diet haven't manifested themselves yet since it takes some time for them to manifest @Something Funny sometimes years. They can also come in subtly and can be easilly mistaken for something else or justified in your head. So watch out. I tire of this topic anyway. I'm choosing the path of real manhood personally -

Nothing, I don't really care, it's just objectively unhealthier LOL but sure go ahead -

I literaly know what it's about and probably been knowing what it's about sooner than you. Life and the world is just a bit more complicated than that. Again, I am not a religious follower like you -

It sounds like you're a bit on the chubby side honestly, if we compare your height and weight -

It's just an honest observation Sounds like a slave thinking to me. Also a set of values dictated to you by women (as a collective). Not saying embodying these qualities sometimes isn't usefull but I don't hold that shit like a religion. Seems like you are quite keen on following various religions like a slave. Sound like you're just speaking out of your ass at this point HAHAH That's why I don't exercise for big muscles. Only occassionally cause of the sedentary lifestyle we're living nowadays, to keep myself healthy I wouldn't be afraid of it literaly because I am not eating soy in the first place LOL seems like it would effect you much more tho. You seem quite emotional. You can only be insecure about something that is actually true or could ne true about you. In most cases. Not all of course. Everyone needs external opinions. That can never go away Huh? -

Well I mean, it's not that much about insecurity but one must wonder, if vegan diet makes you literaly objectively physically weaker then logically the term soyboy would be accurate, not only because you likely literaly eat soy on a semi regular basis but also because of these aforementioned deficiencies. I mean I would certainly equate manliness much more with a diet that involves meat than the one that lacks meat -

No it wasn't Only some of them, and none of it absorbs very well Non heme iron again absorbs badly unlike heme iron from meat and I refuse to be another version of Bryan Johnson. That's an answer to you as well @Ero It's dubious whether any kind of supplementation as we know it today is good for you anyway No, you can just eat fish, which is superior to any other source anyway Long term zinc supplementation can cause copper deficiency, disruption of mineral balance, gastrointestinal issues and so on. Why not just be a real man about it and have some meat, instead of being a meatless soyboy -

Untill my question regarding over 5 missing micronutrients will be sufficiently answered (B12, iron, calcium, omega-3 fatty acids, zinc and more) in regards to using supplements on the same level of efficiency as meat (and legit ones) I will continue to lavish my taste buds on some tasty lean non processed meat -
NewKidOnTheBlock replied to Buck Edwards's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
Health is not a bullshit excuse. But I actually like the taste of meat in and of itself, maybe you should try, you sound like you need it Because Emerald is too biased to look at negative potential effects of veganism. Just like you are. Yall just want to mantain your moral high ground. And Michael response is actually very legit which I'll definitely study later, it's evident that he's one of the main authorities on this subject here. But his response was mainly about the LDL cholesterol, and none of you provided a sufficient enough reason why I shouldn't eat meat at all, or even in a reasonable quantity, and why I should believe that the current supplements availible are sufficient in nourishing us with over 5 micronutrients missing in a vegan diet. -
NewKidOnTheBlock replied to Buck Edwards's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
Yes, whilst acknowledging the absolute truth of your cult, am I right? I just have to acknowledge that I'm wrong and that vegan diet is the best and all that stuff about saving animals, and only then am I allowed to humbly say "but I actually don't want to be vegan although you guys eat better than me" haha that's what you'd want eh? Unfortunately there are valid health reasons to not be vegan or even a vegetarian. And that is not going to change any time soon. -
Sorry, can't help it. Reality just has a strange way of crushing you into a pulp, it is remarkably efficient in doing so

NewKidOnTheBlock replied to Buck Edwards's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
It's not that simple. Like I said, that was a consenzus sometimes in the previous century, but the new consenzus is that for LDL cholesterol (the bad one) to be trully harmfull you need a certain level of sugar consumption, which increases the trully bad LDL particles (smaller, denser). But as long as you eat high quality, low fat and non processed meat (not too much thermally processed either), you will be fine and you will be healtier than a vegan, whose diet lacks over 5 micronutrients. Looks like I have to keep hammering this point down Also vegans are also at risk of strokes, just a bit of a different kind. -

Actually not at all. I just think that the fact you're so emotional and willing to prove something to people who don't even know you and you don't even know them, and compete with them. Sounds pretty insecure and yeah, word beta comes to mind. People like Tate would actually encourage men to compete over petty BS seeing as they have a lot of insecurity themselves -

It is a specific claim about health. My omnivore diet is going to grant me superior health compared to most vegans on this planet. Based on, you know, literal facts. I don't deny that for some people veganism works and is genuinely healthy because it's simply that their genetics is different, influenced by what their ancestors ate. But these people are moreso a rarity. Most people's ancestors hunted a lot and ate a lot of meat, therefore most people's genetics is tailored to that. Most people need meat and/or animal products. Claiming otherwise is completely delusional. There are basically only 2 things you can do about it - 1. genetic engineering on the next generation before they're born, or 2. mass producing high quality lab meat. Both of these are theoretically possible, we are just not there yet. And it's going to be still challenging. Overall, I agree with you in one fundamental thing - ultimately we should be aiming towards decreasing suffering, any suffering. Including animal one. But it can't happen yet because we aren't capable of the aforementioned things, and that's what you peahead vegans refuse to understand. Seeing as physical health is very closely linked to mental health, I therefore made the general claim I have made. I don't need to name any specific vegan and compare myself against him, since this applies mass scale to most of them. That sounds pretty insecure and beta, not gonna lie. I think I'm done with this discussion -

I mean... feeling better than me on what basis? Anything to back that claim up? Anything at all? LMAO -

It kinda is, ngl. If you did a little study on this topic you would realize why It's not just about lifespan, but the quality of life as well. I'll feel significantly better than a vegan in this lifetime I'm not going to get into morality of it as that is a difficult topic and honestly irrelevant from the health standpoint. But I understand that it is unpleasant to actually kill an animal, unfortunately I'm not going to starve myself out just to stand on some sort of moral highground and save a bunch of animals. But if there was a way (or once there's going to be a way) to make an artificial meat which would be 100% the same as a fresh meat you would get from an animal (but 100% guarantee that it's going to be dissease free since it's made in a lab) and it's readilly availible for affordable prices, you know I'd be switching to that kind of meat in a second. I feel that this is really the only actual solution to this dilema. But of course the meat would have to be legit and trustworthy with all the nutrients, minerals etc.
