There is no I in Awareness

The last episode was absolutely amazing, my second favourite after the Mountain and the Viper where Oberyn dies because of his huge ego ?. It absolutely shocked me. This last episode I actually noticed the exact scene you mentioned as profound, as in the face of death, Jamie and Cersei died completely embracing the present moment looking into each other's eyes, knowing there is no way out. Especially Jamie who was fataly wounded anyway Insane episode, and would you look at that dragon queen ego!! Someone should tell her fear is an illusion.

Being is effortless. You don't have to do something particular in order to be. It is all already done. In that case Being is not even a doing, as the name already suggests. All the doing on top of being which is not considered effortless by the being, is Ego , because being cannot consider something as effortless or not, it simply is. So who is that which considers something to not be effortless? It must be the Ego! Am I onto something here

To say the opposite, I would have to somehow be actively doing in order to keep the millions of processes in the body going to keep it alive. I am not doing such a thing. I can even sleep and those processes continue, the only possibility is that I am not doing being. If you see me say the opposite, then my account is hacked!

This is an illusion. Being is right there waiting at any moment for anyone. Because there is only one moment, being cannot be anywhere else, ever. It can only be here now, because that's what it IS.

well one time long ago, I was doing some self inquiry and at some point I started going outside of my body through the head. It was like I was looking from a birds eye view and the thing that came out of the body looked like what people refer to as soul. Perhaps it's that. @Eric Tarpall maybe you can aid me to go out of body again? Thanks

Je suis, I am. Are you not? You are also the "I am" which Jesus referred to. Also I am that I am. That's his main teaching. Before Abraham was, I am. He was talking about awareness. Before soul-lover (your relative identity) was, I am (your ultimate identity), before Dodo was, I am. We could also say that the I am in all of us is Jesus aka Je suis aka "I am" .

We often hear some teachers say that you can't do anything to awaken/reach enlightenment, so the best thing to do is to give up searching for it. Another set of teacher says that we need to meditate for at least an hour each day until the rest of our lives in order to awaken. Can both these sets of teachers be telling the truth? It seems kind of contradictory, but when I looked deeper, is meditation really a doing? It's the opposite of doing, meditation is all about being, about surrendering to what is. It is the ultimate giving up. So perhaps these two teachings are not that contradictory after all. What do you think?

Interesting viewpoint, I'll make sure to dig deeper into this belief and see how it stems from awareness, the 0 point aka, the space in which this belief exists. Awareness is still the only real thing in existence and it's not even a thing ? All obejcts are actually your perceptions. You don't see a car, you see the perception of a car in awareness. The perception itself is permeated with awareness, otherwise you would not be able to know the experience of the perception labelled "seeing a car". You are not a body-mind soul, but the awareness perceiving a body-mind organism/person living on Earth. That's the dream you, not the real you. You are the aware space for this entire perception called life.

So you are saying you are not an object(it) and in the next sentence you claim you be a thing called person (which is an object) You misunderstand my philosophy and project a lot of your own beliefs instead of just reading what I am writing. I am not writing all these things about being frightened of the world and thats why I see it as illusory. At night I might have the most amazing dream and still it would not be real It's not my choice. The only thing verifiably real is the awareness, which is not an object, it is not an it. I'm calling awareness an it due to language barriers, but it does not have any objective qualities and you cannot locate it, similar to what the number 0 points to. Due to this, awareness, (me), does not get affected by the objective world. The body me gets affected, but that is not the essential me. I hope you understand what I mean, I am not just arguing for arguing's sake, just presenting you with what I find to be true, as I have verified it in experience. It will be true no matter what happens.

Dear Andrea. It appears to Andrea that space is real, but Andrea itself is not real, but a concept also. A concept living within another concept. Let me explain. Just like in your dreams it appears that there is space, and you are an object doing stuff in that space... Both the object and the space are illusory. In a similar way reality is illusory. Only the awareness of it is real. Watch some Rupert spira for meditations on confirming that awareness has no borders. To start you off intellectually : it is not an object.

Dear Andrea, I respectfully disagree, for space is merely a concept and not reality. In reality, from first hand experience, the only space that truly exists is the space of awareness or consciousness, which is no physical space itself. But as you said, limitless, can be verified in experience that there are no borders to awareness.

I had an epiphany. Death is alive. Death is the moment when you realise you are no specific object, but eternal consciousness. There is no Death, because Death is God, the point, the One. Nothing and everything at the same time. Black and white at the same time. Good and bad at the same time.
