Dodo replied to Someone here's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God realness=consequences of actions, realness = pain/pleasure duality, realness = imagination + logic. Dreams at night = imagination free of logic.. But realness still has imagination as its root. Realness definitely though has different feel than imagination - for example in imagination you can jump off a cliff and fly, in realness you fall and fking die - you see the difference Thats the logic factor at work. You cant fly without the necessary equipment/wings... While in pure imagination you sure can

Dodo replied to spiritualryan's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God Self enquiry is a practice used to cut at the root of the egomind - to find the unreality of the I thought, which in turn is mixed up with every other thought that appears - every other egoic thought is related to that "I". By tackling the root, all the leaves and branches might continue to exist further, but not for long, exactly as if you cut the root of a real plant - so initially might appear you're doing nothing big, because every leaf remains the same for a long time until it withers due to lack of sustenance. Cutting down the "I" thought is not a destructive process however, because it really is not real to begin with - so to destroy it you don't need to kill it, but rather just see that it is not real and then it falls by itself if not reinforced further. Like a branch that looks like a snake, what you need to do to destroy the snake is not to kill it, but to see its reality as a branch, it was never a snake. The methods of self inquiry have been mentioned in the thread but if you want more clarification I can post more

Dodo replied to tatsumaru's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God @tatsumaru check out the guy on youtube who coded the mandelbrot set to play sounds based on where you zoom in and click, it is a great way to merge maths and sound. But also many famous classical musicians use maths in their compositions to create the harmony you mention. I am not really into physics, but I am more on the maths side and i am not subscribed to matter as being "stuff" but rather "vibe" so its actually a lot like you say- sound. In the bible they say: in the beginning was the word and then there was light - it begins with Sound before light. Yet another clue right there, maybe it is fundamental!

Dodo replied to tatsumaru's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God Great stuff to contemplate here, that music theory is right up my alley because I have a memory of being a symphony before getting caught to incarnate here on Earth. I need to look into it, please suggest something good if you have resources. Ive had something I would call a spiritual experience which happened after I had a natural fast and no need of sleeo at one point during lockdown. It was inspired by something greater than me and the overall theme was True Love and proving it somehow. I am still confused about the experience which spanned over many days even weeks where I was seeing and hearing things from beyond and was guided by what I call "spirit of true love" and ended up meeting with a satanist and one muslim woman who whispered to me to find the truth in the Quran and had many magical experiences that are impossible - both positive and negative ones. At one point I was taken by a bunch of men for example and one started tickling me like the demons in my dreams as a child. So I know the devil might have been playing some magic tricks on me to confuse and perhaps test me somehow. At one point there were characters there who thought I was Jesus and were disappointed i couldn't do anything in one situation.. I was scared.. Then there was one womanly figure that healed some bruises on my arm after I cried to her... It was instant healing.. I have not really transformed from the experience as I went right back to my ego shell, went back to same addictions and routines because I didn't really want to experience this craziness again..

Dodo replied to TrueGod's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God Your fears and desires can be shown in dreams in many various scenarios. I often wonder who is the producer of such dreams because they seem to often be very educational and we don't really know what follows (if we created it, we would know it before we dream it, kind of the same like thoughts) So I think your subconscious is just giving you different scenarios you don't like some times and I think this is used to teach you on different levels.. On one level it might want to teach you how to act in such situations.. Like in the past when people were hunter gatherers they wouldn't dream police, they would dream a tiger attacking them... Then they are alert and do what is needed to prevent it happen in reality. The second thing such dreams teach you is that tho the character in the dream may seem in big trouble and you are totally identified as that character during the dream, when the dream ends you realise it only appeared that you are that character and wonder what was all the fuss about, if only you realised you weren't the character you would've had a great time, but it wasnt that easy or obvious to get that realisation! It was an illusion, but if someone points it out inside your dream you'd think they are mad! Cause here you are, caught by police and they are making you do pushups! Ofcourse its you haha! We can consider that the same is happening right now to our waking reality, just on a higher level. God's dream and we are God identified as the characters in the dream, while the dream lasts.. So nothing really that happens is so final and dramatic as it would be if you really were the character.

Why it Seems Like My Consciousness is In My Body question ❓ I will take the title as a question and answer it to my current understanding. Consciousness is initially not really defined, its rather an experiential reality, the packaging of experiences, not something we can point as an object but ofcourse it's the subject to all experiences... We assume we are an object and objects of experience are localised in the body, so we might say we are there, but when we realise we are the awareness, we notice that body and thoughts all happen within awareness so awareness is prior

Dodo replied to machiavelli's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God If God wants to reveal itself to Dolphins, he will probably take on dolphin form, the human Jesus would not do anything for the dolphins, it is aimed at human development and love-o-lution. Different symbols are needed to communicate and guide, but always it is important to not put any idol or avatar before God itself and this is spoken of in the Bible
-
Dodo replied to machiavelli's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God The idea of Jesus as an idol comes because it is widely accepted that he was some sort of a more awakened avatar of God/divine/unknowable and a powerhouse when it comes to goodness of character. Like a great example and something to strive for/aim for on a personal level. There must be something more special about that avatar for us to have completely changed everything and even start counting the years from His birth. It would not be 21st century without Christ, reality would be so different even for these small details. But ofcourse people worship Jesus because they believe he is God incarnate, but he taught that everyone has this connection to God and was crucified for it. Kind of a tragic story

Tesla logo What about the head tilted to the right? Tesla logo looks like a cross anyway, so you are not far off, but you are ignoring a major part of the picture there... A running angel with wings Angels do not hold tridents, don't have long ears and are not shaped like the image I've posted Charmander! (not sure if you mean the running devil looks like Charmander, but no, just no, non of the images do. Charizard bellow and birds face above. I'll give you Charizard, bird's face above I cannot see, please specify. I am aware of The Rorschach test but try again... Not everything that looks like something is that thing! But I am giving you an opportunity to prove it... Show me better how these shapes look like what you are saying... Maybe I am just not looking at the right spot? For me the images look like what I have said and its easy to see even if you are not personally religious. These images are all of the same theme as well. What you started suggesting was taken from many different themes from logos to pokemons - and I find it hard to see what you suggest! It should be easy to see, remember! Did you really have to squint to see my suggestions? Happy Easter

Can't be just me seeing these. I have not tampered with the pictures except for zooming in and taking screenshot. 1. Looks like Jesus on the cross. 2. Looks like a running devil 3. A battle between light and darkness - the shadowy beast with horns is at the top of the picture while there is a figure below him who is not giving up and shines with his hands spread out and hair electrilised. 4. Mother and baby, heavenly picture.

Dodo replied to Valwyndir's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God hmm I don't know I have seen an angel once and it was tiny and existed within my inner mind's eye and popped out of the light that was trapped there from my sungazing... But ok maybe! Its so mysterious! But I really cannot buy/understand how a different soul can occupy the same body. Where did the last soul go? Who is the new imposter and why is this allowed? How come I haven't switched souls with someone by accident if its possible to switch - or for this to happen to someone else? I haven't really heard of it... Not even in a dream has someone else been me, its kind of weird! I think you guys might be experiencing some form of psychosis and/or split personality/ schizophrenia .... I don't know.. Have you been doing any self inquiry?

Dodo replied to Valwyndir's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God Wait you incaenated in the body May 2020 so that means you were a different self before that? Who were you and how am I to understand this? There cant be two yous, you are the same you as when you were 5 years old.

Dodo replied to Valwyndir's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God Resonates a lot, Ive had such experience of communication with a feminine force that could alter reality and was there to protect me, altho I was visualising her more like a motherboard/computer like but maybe these stuff are different, like seeing from a different angle... Ive had telepathic communication with some other realm and I heard my mother's voice talking on loudspeaker to many others using the information I send her...... And other weird experiences that i don't really know how they happened, but your post fits perfectly with my experience.

Dodo replied to OneHandClap's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God Now this appears to be something one would be more easily willing to surrender to if there are no attachments and life sucks, but for example if you have relatives and so on its much harder to do stuff like this, cause if you really die then they will be the ones to suffer.

Dodo replied to Wilhelm44's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God You are real as the presence that knows knowing. The 3 states - Waking, dream and sleep are happening to that presence and they are all "unreal", only the knower of the 3 states is real and that knower must by definition be present in ALL 3 states not just in one, so you cant be any *thing* in any of the states. most view waking as more real and see dream and sleep as relative to the waking, but it is actually the 3 states that are all happening to your knowing in direct experience and therefore are equally unreal. You can verify that the knowing is real, its kind of one of the few things we can be certain of. Even if dream is unreal tonight, the me that knows it is real, even if I can't really point to it.

Dodo replied to The0Self's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God The good for the human is the evil for the chicken... Does others relate to only humans here, or all animals. To amoebas? Where do we draw the line, sentience maybe? Balance is not at all easy, we usually only think about ourselves when talking about things like that and in the process we pull the rug towards us and all the animals have no cover.... As a human race, we think the absolute good == absolute good for humans, when we are just a piece of the jigsaw...
-
Dodo replied to The0Self's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God Please help me out as I see a contradiction, as in the Bible it is written that we are not necessarily expected to follow the Law, as long as we have faith. "Justified by faith". The way I understand it, the only law worth following is the Law of Love and the rest is just noise. For example you would not do evil things if you follow the law of love, which is not a written law, its the law of the heart. God is way beyond the human understanding and beyond human authority. From Wiki: "It was Paul who developed the term justification in the theology of the church. Justification is a major theme of the epistles to the Romans and to the Galatians in the New Testament, and is also given treatment in many other epistles. In Romans, Paul develops justification by first speaking of God's just wrath at sin (Romans 1:18–3:20). Justification is then presented as the solution for God's wrath (Romans 3:21–26, Romans 5:1). One is said to be 'justified by faith apart from works of the Law' (Romans 3:28). Further, Paul writes of sin and justification in terms of two men, Adam and Christ (Romans 5). Through Adam, sin came into the world bringing death; through Jesus, righteousness came into the world, bringing justification unto life (Romans 5:15–17). In this connection, Paul speaks of Adam's sin being 'imputed' or 'accounted' (Greek ελλογειται) and speaks of justification as acting in analogy to sin (Romans 5:13; Romans 5:18). In chapter 8, Paul connects justification with predestination and glorification (Romans 8:30). He further states that those who are justified cannot be separated from the love of Christ (Romans 8:33–39). Several of these passages are central in the debate between Roman Catholics, and the various streams of Protestantism (while there is broad agreement on justification by faith, there is no complete doctrinal uniformity on justification among all Protestant denominations), who can understand them in quite different ways. In Galatians, Paul emphatically rejects justification by works of the Law, a rejection sparked apparently by a controversy concerning the necessity of circumcision for salvation (Galatians 2:16, Galatians 5:4; see also Romans 5:1–12 and Council of Jerusalem). He also adds that the only thing that counts is the "faith [which] works by love"(Galatians 5:6)."

Dodo replied to Alfonsoo's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God We think because we are, not the other way around. But you can say: "I think therefore I can articulate that I am", then its a different story.
