  2. Oh God yes I had this period. Walking around the streets, everyone getting stressed over traffic noise etc, i wouldnt even notice if an atom bomb drops ^^ But later I realised I need to be ok with constant noise too, because I cant always stay with earplugs and I dont want only conditional stress relief. We are here to learn how to hear the silence in the middle of noise. I do meditate sometimes with earplugs and eyemask to go deeper into silence, its refreshing.
  3. Love it. Self-enquiry is there to be USED! If I will remember one thing from all the Rupert Spira videos I've watched it will be this: Whenever some thought comes up, ask yourself, on who's behalf is this thought arising. After investigating one might come to the conclusion that it is coming from the limited self, not the limitless consciousness that you are. So you acknowledge and move on.
  4. I am currently two weeks into meditating with HoloSync awakening prologue package and I can say that I'm a big fan. The value you get for your money is simply put amazing. You get books and other support reading and listening materials as well. It might be helpful to you to use that as a safer/legal alternative to psychedelics. Or ofcourse parallel to that. The creator Bill Harris claims that one hour of meditation with HoloSync equates to 8 hours without.
  5. My grandmother taught me that real friends help each other, fake friends are only there for the fun parts. Thats how to recognise true friend, if they say no to parties, but say yes to help "move the couch". Its very important to be able to say no in order to have a simple lifestyle and have time for what trully matters.
  6. I have pyramido/trianglephobia. I have this strange distant memory of falling head first at huge speed towards the top of a pyramid. It was like a "Ok so you are not that body, are you.... Ok, so let's see whether you will or will not piss your pants in this scenario" type of situation. The Gods areevil

  8. Imo dreams hint to the dreamer that things aren't as they seem. Obviously when you dream everything is happening within you, but it doesnt feel that way mostly - So from this observation alone we see that duality is an illusion, at least in dreams, but we can project that as a hypothesis in waking reality too, just need to awaken and see it was/is all within us.
  9. I have the opinion that spiritual growth is more efficient in dream states, because there you are closer to your true self. The logical mind is gone there. Ive had a number of very profound dreams in the past year which show this. The subconscious can also be viewed as God. But anyway, my opinion is that one shows their true colors in dreams. Without even knowing.. One has to learn from that.
