Say yes to the moment and then you might even enjoy it. -
4. Awareness is not an I identity. It is that in which all entities and appearant forms arise. You are not going to see it as something in awareness, because it is the space for the experiences you are referring to. Tbh your observations are completely true, there is no separate you observing experience. Here are some contemplative questions which may get you to recognise what I'm referring to when I speak of Consciousness/Awareness What allows all the stream of experiences /perceptions to be? What is underneath? What is reality based on? This is the presence that cant be seen, but is always there. If we even supposed it's not there sometimes, then there would not be experiencing and we go to the type of question : if a tree falls and nobody is around to hear it, does it make a sound? Answer is irrelevant for one.

1. Who knows. Mind is the entity that is built on beliefs and thoughts and has built this I, which we refer to as Ego. For example if someone spits on you, that I, the mind, gets hurt. "Why you doing this to ME??" 2. Colour blue and colour red are in fact the same thing, they are both vibrations, interpreted by the mind differently. Also you can think about looking at light: It contains a rainbow of colours. Imagine those colours arguing with each other, saying they are separate, when in fact they are all one light. 3. Isn't that what we are all looking for. Who am I? The answer is awareness itself. Listen. There is no separate you. But there is You. 4. That's just silly. Are you not aware of your own presence?

I think sometimes we need to speak about Ego Integration and not about Enlightenment. In my view all the consciousness work is for Ego Integration, making the Ego into Truth. Everyone is already enlightened and at the same time, there is infinite amount of work to be done to align to the highest self, which we cannot not be.

Hehehehehe, even unenlightened are enlightened, Shin, you should've known!! Hehe the depths of presence are infinite, I would be a fool to drop consciousness work. Enlightenment is only the start!! -

Here is an part from the latest one. But the course is mostly videos of Eckhart speaking. It's the same as looking at youtube, but I have watched almost all his vids on there. 1. Is there space? Eckhart continually reminds us of this important question. As you’re engaged in your daily activities, remember to occasionally ask yourself whether you’re “bringing space” to the situation or if the mind has absorbed your attention completely. Greater alertness is usually the first sign that you’re in touch with this portal to Presence. 2. Make time for the present moment: Eckhart suggests that you set aside a little bit of time in your day for experiencing the power of the present moment. These “naturally occurring moments of cessation of activity” can be found whenever you’re asked to wait (e.g., at the doctor’s office), at the end of your day, or any time you’re not immersed in “doing.” Explore these opportunities for deepening Presence throughout your day. 3. Listen to music or use sound to enter the Now: Certain types of music lend themselves to entering stillness. Eckhart offers guidance in listening to music and sound—and the spaces between the sounds—as a way to access Presence. Listen to this musical excerpt by Tibetan flutist Nawang Khechog from Eckhart Tolle’s Music to Quiet the Mind—or choose some of your own music for listening practice—and pay close attention to the “gaps” that can open our awareness to the formless dimension. @The Universe adding two more: 4. Breath awareness: Eckhart often describes the beautiful practice of becoming aware of your breathing. Set aside time to explore your own breath and see what unfolds for you. Throughout your day, you can also incorporate “one conscious breath”—as taught in Session One—as often as you wish. 5. Inner body awareness: The energy of the body is “not yet form as such,” teaches Eckhart, and is therefore a bridge between the physical form of the body and its formless source. As Eckhart suggests, the practice of inner body awareness is a way of exploring “the unmanifest”—and can become extremely helpful in turbulent situations. -
To be sure of something is a quality of mind. The one that is sure or unsure is the mind. You're thinking like a lawyer. You are right from the point of view of a human entity. You are separating consciousness from form, yet have you any evidence, if you are going to lawyer about, of there even being such a thing as form? Isn't all you have of form just the perception of it, awareness of it? So the only thing in fact we have first hand evidence of right now is that we are aware, not claiming who we are even, we know we are aware. What we are aware of is just perception in awareness. Whether awareness can be aware of itself? Sure! If you know you are aware, that is awareness being aware of itself. Why? Because what is so subtle to be aware of awareness, other than awareness? How can something other than awareness be aware? It's ridiculous. "What I was saying is that you cannot be sure that consciousness/you won't cease to exist when the body dies" This is not important. One has to inquire into who they are actually. There's no point talking about consciousness like you understand what it is. The mind wants to understand, of course, but how do you stand under that which is formless, but always true (this is contradictory by nature, so the mind will fail every time).

I'm taking Ekhart's presence course and it's lovely <3 -
Where did the physical entity pop out of? Notice how this is just a label. Saying that body-mind is a physical entity or machine, does not mean it is not a different aggregate form of consciousness. I view it as the mind is the software, not consciousness. In other words, software and hardware are both another aggregate form of pure consciousness, in my current world view.
-
The way I see it currently is that the bodymind is another aggregate form of consciousness, so is no different ultimately, just like ice is ultimately water, but it has other properties now, until it goes back to it's natural state. What do you think Just like you need to apply cold to make ice, you need to apply resistance and ignorance to make body mind. All our muscles are made from resisting gravity for example.

This is the game of snakes and ladders. But it's all based on the dice. Where you're born, what conditioning you get and other factors. The individual pawns have no choice whether they hit a ladder or a snake. Do you judge the pawn that hit a snake? Makes more sense to feel companion for the bad luck. If you accept that there is no free will, this metaphor makes perfect sense.

Everyone acts based on their level of consciousness and based on what they identify with. We are mostly identified with our programming, and it is ok, but the truth lies before the programming. This means that those who you perceive as bad programs are not the actual program, but the root of the program. And this root is also you and me and the only thing there is. So to radically accept the reality of the present moment, not even opposing evil, because you know it is only illusory, a bad fruit. If you were in the rapist shoes you would rape too, because it is already the case. There is no separate you to separate you from the rapist. How to judge after having this insight? You can only judge as part of the game, the game doesn't judge the bad characters, because it programmed them in place.

Me when binge watching Cosmos - A Space-time Odyssey "Oh My God, ITS ABSOLUTELY INFINITE" ??? -
What is is. Even Isis are what is. One cannot reach the promise land without radically accepting the reality of the situation. What is true is what is. Before we make judgementa of Good or Bad, the truth is already there. The truth can be Good and the truth can be Bad. But are we only interested in the truth we label as good here or are we interested in the entire truth?

@LetTheNewDayBegin That's great wisdom, I thank you for your guidance on my journey. I agree that logic can't explain the unexplainable. This brings me to my next learned insight, after the previous one, which proved to be controversial: It's not two, Because it's not even one thing. It's no things AT ALL. This insight is for the entire Human race and it is the most powerful insight in existence anyone can ever discover and everyone should know it. This insight is the pathway to discovering who you truly are. That's why I am giving it the attention it deserves. This is it brothers and sisters. This is the wormhole to Enlightenment. This insight alone will bring you to depths unimaginable of pure joy in existence! Non Duality means -> Not two - It's all one. Life is amazing. Life is beautiful, you flow with life, everything is pure joy and happiness, amazing existence supreme. But wait! It's not even one thing It's no things...... No things AT ALL. Let all your worries drop. All your stories - drop. This is everything. This is Liberation. (read in Mooji voice)

I'll be aware of whatever I want, because I'm awareness! Awareness Ego. Beware! I'M AN ENIGMA -
If the truth is not two, doesnt this exclude two, thus causing a divide?
