  1. Is there someone else? The lecture is quite good, but some will judge books by their cover. That's life Do you think you will achieve realisation on your own? How many spiritual teachers have helped you so far? Why lashing out now? Because of the word "Information"? You have allergy? Everything you perceive is information. Don't be allergic.
  2. The unborn and absolute are not to be understood. Eckhart says this time and again, the unmanifested is understanding itself, it cannot be understood. And you're researching lol. Nice, Wrap your head around it, but that's not Eckhart's teachings. They are popular, because there is nothing to understand. It's about staying conscious and alert. It's about learning how to stay as the witness of your inner space. So there, I hope you're not confused anymore as to the book's popularity ?. I imagine Eckhart's cheeky laugh when he hears you're researching the unmanifest and you're having trouble with understanding it ? Ofcourse you're having trouble understanding it!   4. This is a projection. Where did I say it scares me? The comment was saying that the book is for starters, but it in fact is for starters, intermediate and advanced. You only need to go deeper into the teaching. Sometimes even read between the lines.

  6. But if the Truth cannot hold it's own in an argument, then false teachings that can hold will prevail. Concepts are rather important for spreading the Truth (for Humanity's sake). For the dream characters that we are For spreading love & freedom and for having a better dream.

  8. I've thought in the past to do a self inquiry generator. It would always say, "Not that". Only once the student is ripe, the generator would say: "You are That". Booom
  9. Not so fast! Counter argument coming. Your bodymind has 0 of these signs, but you're not that, so you have 40 ? If another bodymind has 40 of these signs, they are not that and hence have 0 of them ? I contemplated this a bit further and less jokey - the present moment awareness with which we know our experience (the thing we refer to when we say I) always has 0 neuroses. Only form can have neurosis, so perhaps the way is for the form to tune into the frequency of awareness and realise it also is pure awareness. Then the form will become a Shin and will have achieved Shinhood.

  12. I don't know. I would say that negative people will attack even positive inner fields. There's nothing more annoying to a negative person than another person smiling.

Perhaps this is one type of Karma, but what about the Karma that brings to you negative situations if you've done something wrong (not just inner negativity, but outer as well) I believe that the next life's starting point will be dependent on this one. Perhaps that's how all karma is paid. Perhaps you can be the biggest asshole and not get punished in this lifetime, but at the start of your next, by being placed in a not so advantageous position. And vice versa.

  18. Maybe because there's just no other way. Think dreams, imagine yourself in your dream tonight as your dream self asking "Why do we play this game of form?" Now imagine waking up and seeing that the very form asking the question wasn't even a form, it was just an idea, a hallucination, a dream.
  19. @makouda I also use HoloSync and for me it is only a booster. I don't do it every day. My practice becomes much stronger, however, when I apply 3-4 different techniques together into one session : For example: HoloSync + inner body awareness + eyes towards third eye + radical acceptance. Last time I did it, my visual perception went wobbly for quite some time, as if I am underwater.
  20. I'm interested to know whether the chakras and musical notes (do re mi fa so la si) are coincidentally the same number or not. Could it be that each chakra corresponds to each note or just coincidence?
  21. All of your experiences right now - seeing, listening, sensing, tasting, smelling, perceiving, conceiving appear in the same space of awareness/knowing/you, yes or no? This space is the "0", this aware space is to be explored. This space is the space pointed to by all the teachings. It is borderless, shapeless and ever present. It's the silence behind the noise, the formless behind the form, the no-mind behind the mind, the no self behind the self. To focus on the space, you need a non-practice. The best non-practice I've found comes from Rupert Spira - Answering the experiential question - "How do I know I am aware?" . To clarify - in order to be aware *of something*, you need to set your attention on it. But how do you know, in this moment, that you are aware without the *of something*. In answering that question "Am I aware" or "How do I know I am aware", awareness simply recognizes itself by being itself even though it is something formless. I believe the best embodying process - the process which lets the body-mind tune into/align to that space comes from Eckhart Tolle and it is the answer to the experiential question "How do I know that I have a body?". This shines awareness on the inner body - use awareness on breath whenever you can't feel the energy of the inner body. I can post videos related to those two practices if you want (and if I can find them).
  22. The real you is the one that is aware right now of your desire to stop thinking and your thinking and is silently allowing them to be. ? Think of your mind as the set of numbers [174738, 27473582, 573857, 58385838, 4, 47375839, ...] and your true self as the 0 that is silently behind all those numbers. So you don't really need to make the numbers into 0 to recognise the silence. Just notice it is already present in the midst of noise, just like 0 is present in the midst of 5837583 (5837583=5837583+0)
