  1. Great question, but how do you sustain your body to keep meditating? I guess this option is onlu available to the rich and to those who are not the body and meditate all the time, because they are meditation itself!
  2. These types of posts are the reason I lurk in this forum. Potent and direct. Full of love and helpful guidance. Thanks, i heard a strong ringing in my ear while reading this and focusing on my heart space.
  3. Some things have to be clear to you - you are not your thoughts, you can never be the monkey mind. This is classic identification with thinking!! I prescribe you the Eckhart Tolle pill. If you can be aware of it, it's not you. Neti neti. That simple.
  4. That depends.. Are you the monkey mind? Or are you the one aware of the monkey mind? Only the monkey mind is saying "I am the monkey mind", you are quietly witnessing, you're the canvas upon which monkey mind draws a painting. Now if you want a picasso painting, perhaps you need to transform your monkey mind into a butterfly mind.
  5. Love, peace. My actual first name means Good Peace in english.
  6. Offering you a simple practice you may do any moment during your day when you remember. It's a spin of self enquiry in which you systematically use thoughts (specifically questions) to direct and move your attention deeper towards truth. Simply ask yourself, am I this or am I aware of this? Am I doing this action or am I aware of doing this action? Use whatever is most obvious in your experience at this moment and apply this question to it. For example, say you are walking down the street. The most obvious thing that is happening is that you are walking, so now ask the question: Am I walking or am I aware of walking? Move attention in direction of the answer. Since you asked that question and now you had that thought... Perhaps you notice that and ask yourself further... Am I thinking or am I aware of thinking? Am I writing a forum post or am I aware of writing a forum post? Am I reading a thread or am I aware of reading a thread? Am I alive or am I aware of being alive? Am I dead or am I aware of being dead? Am I tired or am I aware of being tired? Am I sad or am I aware of being sad? Am I annoyed or am I aware of being annoyed? Am I this or am I aware of this? Am I that or am I aware of that? Am I doing this or am I aware of doing this? This is a simple practice which I find useful and I thought i'd share.
  7. In the absense of fear, there is only Love. Your words are true. The joy of being is love, the opposite of fear. Loved that smiley tho Not confrontational <3
  8. non-duly noted It's been a pleasure chatting btw, smileys are egoic!! ^ see? The smileys when you're explaining something make it look like what you're saying is the ultimate truth and no-one dare talk shit! <see?
  9. I'm sorry Faceless, but I think you're lost in thought. You are always giving a dissertation in your answers based on your conceptual understanding of reality... Thought is sneaky like that. What if I say there are no dualistic movements, only thought may say there are? You've already posted something like this, that duality doesn't exist/ is an illusion or something in previous posts... But turns out you don't stand by your words? You actually believe duality is possible? Hmmm. Stop believing your thoughts, perhaps apply the practice I suggested.
  10. Awesome video. Intelligence. God. Nature. Beauty! ♪♫♬
  11. Third eye chakra meditation: Position your eyes to gently look between your eyebrows. Stop any use of fluoride. Enjoy the increased imagination, ability to visualize and insanely powerful dreams. Also look at other chakras. The mantra for the third eye opening is the famous Om. There's also Lam, Vam, Ram, Ham and SoHam for the other chakras. Also you can use high frequencies on youtube designed to aid in working with the chakras and you definitely need to place your attention on the area of the chakra you are working with. And remember that your awareness is what is important, not the objects/chakras/visions/abilities.
  12. Your girl knows I've got the sauce, no ketchup Just sauce, raw sauce Ah, yo, boom, ah
  13. No seriously who are you telling all these things to?? You just said I dont exist... Who are you even telling to chill? Or is the telling happening and you're simply aware of it? Same here bro, we are one. But that one exists.
  14. Very defensive for someone who doesn't exist
  15. London does not exist, because it is not part of my present moment experience
  16. Okay, then why all this typing, you dont exist lol
  17. Who are you referring to as me? Option 1) If the me you're referring to doesn't exist. Then why type to it in the first place? It won't hear you, it doesn't exist to make any difference! Option 2) If the me that you're referring to exists... Then your statement is just wrong. In both cases your comment is inadequate. Either unneeded or wrong
  18. I did not say whether the experience is real. In fact by calling it a dream, you can see that I don't see it as real. What I said was that it appears to awareness. The awareness is real. Not the dream. Your objection was that the dream does not appear. That is experientially wrong, just check your experience. @MarkusSweden Do you dream at night? Do dreams appear to you even though they aren't real? Perhaps you guys are slightly confused and don't know what you're arguing against, that's why you're arguing it... There is a wise saying "Check yo'self before you wreck yo'self"
  19. Experiential is not conceptual. You assume
