How do you handle people with strong Stage Red traits—those entitled, power-hungry, and often manipulative types? I find their behavior frustrating and draining, and part of me wants to put them in their place, but I know that’s not always the best move. And I sometime am too big picture to take immediate action . See the thing is I have to deal with these sort of people quite consistently .Most of y'all live in West where people are more conscious but here you know stage Red and Blue is the norm for the most part . Even though I'm stage Orange and a bit yellow still I can't outdo their ruthless selfishness . I want to live calm and cool life focusing on my passions and vision but dealing with these people which I can't avoid sometimes drains my mental energy .

Go actually study deeper Jungian psychology and you'll see these stats are trash . + IQ tests are highly biased towards Ne and Ti users like xNTPs .(Abstract intelligence) I'm also ENTP but I know there are many aspects in which sensors are smarter than us like when it comes to kinetic intelligence(sports intelligence).

See in extreme cases best move is clear but what to do when it's subtle threat ? Police here is slow too +legal work is just hassle . After 7 months I'll be in new better city than eventually out of the country . Till then I'll just try to beat them in their own game if it's necessary .

Low quality work , Scamming , Manipulating ,Not paying money back , Making threats . Although they are not that smart while doing these things you can just tell but still can't they just act civil . Getting disappointed when you point out how they lied . Part of the reason they do this is because they were taught to be this way since childhood in order to survive .

I do want to do lot of things . I meant if I don't have "shoulds and shouldn't " than I would take random actions .And suffer because of them .

@Whitney Edwards Right, I am planning my way out of this place eventually . But look I'm not talking about one situation , from which I can just walk away . It's a constant loop of dealing with people be it bussiness or relationships .Where they just come with the pre meditated plan to just maximize their benifit and sacrifice others and use every bit of corrupt ways. So Instead of just walking away I just want a strategy to deal with them till the day I make out of here in 3,4 years .

I've noticed that envy for me has been good source of motivation that forces me to get out of comfort zone and improve .

I can relate a lot ! Wasting potential is the worst feeling in the world . It's not always bad to compare with others , it actually motivates me to be better . And to not be lazy and sleepwalk through life .
