Now, think about this. Really think about it. If you were actually following this advice, would you, or would you not, be taking lots of drugs every day? If this was really your last day alive, then there would be no consequences in the morning, so you'd want to enjoy yourself wouldn't you? I think anyone in their right mind would take drugs.

that is true. but i think it helps some people to realise that they are not being judged as much as they think.

Here's a useful insight: Nobody really gives a fuck about you, or what you do. They're much too involved with their own problems.

One thing I've definitely noticed is that people take life too seriously. Especially on this forum I think that all this work comes full circle, and you don't give a fuck any more

What I have found....and it's only MY way, and other people may do things differently...but, my way is letting go of your life, like Jesus says, which means focusing on God, because you must find God and then everything else will be added. That's what the Bible says. So then you are free. Also, in my experience, using substances as a reward is always better than using them as a method to escape from reality. So get something done, be productive, then reward yourself. Not ideal, because complete abstinence would be ideal, but this is the best method I have found - get something done, then reward yourself.

I stilled my mind so much that I was in an ego-less state, but this prevented me from getting anything done. We need an ego to get shit done.
