I have been wondering about this question for 2 years now but have not found anyone to answer it. Very curious what responses will be given but in reality we have 3 states of consciousness, waking, dreaming, and deep sleep. In the deep sleep state, there is no "I AM" with no pain, no suffering, and no pleasure. When we are talking about awakening or higher levels of consciousness there is something called "nirvana" or No Self the state of no "I AM". Leo has talked about this No Self state in a few of his videos and so has Frank Yang and other spiritual teachers. So my big question is what is the difference between nirvana or "No Self" versus deep sleep because to me they seem like the same exact thing. I don't experience any "I AM" at all in deep sleep. Also If this human self that I identify with is just an illusion and my ego, desires, and basises are all just an illusion, who is the one trying to wake up if it's not even real? It's not anything that I would identify with because that would be my ego so what is it and how would any awaking be possible at all if there really is No Self?

To live in consciousness is suffering. -

I wondered if the dream changes every time you wake up. You go to sleep, and then you wake up tomorrow in a new body and a new life living as someone else. Just a thought since time is not real anyway. In the deep sleep state, there is no I am, no me. Almost like the infinite mind of God is taking a break or getting ready to enter a new dream. -
I left religion (Christianity) in September 2020 after realizing it to be a false religion. I was a believer with my mind trapped inside of a box. As far as I was concerned the KJV version of the bible was the word of God and anything or anyone to contradict the bible was the devil. Soon after I left the faith I wondered what is the truth, why do I exist extra. I have looked into various explanations to explain reality. Many talk about spiritual phenomena, a spirit world, and other metaphysical things. I have watched Loe's videos on consciousness and enlightenment including the solipsism video. I have not seen anything supernatural or metaphysical, nor have I had any awakenings that I am aware of, but I am curious about the possibility. Hopefully, someday, I will experience or witness something that debunks secular materialism without having to rely on someone else’s experience.

You are nothing, there can only be nothing, and there is no nothing. - Unknown -
Iman Gadzhi seems a little fake to me. Never really liked him but he understands human psychology well enough to make a living.

There are 5 key elements you need to optimize to have a killer bio. Profile Pic Banner Image Catchy Handle Pinned Tweet Text and Emojis in Bio Box The better the bio the more likely it is you will get followers more quickly. I tweet daily using hypefury to schedule my tweets and I use tweetai to help create tweets or rewrite other successful tweets. I also use images and video when possible. I also comment a lot and like other people's comments to get more exposure. It is hard to grow in the beginning because Twiiter/X will recommend new users to big accounts. If you're new yourself then the algorithm won't push your content as much. I use hypefury to do auto DMs to help grow my account as well. While I am working on Twitter I also do YT and Instagram as well. If you have your own product/coaching program you can slide into people's DMs and start a convo, ask them what they are struggling with, and say you can help them. Show testimonials, social proof, and pitch. You don't need any following for this strategy. There are a lot of intelligent people on Twitter and I have learned a lot over the past 2 1/2 months. My brain feels like it's getting bigger by the day.

It will be interesting to see if Iran strikes Israel again if this continues. I don't support either side but Israel has already vowed to strike Iran after the missile attack. Israel has limited options on what they can strike and it will be a very risky mission considering the distance and Iran's Russian-supplied S-400 missile systems in the mix. If one of those precious F-35 fighter jets gets shot down by Russian air defense it will not look good for the Western world.
