Just hate everyone. The ego has to love something or it dies. After every conversation say in your mind I fking hate you. When walking around in reality focus on nothing, like put your finger in front of your face and take it away and look at that space as you navigate around people. When talking to people look at them as little as possible. Have conversations and focus on hands or whatever.Dont engage conversations. You will start to like not talking to people then you can love yourself. Then you can go back once you feel better. You can hang out with people and not really look at them you will be surprised at how in conversations people will just talk to themselves and then find you interesting.
Think of like Kong in the jungle he is the king he looks at no one he bows to no one people avert their eyes from him. Why? Because when you look at him you take his power and he will attack you. Constantly looking at people is like looking for attention you are God you dont need to look at people. Also this goes with mirrors. Dont look at yourself in the mirror.
Navigate reality Near sighted. If you do the finger technique and hold you gaze on nothing you can put things in front of your eye and take it further and closer and you can see your eyes zoom in real time. This shows the eyes are not crossing they are focusing on the empty space(GOD) between your eyes.
For as long as I can remember, I could not follow the basic principles of breathing deeply and relaxing. There was always a cue that I had to focus on, like focusing on your breath, or focusing on some kind of sensation in your nose, or focusing on some relaxation in your body, or focusing on whatever. And none of this got me any results at all; it, in fact, caused more tension within my body.
If I focused on the sensation of relaxation within my body and muscles, it caused me to over-focus on all of my nerves and become too aware, and my whole body just becomes physically in pain. It's the same thing with focusing on the breath; I become too conscious of it, and it causes stress overall.
But recently, I found a method that works for me, so I thought I might share it.
Instead of thinking about focusing on your breath, try this:
Inhale the relaxation substance that's in the air. There is a substance in the air that is pure relaxation, and imagine yourself inhaling it and consuming it.
This sounds like a fantasy, and it pretty much is; there's no logic to it, but for me, it works incredibly well.
It allows me to become present and feel the entire room that I'm in and the entire house that I'm in, and have a much more atmospheric presence. The concept of consuming shifts my perspective in a strange way that allows me to deeply relax, as if every time I inhale, I go deeper and deeper into a sea of relaxation and become conscious of the substance of relaxation as a product of the entire environment that I'm in.
Relaxation becomes a substance of the entire reality and not just isolated to my nose or my body, so the entire world becomes relaxed not just my physical body. The way I view everything and my perspective of everything becomes relaxed and I'm not trying to just relax my body.
I understand some of you guys are gifted, and none of this matters to you; you just naturally relax. But for people who have a hard time with meditation, this might be the perspective you need.
Shifting outside of trying to relax your body and instead trying to relax the association you're making with all of reality seems to be a better approach in my opinion.
