@Olaf I heard something from Julien yesterday on approach anxiety yesterday that I went out and tested lasted night and it worked. Basically what he said was realize that you're already fucked. Either you approach the girl and you get rejected, or whatever, or you don't approach her and then you're self-esteem gets lowered cause you didn't do what you said you were going to do, or something along those lines. There's a few other mantras to keep in mind as well: "There's nothing to win, nothing to lose" "The less I do the more the environment does to me" No matter of thinking will get you out of approach anxiety as Leo said. Ultimately, just start taking responsibility and stop being a fucking little bitch.
