  1. Hi everyone, I'm taking a soft break from the internet for three months. I still have to use it a bit for college, the life purpose course, work-related things but other than that... - No social media - I installed a YouTube blocker where I only have access to the search bar for meditation music and Wim Hof - No video games - No music (I've got some music downloaded for dancing and meditating (The actualized.org playlist is too good)) - I'm already sober from weed + alcohol so those won't be a problem either I'm still having trouble deciding whether or not to keep up on this forum or not, as it can be very useful, but I notice myself using it to distract myself at times. Still better than Instagram reels because content on here runs out, reels do not. In the past I've tried monk mode and similar protocols but those just make me depressed but I see the potential in these protocols and I'm actually really excited about this break, my heart keeps telling me to go with it too, so that's kind of cool. Have ya'll done anything similar? Any advice? Thank you. I love you. Peace, Owen.
  2. Thanks! I will! It was really scary at first but now I love it, and after every mic I'm just left feeling exhilarated.
  3. Lol I liked it. Here's what I'm doing at 20
  4. To help me understand my uni classes better.
  5. @WikiRando slay the spire is worth $2000 imo. So much value packed in a what... $20 game? Incredible!
  6. Nubby's Number Factory is pure math.
  7. It's wild knowing my grandmother killed herself due to schizophrenia and when I was warned about the risks of weed from my therapist the first time, I just completely ignored them. It got to the point where the torture and suffering was so bad (I was hearing voices and people coming into my room and none of this was actually happening,) that I was left with no other option. Amazingly, I got away scot free, knock on wood.
  8. Hell yeah man. One month+ in and it was seriously one of the best decisions I've ever made. Leo was right, sober life is king.
  9. @Aaron p
  10. Reminds me of when I first got into game through Leo's vids I was working at a deli and I came across this concept of "just one more word." It's as simple as it sounds and was great at getting to know the customer's better and help level up my game!
  11. Thank you very much. I love you biggest bro!
  12. Thanks for the insight. My main goal is to have fun, connect with others, get phone numbers and move things along, but keeping this in the back of my mind will for sure help. Appreciate it homes!
