So I assume you didn't buy Leo's premium clip vault cause he has a video on this exact topic He recommends getting extra sleep the night before then doing all your meditation in one day, so instead of 20 mins every day, do 7 hours once a week. I am paraphrasing here though so I recommend you go watch that clip "Drowsy Meditation Does Not Count" That's what I've been doing the past month and it's gotten me results already

It's hard to label what's psychosis and what isn't too because isn't the definition of psychosis something like, "thinking much differently from a normal person would?" If that's the case then Connor Murphy was in psychosis the whole time, but then doesn't that make Leo psychotic as well?

Thank you for this perspective cause I had a discussion with a girl at a festival this summer and she was into surface level, feeling/body based spirituality but I hadn't made that distinction yet in my mind so I dove in head first and she never text back! I was confused AF but I probably scared her off now that I look back on it (said my life's motto is that everything is my own mind, even when I'm interacting with others)
