How we experience "possibility" and "possibilities" can only occur within a "context" or a Paradigm where "Change" exist. To think of "Changelessness" as a possibility is inherently "off the mark" and a type of confused thinking. Possibility(ies) and choice are intertwined and two facets of the same thing. Spacetime and Change (or the possibility of Change if you would like) - are intertwined and two facets of the same thing. In the same way that "Changelessness" as a possibility is inherently "off the mark" and a type of confused thinking - so is the idea that the experience of Change can be of Reality.

Interesting, during the same age I did a lot of psychedelic experimentations - like you - and I completely stopped at about 20. I was very serious about these experimentations - they were not part of my fun time like most people around me were doing. I was seriously wanting to explore the Mind beyond its pre-programmed limits. Like you I came to realize that there was a 'cheating" aspect to using psychedelics since the experiences were biologically/chemically controlled - However there is a value in having made such explorations - it helps understanding how limited is our normal state of mind and also how reality is not what it seem at all. Of course here I am just skimming over the vast amount of details that are part of the left-overs that one can benefit from these experiences. It has been many, many decades that I have lived since - and yes I have work hard to explore the Mind naturally since - not easy in some ways - although realizing how we are the creators of our own obstacles is inherent to the process. I see your reasoning leading you to the conclusion "So from this point forward, I'm quitting psychedelics until I'm more mature." - as being inspired from your higher Mind. If you take good care of your health, and cultivate Peace within you, the biology of your body will eventually catchup to the changing-self on this transformative journey.

As most of the previous posts point to - you have been involved with a highly as in "completely" unsound thinking - this includes the sources of your information - which may as a whole go back to your childhood - I don't know the actual sources of your info but it is clearly within the realm of both misinformation/disinformation. Dogma is a type of misinformation/disinformation. Your life experience - in my opinion - is lacking too much for any social value associated to you getting into politics - unless you want this country to regress towards its more uncivilized past. However -this being said - the fact you are here discussing in this forum shows that you might be a little open to learn something that would take you beyond a very very narrow and distorted view of humanity. One day you will realize that the real threats to a community, society and nation are from those that have a thirst for power but are driven with views that are "un-enlighten" to put it politely - that being those that are raising views that are in the ballpark of the reasoning you have brought to this table. If sexual behavior is your obsession - and it clearly seem to be - then use history to see where the danger lies. If you compare the violence perpetuated through history by male heterosexual through rapes and gang-raping - in comparison to any factual violence perpetuated by the LGBTQ community - what do you think you would see? It is so proportionally different that it is ridiculous to even consider such a comparison. Your concept of a "3 step strategy" deployed by the LGBTQ community is so insane - you have no idea. It sits right out of extreme-paranoia imagination. Do you know how bad it is for your mental-health to invest faith in such thinking. I know that from the top of your head you don't believe one word I am telling you - because I am asking you to question beliefs you have invested with something you value too much to put on the a tribunal bench. ...and talking about tribunal - I would add that the Highest Court will find You NOT Guilty because who you truly are - but have obviously little knowing about that - is an extension of the One and Only Source which is Perfect. In the very same token, the Highest Court will find every single soul of the LGBTQ community NOT Guilty because each one like you is an extension of the One and Only Source which is Perfect. And not only that - every single soul of the LGBTQ community is part of your very 'being' because this is how the One and Only Source created YOU. Realize this and you will see that before you can recognize and realize the One and Only Source you will need to fundamentally change your beliefs.

Are Near Death Experiences Legit? If you mean scientifically speaking - YES, NDE's are correlated to a huge body of evidences. They have been scientifically researched, and also all attempts to scientifically DISPROVE have failed - as in Prove they are NOT authentic experiences of something that could be called the afterlife. Single NDE Cases - on their own - do not make good scientific evidences. BUT it is the Study of a large number of NDE's that brings about a very high correlation coefficient. Did you ever see REAL footage of the camps where the Jews were imprisoned, starved and killed by the thousands by the Nazis? Do you know of the atrocities that were done by the Nazis, during WWII - experiments, tortures that are too horrific to mention here? I have no idea if you are OK with what the Nazis did to the people that were Jewish - BUT I am going to take the chance that you agree that it was as evil as it gets. Now let's go backward from there, back in time from WWII. There was a time when the Nazi were only a political party. There was a Time as we go back where the Nazi's was a very small political party made of such extremist's that no one believe that they had a chance to become the Governing body of Germany. They were considered a gang of tugs and bullies... immature adults, playing politics. What were they most and so deeply afraid of? What was that fear that they eventually taught their brothers to take as gospel - a fear that begin to spread like the worst types of cancers? A fear that gave them political power over others? The Jews, they were afraid of the Jews. They were afraid that the Jews would take over their country, their culture, and their communities. It is not a common term. I think the common way of thinking about "credentials" does not naturally include "what we are self-teaching" - and therefore we tend to discredit Autodidactism from our life before we even think of the concept itself. "For example, I've been teaching myself to play the piano without relying on traditional methods to the point that I can learn by hearing and I'm discovering things that are or could be already out there." There you go.. it is often how we begin such journey... "I'm often shocked that people don't fact-check." To truly fact check, to dig deep, one has to put aside one's own bias. To be able to put aside one's own bias- one has to be genuinely aware of his own bias. For one to be aware of his own bias - one has to be very honest with him/herself. A bias can weave an answer from true facts but that amount to a view or perspective with a "blind-spot". Most have to train themselves to discover their biases. One characteristic of a bias - is that it does not want to be seen as such. Our bias can be described as 'WHAT we want the answer to be'. Since most who are searching the internet are driven to reinforce beliefs that are specifically insecure, they are specifically seeking info that reinforces their bias. Fact checking can be very threatening to personal beliefs-systems. There so much more to say about this... :-)

YES as an IDEAL Trump should not be allowed to run for President for denying the election results as part of 'leading a coup'. And I must add there are many other reasons why Trump should not be allowed to run for President - such as taking into his possession thousands of document belonging to the US Government - including Top-Secret Documents that he not only exposed and put them in such vulnerability but also took some of them around to "show-off". He should not be allowed to run also because of his implications with Putin and Putin's associates. And the list can go on... However the weaknesses that Trump is taking advantages of are fundamentally of the human-nature and specifically against the Judicial System. The first and foremost weakness was the lack of speed - the delay response - on the part of the Judicial System (DOJ as the Department of Justice) - in pursuing the criminal actions of Trump and company. No Judge or prosecutor in the history of this country had prosecuted a President, and those that happen to be in the position to do the deed, DID NOT want to be the first to act. They prosecuted many that were involved in the coup but delayed to prosecute Trump. Once the legal process finally fell into the hands of those that had the guts to do the deed - then we begin to observe how painfully laborious such a prosecution is. Literally thousands of witness had to be interrogated as part of building the case. Meanwhile the corruption consumed by the extreme-right politicians, lawyers, judges kept on increasing, and although in minority, they found ways to block and delay further the Judicial processes that will send Trump in jail. Have no doubt Trump will be prosecuted sooner than later. The Supreme Court was in a position to stop him from being allowed to run as a President - but it failed to fulfill its duty as such. This failing was in part due to weaknesses of characters and also to flagrant corruption. Right now as in today Biden is proceeding with a process to reform the Supreme Court. Now that He is not running, he can fully focus on this and he does not have to worry about who will disapprove his move. As a note I would like to somewhat rectify what is a "weakness of character" when it comes to Judges and Prosecutors. These role bear colossal responsibilities where one should be able to prioritize the Nation and in this case the US Constitution over their personal lives and the lives of their loved ones. To do the right thing and do the deed that Justice calls for - in the case of Trump - means to put in danger your life and the life of your love ones. The treats that have been raining on the members of the DOJ and their staff, in addition to witnesses and jury members is unprecedented in the history of this country. The security forces are processing hundreds of threats a day. Most of these threats are are no more than a pretense - BUT the real threats have to be sorted out from them. It is incredible that this is happening to staff working for the DOJ because of a man that was elected by the power of misinformation and disinformation.

Earth is said to revolve around the Sun as an expression of Gravitational Forces being applied by a body of greater mass upon another body of a lesser mass. I am aware that ultimately Spacetime and Gravity are part of an illusory experiences - However - in my opinion - within our experience of the physical world - Gravity is a Force at play representing a more fundamental role than the mere view of a fix-point.

Here I am starting a new thread because I would like to point to a 'cosmic phase' that is astrologically indicated by the "2020 Great Conjunction: Jupiter Conjunct Saturn in Sidereal-Capricorn" - as mean to shed some light on the general "shift" of world-energy that Hardkill is referring to. " Nothing is as it seems..." best describes what we are seeing around the world - when looking at our world without the elucidation from a greater perspective such as long astrological cycles. The 2020 Great Conjunction Jupiter/Saturn in Aquarius refers to a Cycle that is only 20 years long. BUT there are other Cycles implicated in this event that are much longer in Time. There is a 200 Years Cycle and a 800 years cycle that are coinciding as well. To truly appreciate the synchronicity of these Astrological movements with our world events - requires a deep dive in the subject - which I certainly will NOT do here. But for those interested - there is a lot of research that can be done on this event. What I will do is present my digested version in relation to what Hardkill is concerned. The General Lines of this Astrological 'period' is of an accelerated 'dying' of 'old-ways' that must be UNDONE as part of an explosive progression FORWARD. It resemble in some ways to the phase where the caterpillar begin to metamorphose into a butterfly. One thing is certain, during this phase things gets ugly. Another metaphor would be during a healing process when all the toxins/puss that were hidden inside of a body - breaks through the skin and the body turns really ugly! In the USA and around the world we see what appear as a surge of 'corruption' or a surge of 'corruptive-forces' that wants to take over. That 'manifestation' is an expression of an energy that was there BEFORE but it was hidden and kept 'unrevealed' as much as possible. In the USA the general population has been aware for a long time that there was some serious corruption manipulating Governmental forces. But what this corruption looked like was mostly kept in the dark and held back from erupting to the surface. A strong example is the murder of JF Kennedy. Even the Watergate scandal was mostly processed in a way to minimalized the eruption of the corruptive element working in the background. To heal the body, so that someone can get back on their feet to do great things - the large accumulation of puss must in someway burst open and come out. When this happens it looks WORST than BEFORE but it is a necessary step towards a BETTERMENT. On the scene today we have a clear view (for those that have their eyes open) of where the corruption is, of its nature, its toxicity. We can "smell it" and it stinks really 'bad'! Has any of you heard Arnold Schwarzenegger speech a few years ago where he said on one hand that Trump was the worst President in US history, but most importantly here - he said that like a fire hardening/tempering the blade of a sword - what we are going through in the USA will strengthen the Democratic coherence and determination of this country. He was touching somewhat on the energy indicated by this Great Conjunction. Actually it will even do more good than that... yes it will take time and effort BUT at the end it will amount to a great and very positive surge forward as part of our global evolution.

"What if" has nothing to do with the state of the world. A potential threat does not make a situation is catastrophic. There was not a moment in the past centuries that a potential catastrophe was not floating and intoxicating human paranoia. What you imagine catastrophic about the future will never happen. Even if Trump was elected - although he will not - the consequences will not resemble what you imagine now. There is so much more to say about this... :-)

Thanks 'enchanted' for hitting the nail on the head by asking this question. I have been under the impression that the non-duality ideology is mistakenly understood almost universally. Practitioners (if you can call them that?!)of non-duality seem to believe that once a basic self-realization of the non-dualistic conscious-stance - means that that they have attained the goal of non-duality. When you say "We see dualities everywhere: child vs adult, night vs day, dead v alive, outside v inside, stage blue v stage orange." you are referring to PERCEPTION. Duality is fundamental to PERCEPTION because to perceive we must contrast between "what is" and "what is-not". To see a chair you must know exactly everything that is not the chair. It is like this for everything. We collectively believe PERCEPTION is the product of the central nervous system, which is part of the physical body, which is in turn part of the physical World. That belief is exactly the same type of assumption as we once held the strong belief that the Earth was a center around which the Sun revolved. It sure seemed that the Sun revolves around the Earth, but it certainly not true or factual. If you study NDE (Near Death Experiences), and OBE (Out of Body Experiences), clearly there is evidence that PERCEPTION occurs without the physical body, and without the brain. PERCEPTION is a MENTAL Process operating on the fundamental framework which is the ability to Contrast. For this ability to operate Duality must be established at a fundamental level below the field of perception. All of Physicality, only exist within the field of PERCEPTION. The physical Universe, the Cosmos only exist within the field of PERCEPTION. Not the other way around. Even when the body dies the experience of PERCEPTION continues - UNINTERUPTED. The ultimate state of Non-Duality is entirely beyond PERCEPTION. One word that points to that State is "The Absolute". When practicing non-duality principles successfully it certainly does not translate to founding ourselves completely reunited with the Absolute. When we successfully experience being one, possibly through a self-inquiry process perhaps - This Realization is what I believe only the first step on the journey leading to the Absolute. Of course mentioning " a journey" - would say a non-dualist practitioner - is to think 'dualistically' as a journey must be about going "somewhere" that is defined as not-here! As long as one is having physical experiences of any kind, one is PERCEIVING - as long as one is PERCEIVING, one is maintaining a fundamental dualistic framework below one's conscious threshold. All this being said - it remains that this basic Self-Realization of One-Self Being everything and at-one with everything, is extremely important and valuable. It is just not the end of the journey towards the Absolute and the Total Non-Dualistic state of Consciousness.

A lots of good inputs from others... I am not sure if what I have to say here, is what you want to hear, in any case it might help you later, once you have journeyed on this painful path a little further. You are tortured by unconscious forces, including the survival of the human specie. Of course having kids would take that one force out! And there are other forces much deeper at play, interfering with your peace of mind. What you are experiencing is rather common, and it is one of the element of the midlife crisis. But this is no consolation. Ok now I will tell you what you don't feel because you don't know, and may not really want to know: If you had all that which your heart desires it would be fun for a while but you probably would find it "addictive" - kind like alcohol, drugs, sugar, and many other types of addictions. Eventually you would find yourself into a not so fun phase, . That is one scenario. There are many scenarios, some better than others but ultimately, the journey leads to the realization that the promises of such relationships and sex are highly deceptive. Nothing is as promised, and "there is no-satisfaction"! It is a search that leads to empty hands - other than the LESSON that the syren's call leads the ship to crash into the rocky shore. The syren's call sounds beautiful and hypnotic... but that is where the beauty ends. "Sex is overly rated" is a powerful statement simply because of the truth that it embodies. There was a time where this statement made no sense to me. That was a time when body pleasures and body pains were clearly two separate things. That was when I was under the spell of the syren's, it was even to a certain degree, after I started to tell that the promises of orgasmic-bliss were feeble in contrast to the true capacity of the soul's field of experience. Man the ultimate truth is that you have missed nothing. The gifts that the mortal shell offers are hollow and empty of substance. Happiness is not found there and will not be found there.

Hi, I have not seen this video. But I would like to work with your question, as it is a very good question. This topic is related to the concept of Free-Will. It is true that God can not force any soul against what the soul wills. The reason and the 'why' every soul MUST return (eventually and ultimately) to God is a fact that can only be truly understood when one consider the ACTUAL nature of the state of Separation from God. How real is a soul's separation from God? A soul can not be truly separated from God. This statement does not mean that our experience of being separated from God is not genuine. It is genuine, but only as an experience not as a fact. It is like dreaming, when you dream you are in another city, you really believe you are there, and you are completely unaware that your body is actually lying in bed in your city. Your dream is genuine, and all the struggles and joys in the dream are real to you, they affect your mind and your state of consciousness. The state of separation which is the basic requirement for the NEED to Return to God (reunites back into the godhead) does NOT just happen haphazardly and for no reason. The state of separation (the dream) must be 'willed' to happen. This 'will' engendering the experience of separation is difficult to truly understand. It is often misunderstood as the will-of-God wanting to know the 'limited' and basically 'what-God-is-NOT'. This is and a confused concept. One thing you can be certain is that every soul you see experiencing human and non-human forms have WILLED that experience. Specifically it is You that has WILLED the experienced of separation - that fact should be beyond any reasonable doubt. What is the nature of this state of separation? It has been identified as the state of 'suffering' in Buddhism and other spiritual ideologies. The suffering inherent to that state should be obvious to most human beings. Another characteristic of this state that can be use to identify it, is a state where the soul does NOT feel at Home. A state where the soul does NOT feel at Home - What does this mean? What does this say? For one thing it defines how fundamentally this State is uncomfortable to the soul. It is uncomfortable because this State was NOT made for the soul, it was made for our being, for ourself, for our True Self. It is NOT the true Home of our Self. Of course we now face the question WHY did the soul WILLED this experience. And I do not have a short answer to explain it. So for now I will skip this question; and move to the concept of the True Home of the soul. The True Home were you belong, truly belong, is eternal bliss; is Perfect and Pure Love. ... I could add more characteristics, "unlimited", etc... what does all this sounds like? That is what God Created for Himself and for your True Self... for your soul. That is the only State that is True and that the soul can feel at home. The return to that Home is not going to happen as long as the soul does not 'will' to return. In other words as long as the soul wills against BEING at Home it will not experience the Return, which is an awakening from the dream of separation. A Realization which is Mental/Spiritual in Nature. This experience of separation from God, is a state specifically designed to experience the 'Limited' also known as 'Death'. Everything as a beginning and an end. In this place of continuous change there is a very special experience designed for the souls learning and ultimate awakening. The soul can take abuse and punishment (suffering) only so long. But its true escape from this state of suffering will not occur until the soul learns to WILL DIFFERENTLY. That lesson, that teaching is here in this world, in this state. No soul will 'forever' seek and NOT-FIND. Every soul is seeking its Home, and will continue until it has find its True-Will which is the very same Will as God's.
