I’m making some 4k footage and I’m surprised it makes good money. What is your side hustle?
-
I read a lot of criticism about him on this forum..
-
Love is war and war is love. Because only people who love will fight for their love. Both in love and war there are no rules. And that is no coincidence.

@Emerald that video doesn’t help me. But it does make me laugh and made me interested in his book which helped me to better negotiate in relationships. And get what I want by offering what they want which is emotional intimacy. I learned a lot from Taraban. This is just one example.

This is such a good watch 🤣

It is funny how you desire what a potential gf would do. It just dawned on me that when the first capable AI gf robot comes out, it would change so much in society.

@Nilsi it is not weird because you are half your mother and half your father so it would kind of makes sense. And I wouldn’t say we carry the archetypes. They are part of the fabric of the psyche, like a carpet with different forms/patterns woven into it which one might call archetypes.

His work has infinite depth. I have been studying him for years and there is still uncharted depths that I’m coming across. He was a guy well before his time. Basically today’s music psychology is a cheap rehash of his work. Most psychologists are an insult to his work. And imo you can’t really do spirituality without his work. One really needs to understand the mind and have the ability to give therapy to yourself because nobody else will do it.

Women get their value from nature and L’loreal. Men’s value is gained through blood, sweat and tears. We as kings should never forget our place and if you assume it they will treat you as is.
-
@Nilsithat sounds interesting. Jung is such a deep well, it is easy to get lost in it. I will try to look into Freud too. I always refrained from it because he gets poo-pooed on a lot. But to be honest he has some weird theories like the Oedipus complex.

So how would you describe yourself? A Freudian ? I’m not to familiar with him tbh.
-
First off, he doesn’t secretly believe in a perceiving center. In fact, a huge part of his work is aimed at helping people directly realize that the perceiver, the subject-object split, and the idea of a “center” are illusions. When he says “there is only consciousness” or “this is consciousness,” he’s not talking about perception in the usual dualistic sense. He’s pointing to the actuality of being, not a subject being aware of an object, but the direct actuality that exists prior to that structure. He uses the word “consciousness” to refer to what is actually present, not a mental state or thought process. And yes, he sometimes equates consciousness and reality but only in the sense that what is conscious is what is, and what is actually real is directly conscious, not conceptual. As for form and differentiation, he doesn’t deny them. He invites people to deeply inquire into the nature of form: what is it really? What is it made of? What is its relationship to consciousness? His method isn’t to give abstract metaphysical answers but to push people into a confrontation with their direct experience, beyond assumption and belief. Calling it “spiritual hamburger” misses the whole point. His work is actually demanding and often uncomfortable, precisely because it doesn’t let you settle for intellectual positions, it forces you to look at what’s true without filters. You might disagree with his conclusions, but dismissing it as simplistic or “selling well” probably means you haven’t really engaged with the depth of what he’s pointing to.

At this point he is just trolling. From page 1 he has been refusing to come with arguments. Mods please do something about this because he is ruining my thread.
-
Just for the record. Please state your arguments against Ralston. Instead of gas lighting getting emotional Shitting all over my thread Comparing Ralston with Ibn fucking Arabi lmao
-
People like Breaking the Wall can’t be taken serious. Firstly because of his name. Secondly, he is not open for discussion and he doesn’t come with arguments. Just emotional ranting. Everybody can be passionate about something as long as it doesn’t cloud the judgement. And his judgement of Ralston after few minute videos is insane and ludicrous. It is hard to understand Ralston after one read of his books. For example the book of not knowing has to be read twice to get a descent grasp and he thinks he can understand him after couple of minutes. It is feeding pearls to pigs.
-
Notice how the tone changed in this topic when Leo put his weight in this topic. 😭
-
I have all of his ebooks
-
This topic is a good shit test
-
I was engaging him to get his arguments against Ralston. But he doesn’t have solid arguments. That was the reason for my thread but he started shitting over this thread and some were defending him. I still don’t get what the antithesis is.
-
In the other thread about Orion Taraban the same thing happened. People watched couple of 10 minute videos and they already had a judgement about him. I had to close that thread because it started to get ugly. This thread seems to go into the same lousy epistemological shit hole.
-
Ibn fucking Arabi of all people. 🤣
-
His book are worth the money compared to others. Some condensed Yoda level shit compared to all the fluff books out there. One book is 10 hours of reading but it is easily 10k hours worth of wisdom. And the shit he is writing is integral. No loose ends in his work. All of his books are integrated. That is why I like Ralston compared to other teachers.
-
you watched couple of his videos and you crafted that criticism? You haven’t even read his books. You are as foolish as those two crazy ladies defending you. This is insane.☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️
-
@Natasha Tori Maru have you read Ralston? Please be honest.
-
@Natasha Tori Maru we are all emotional about something. I bet I can find topics you are emotional about. It’s not about the emotional or not it’s about being open. And she hasn’t provided any good counter arguments so I will stand my ground. To be honest, I don’t even think she read Ralston. She is just here for the beef.
