Just be fully yourself. Nobody is holding you back to be yourself. It is a hard life walking around holding in your fart

A stiff upperlip is not good for anybody, not for the others and not for yourself. It is very unhealthy for yourself to have pent up emotions and you basically freeze the relationship dynamics by being clinical and sterile. Most of the people here are deeply traumatized people who are looking for answers in the holy grail of actualized which is psychedelics. It is all in vain and all overcompensation. People don't look for truth and alien consciousness when they are wounded and looking to heal. Truth and healing (and being healthy aka embodied truth) is the same thing that a lot of people still have to discover but I rest my case. All disease comes from trauma or some kind mental perversation. It is good that you are focusing on that because if one is wounded one can't even see reality the right way and see truth rightiously. All greatness comes from loss. A forum can't be low a good medium to express it. But I found it more useful to go to a city I'm unknown in and just be myself unapologetically. This might something you might to try out because that way you are skin in the game. I still think you still have a lot of uncovering to do though and I wish you all the best.

### Owen Cook's "Endless Motivation" Masterclass: The Complete Breakdown (2025 Cut) This is the single most confrontational, high-octane, no-bullshit execution talk Owen has ever delivered. It’s not feel-good spirituality. It’s not another “meditate and manifest” video. It’s a war cry against the modern trance state he calls “derping” — and a complete system to become a relentless executor who actually gets massive results in every area of life. Core Framework: The Three States 1. Derper – Passive, numb, autopilot, path of least resistance. Driven by junk food, dopamine hits, short attention spans, fear of thinking (cortisol). Most of society lives here. This is the “2 + 2 = 5 because they said so” zombie mode. 2. Executor – You accept the cortisol of thinking. You force yourself to stay conscious. You fight the derp every single day with religious intensity. This is the foundation. 3. Transcendent – The higher spiritual states only become stably accessible AFTER you master execution. You can’t transcend while you’re still a derper eating Cheetos and forgetting where you put your keys. Key Insight Execution itself is a meditation. Sitting on a cushion for 20 minutes is great for ego dissolution, but if you’re still derping the other 23 hours and 40 minutes, you’re deluding yourself. Execution meditation (constantly breaking autopilot, asserting, auditing, pushing resistance) is the skeleton that allows real transcendence to grow flesh on it. The 25 Execution Meditation Practices (The Actual System) 1. Assert yourself in every situation (move chairs, lead the group, give energy). 2. Write everything down immediately — billionaires do, broke people think they’re too smart to need to. 3. Double/triple/quadruple check everything. Assume your brain is trying to trick you into laziness. 4. Do new things daily that scare your autopilot (left-hand brushing, cold showers, harder routes). 5. Constantly ask: “What else could I be doing with this time right now?” 6. Ruthlessly cut time-wasting activities (gossip, victimhood, mindless scrolling = spiritual suicide). 7. Audit in advance: “What could go wrong? How could this be misinterpreted?” 8. Extend your attention span deliberately — read the hardest books (Ulysses, Atlas Shrugged) until your brain stops begging for a nap. 9. Always choose the path of most resistance and most effort (stairs, not elevator; fix the thing now, not later). 10. Take total responsibility for yourself AND everyone around you — anticipate their derping too. 11. Proactively raise your emotional ceiling — get addicted to 9/10 states, not 5/10 numbness. 12. Stick to your principles even when it’s socially costly (don’t get dragged into pig-wrestling). 13. Seek truth, not popularity. Train yourself to think “Is this accurate?” not “Will this get me approved?” 14. Solve the hardest version of every problem (film in grizzly country, not your bedroom). 15. Think from other people’s paradigms constantly — marketing, leadership, conflict resolution all come from this. 16. Stop seeking ego-stroking “How was that?” from friends. Know your own standard. 17. Access transcendent states through flow, contribution, and pushing your edge — not just substances. 18. Install new empowering beliefs deliberately. 19. Seek brutal feedback only from people whose results you respect. 20. Connect every present action to its future consequence in real time. 21. When the inner voice says “you’re being lazy,” obey it instantly — no negotiation. 22. Test yourself in fluid, chaotic situations (sports, nightlife, crises) — normalcy bias kills. 23. Practice holding 20+ spinning plates in your mind at once. 24. Take extreme ownership — you are the white ball on the pool table, not the colored one. 25. Realize, multiple times per day, that you are in a trance — and snap out of it immediately. The Brutal Truth Owen Hammered Home Society is engineered to keep you derping (garbage food, jump-cut media, degenerate role models, fear porn). The people at the very top do not respect you. They think you’re food. They are correct — until you prove otherwise by executing so hard you become undeniable. Most “spiritual” content keeps you comfortable in derp mode because that’s where the money is (twin flames, LOA parking-spot manifestation, etc.). Real awakening requires you to first become a conscious executor who refuses the trance. Final Line That Should Be Tattooed on Your Brain “Any failure you have from this day forward is 100% on you. I just spent hours screaming this in your face. There’s nothing more a human can do.” If you actually implement even half of these 25 practices for 90 days, your life will be unrecognizable. Most people will watch this, nod, feel motivated for 12 hours… then go right back to derping. Don’t be most people. Fight the derp until you die. Your future self (and the world) is begging you to.

If you act as a girl like this thread proposes but she can sense you want to fuck her right off the bat, she still won’t feel safe. For me it was a struggle to deal with my libido because the more one wants it the less one gets it. Which is kind of paradoxical but it makes sense. Wanting it signals you don’t have it. But I have a question for you. How do you define femininity?

Some people need more testosterone and others need more estrogen. It depends on what you need. It is all about balance (aka health). Nowadays women don’t have to worry about their safety. But in the past and in war time they always flock to the guys with high testosterone. Whilst in times of peace, I notice they go for these girly type of guys who have high levels of estrogen. While these guys would be cooked if they had to fend for themselves in a war time scenario or chaos stricken period. It is because guys with high testosterone can be dangerous, assert-ive and pushy because of their libido. That is why they need to channel their libido intelligently. So it is not that they don’t like hyper masculine men. They don’t like the pushiness and how those men make them feel.

Science says environment is more important than genetics. And with environment it is not just in the coventional sense but one's interperation of the environment. Obviously one should get good nourishment from our environment: good food, good people, good air and so on. But one can have all of these things and still fuck things up if we aren't a master over our own interperations. I think that is the master key to health. Most of the people who fucked up their health was their own doing aka wrong judgement. And in the couple of cases it was genetics, it was still their own doing because they lived extreme lives and activated their bad genes instead of living good and activated their good genes.

Last week I had a lucid dream where I was hovering over my own body. One must experience it to really understand what one is. If you reject the sub conscious you reject most of your psyche. I think doing sub conscious work like astral projection is underrated. -
All Neo-Jungian psychologists are a must read if you don't want to reinvent the wheel (infinity) in your psychological development.

It is about spreading the holy seed over the lands of mother earth. It shouldn't be that hard to follow considering your username.

We all have to pick our poison. I mean I can pick at vegan diets and you can pick back at my diet. If I would go to vegan diet I would be so unhappy. I would be like a lion who is forced to eat vegatables. It is against my DNA to be fully vegan. And I'm confident enough to say it against the DNA of most people because if it wasn't you wouldn't need all those vitamin pills, blood tests and then some. Even with all of those 1st world solutions, most vegans still struggle with their diet which says something. There are some freaks of nature and certain races like Asians that are more prone to vegan diets but there are the exclusion of the rule. And what I have noticed is that most vegans are highly unhappy, I have never seen an upbeat vegan. They are all deadbeat, angry and want to shove their own diet onto other people. I have one vegan friend and he has low energy, ED, and is always cold and it is very difficult to tell him it is because of his diet. But I respect his choices although he is ruining his health and he aged 20 years in 5 years. He is currently 27 and he should have endless power but he has the energy fo a grand pa. But it is his pioson. I respect he respects earth more than his own biology and his own nature. Of course eating meat has its downsides too but it is a pioson I'm wiling to take because I have endless energy and I just couldn't do the sports, work and lifestyle if I was vegan. Meats are high energy dense foods. And even with that in my diet, I still have trouble keeping up with my cal because I don't like to eat. I eat to live, not live to eat. And I can't dedicate my whole life to keep up with getting enough nutritions because being vegan is a full time job.

Reality includes human facades, it is not separate from it. I have been to poor countries. It is very grounding. One starts appreciating basic stuff after one comes back. And the women there aren't spoiled by social media and so on. But I wouldn't want to live there. Perhaps at old age.

@Emerald I meant vegan hamburgers with vegan buns. My diet is mostly vegan with some fresh cut meats. I think most people get into problems with meat because they eat processed food. It doesn't matter if you are vegan or meat eater, real killer is processed foods.

Mf is popping out material like a bish, and it is all good stuff. No fluff. Highly condensed and integral.

@Tudo at your stage of your development you shouldn't listen to your mind and just take action. If your mind had already figured it out, it would have gotten the results so you need to stop listening to your mind, and fuck around and find out.

This is the mindset Jobs had to "look at me while I'm healthy". The thing is when you are young you can eat shit and still be ok. I knew this girl and she ate fastfood everyday, not working out and she looked like a super model. So if you were her you would say, I look like a super model because of my diet but diet is just one variable. You can only say that veganism has worked for you when you are at the same age of Steve Jobs death. I hope you life a long and happy life but it is too early to say that you reached the finish line. Those are good. Those foods are in my regular diet. The only thing I won't eat is tofu. For men it can cause all kinds of problems. I'm not eating vegan buns as a treat because that signals my current diet is a burden. I don't allow myself to eat any chemical stuff like tofu or vegan buns, period. If I want to treat myself I do it with a t-bone steak with asperagus in dairy butter with a nice big leafy green salad with avocado, olive oil etc. Some asians might be able to live off vegan diets but I'm not asian. I have a different build and if you listen to your body you know if your current diet is good for you or not. Mediterranean diet is perfect for me. It is not mostly vegan but there are a lot of vegan dishes and I love it. I always try to eat the 2 x the amount of fresh vegetables versus fresh meat.

Weird thing is that he was into meditation and Zen Buddhism. He did a lot of spiritual work. Just imagine what he would be like without the spiritual work.

@Carl-Richard I’m sorry about your dad. I don’t know your father’s situation so I can’t say anything about that but Jobs didn’t listen to his doctors and their advice to stop his shady diets. I can’t provide you sources because I didn’t expect to be lectured when I was reading his 20+ hour biography.

You can ask AI to make a flowchart of what he is explaining. But I’m downloading one of his courses. I might stitch up a book of his course including screenshots of his actual flowcharts from the videos.

@Lucasxp64 @Lucasxp64 @Raze Multiple people asked me so I will just post the PDF NoteBookLM gives chopped up summaries. I don't like it. Especially with summarizing big videos Noteboom LM's context window is pathetic. PDF file: John Anthony's Dating Strategy Guide.pdf

Perhaps he died because of aliens? We might never know for sure. But he had pancreatic cancer and I think it is safe to assume he had health issues because of his extreme diets. I read his bio and he continually didn't listen to his body and this is what you get.... " Steve Jobs's extreme diet, particularly his fruitarian and vegan habits, may have contributed to his pancreatic cancer and may have hindered his recovery. His high intake of fruits, rich in fructose, has been linked to an increased risk of pancreatic cancer, and he also resisted mainstream medical treatments in favor of these diets after his diagnosis, a decision he reportedly later regretted. While the exact cause of his cancer is unknown, his dietary choices are considered a significant factor in its development and his subsequent struggles. "

I took over some of his lifestyle besides the vegan aspect and more extremist aspects.
