Teal’s work is the best of what women have to offer in spirituality. Very little woo woo. Other spiritual female teachers tend to go into tarot or some oils/stones and astronomy. It is refreshing to listen to her. Until recently with her documentary fiasco she had this Goddess complex which she lost. That really help to ground her. I like how Teal is right now.

That is my exp too. All the intelligent people I know integrated AI in their life and are benefitting massively while the riffraff are struggling and blaming AI that it is not creative or this or that. Which is ironically - projection. Whatever they say about AI, they are in fact talking about themselves since AI is just a mirror like you said.

I have to use my car to go to work. And if I get fat, it is because I don't work out, not because I use my car. Yes, I can walk for 3 hours but my time is better spend. If AI can do all of my bothersome choirs, then that gives me space and time to spend my time on higher priority stuff that AI can't handle.

Next year these stuff might become too expensive for most people. I bought 8 sticks of additional RAM and they already doubled in price. Next year I will be selling these with 5 x the profit. Can you imagine such world? Living in an AI world but not being able to afford a device to access it.

Mind you that all those AI party poopers have vested interest in AI failing because AI undermines their “creative work” while humans are the biggest thieves out there. Even those guys who you have in high regard “borrow”. At best their own contribution it 5-10% max. Only very few people like Wilber come with their own shit. Obviously AI is in its infancy face but soon there will come a point of singularity and we will see what real creativity is. Yes that will cause a lot of disruption but at this point it is not something that can be avoided. The gene is out of the bottle.

I use both devices and switch them up. So one time I use device x and then device y. I don't use it everday. I listen to my intuition and look at my heart rate (through measurement). If I use it everyday I found out that I build up a tolerance for it which is not ideal.

It also works very as a pregame prepping for a psychedelic trip or just normal meditation. I used it and it works. It also improved my HRV.

@Schizophonia how did you field test your stuff?

Jung is more complex because reality is complex. In my opinion Freud is too simplistic and boils everything down to his perversions. For example Oedipus complex is widely discredited. At least Carl Jung has stuff like archetypes which is still being used today. Think of models like Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) which is practical and useful. And his insights on the unconscious is undisputed. He is still being referenced in modern books. Both Freud and Jung offer interesting lenses but Freud's level is basically kindergarten level stuck at the level of the penis and the vagina. I don't see anything holistic about that unless you are watching a 3d porn or something. Archetypes on that other hand do a good job of charting the psyche.

You don't need to be a super model looking guy but you need to check the bare minimum and that make it up with charisma, good vibes and emotional connection. So that is what you are offering to her but what is equally important is how you sell yourself to her. You don't want to actively sell yourself because that screams desperation. You want to be like Apple, have a good product (which is a well groomed you) and let the selling do itself. Most guys push themselves onto the girl which is disgusting from her point of view. Imagine going to the Apple store and the employees trying to push you to buy shit. You would walk away and that is what she does. But if you stay pleasant, charming, make some jokes, do a wink and a nod, you will have a much better chance with no pressure and just allow her to play with the knobs. That is refreshing for her because most guys are just pushy and desperate.

Being stuck on Freud is like being stuck on Windows 97 while there is Windows Vista, 10 and 11. I know quite some people who are obsessed with Freud and when I talk to them I was struck that they only know Freud style stuff. Nothing about Jung, Neo Jungians or modern psychology. When I was talking about up to date psychology they looked at me like I was talking in a language they didn’t understand and they were actively blocking it mentally. Most of these people have some of the fetishes Freud had but the thing is that it is true for this group of people. Not true in general for all humans.

Freud is the founder of modern psychology. He opened the doors to the psyche. So knowing his stuff has some value because he got influenced by esoteric spirituality like Kundalini (sexual power) but it is wrong to be stuck with his paradigms. Even his student Jung was in odds with Freud. It is time you level up to Jung and beyond and not be stuck in the penis and pussy paradigm. For example Jung’s red book has so much depth. Very few can even phantom his work is so astronomical. They simply lack the processing powering to understand it.

I'm looking for a multi week or multi month program that teaches meditation in a structured way. I'm doing Kriya right now but it is not structured. There is integral meditation by Wilber which I will be looking to soon. Any other recommendations?

@TheSelf I think there is value in a program/plan, otherwise it is like going to a new country and walking in circles, while there might be experts who know all the good places

Enlightenment doesn't have to do anything with transformation. Ralston is very clear on this. Enlightenment and transformation are two different things. Enlightenment has to do with perception and having a good perception doesn't mean you have good technical skills to defend yourself although the former can enhance the latter. Avoidance is not the right way to deal with low LOC people since they are everywhere anyway. One must advance in psychological warfare and frame control. I'm very capable of this because I had to deal with difficult people all my life. It is better to have this skill and not need it than not have it and need it because you will need it unless you live in a deserted place or something
