  1. @DimmedBulb You don't have to wait. Just take a notebook or something, write or draw whatever spark that comes to mind. The mind is always generous and providing you with solutions.
  2. @Pramit I used to think like that - that things are as it is, and we take the least resistant path - up until I heard about paradoxes. That made more sense to me. Everything isn't black and white. We live in a gray world. We are everything and also nothing. There's no up or down in space - gravity makes it up or down. We have freewill and we don't. We deal with the ego, the aka emotional monkey mind, yet it's all a fiction. I think life is generous. If you don't get something right the first time, life will give it to you again. We only have to choose to do it; then things fall into place, eventually. It's like learning to ride a bike - you keep falling and getting back up until you learn. That's the beauty of living life. It's what makes it meaningful - you. Find a balance that fits you.
  3. Yes true. I get what you're saying. I still think there is hope to convince others (at least drop a little clue on their path), if we all did our life purposes in inspiring / brilliant ways and also write on spirituality in convincing ways. Something like that. Not everyone realizes this at the lowest times in their lives - everyone is different. Some are curious and realize it.
  4. Hey, that was really funny! But, I think someone like Trump won't buy that because many ppl are not the psychedelic type of ppl. This clip could be put under Enlightenment Jokes.
  5. Yes true. I agree. But, here's what I'm trying to say. Keep trying and strategizing. Here's what I noticed: Beethoven, Bach, Mozart, classical music, Indian classical dances, Picasso, Michaelangelo, Van Gogh, and let's also add Gandhi, Martin Luther King, and Abe Lincoln. That's a short list of ppl/things with outstanding life purposes. They took the world to the next level. They went down in human history "eternally." Maybe some or all of them forgot to do this. If they only wrote about their enlightenment experiences / awakenings in a way that is convincing - you know strategize on it. That would've been great. Like I said, it takes more than experiencing infinity to be convincing. They forgot to incorporate spirituality in their life purpose (I think), but we don't have to forget. (Ripple effect)
  6. @Leo Gura Leo, maybe the question is: how do you (we) convince scientific minded people / business minded ppl, not willing to listen, about this journey - when they have no experience too? It will take more than just speaking it to catch their attention. Nowadays, it might take a combo of multiple talents, turn it into something very different and creative, to catch their attention. I would say, it would have to be very useful too - so many things have been tried, repeated, and repackaged. Like you said in your clip below, do this with responsibility. (stage turquoise)
  7. Good suggestion! We would have to really strategize on that to convince someone like that. Remember that seeing the infinite is not the only awakening / enlightenment experience. It will take much more to really prove it to someone like that. Maybe develop a paranormal ability in your journey - if that's possible for you. There are such things. Not just that, you'll need more than one aspect to really prove it to ppl like that. Maybe incorporate your talents too in your journey. Keep learning from your milestones.
  8. Don't worry, we don't live in Jesus's time. So many more ppl are incorporating spirituality into their journey/life purpose and getting through to some ppl. That's the small ripple effect. Just keep trying and be creative. It's not a journey that ends; it only has milestones. Learn from those milestones.
  9. ??? Hmmm...so find ways to do so. Like write a book in 3rd person. Make it part of your journey in some way or the other. Infinite is not just non-duel/no-self/nothingness; it's also the paradox: infinite possibilities. This is not so that you'll become "rich" or "famous" or you will actually achieve something. This is just so that others and you will have peace or peace of mind - that's a start, and then they'll continue to improve and grow. Dissolve the fictional ego by "thinking" (being aware) of the opposite-paradox. Neutralize.
  10. Who said? There's an age old saying: those who pray together, stay together. Well, nowadays it's: those who meditate together, stay together. I'm not saying it's perfect. You could be detached and stay together in peace. Of course it's possible.
  11. If you're going to become a parent, become a great one. This goes for moms too.
  12. Hey folks, Just wanted to share something I find very funny/humorous. I ran into this clip, and it got me laughing. Looks like some random stranger talking on the subway. If you want to share jokes please feel free, but please make it decent. Otherwise, Leo and others might not like it. VID-20161119-WA0000.mp4
  13. Me too. But, I don't think I'm you. I used to be INTJ until I took the test again recently. Oh well, we live in a non-duel awareness, but seriously.
  14. I would agree with what you said here. It's hard to map it out exactly to the dot for everyone. That's because we're all unique taking different paths up the same mountain - which ever path you feel most comfortable. I would also add, actions (subtle karmas) could trigger tangible enlightenments / awakenings / ah-ha moments / clues. Maybe an auspicious flower bloomed when you did something self-less or planning to do that.
  15. Somehow, I see this question being repeated in one way or the other by different ppl here. Since we are living in a non-duel reality, the opposite is also true (paradoxes). For example, there's no up or down in space. We don't just have sad emotions; there's also happiness and vice versa. This is to balance things out. Having said that, yes, you could say that life is meaningless, but the paradox is also true - it's meaningful. This allows us to balance things out. If something doesn't work out, then we try something else. I would say, it gets out of balance if we dwell on it and not take it as a lesson and move on. I'm glad that you realized that you are art inclined. That's a big step - keep going with that. How will you make that marketable? Maybe make something and try selling it? (That's what I tried. Btw, I'm also an artist.) Try different things.
  16. Of course you have talents. Everyone does. Why is it considered arrogant to say it? I think the label of 'arrogant' is arrogant. You could take baby steps to bring out your talents. For instance, if you are a writer, write 1-2 sentences to a paragraph a day. It adds up very quickly. Enjoy the journey. There isn't really a goal. Goal is actually a milestone. It's only a vision. Everything is a fiction except the journey.
  17. @Leo Gura I know a lot of us are trying to bridge the gap between where we are in life to where we want to be. Gaining financial freedom isn't that hard, but it won't fulfill you - money doesn't buy happiness. Incorporating spirituality along with your startup, actualized.org, has no ending to it in what you are trying to bring out in real life. Questions: when will you feel is your next milestone? What will you have to bring out in real life to consider it your milestone?
  18. The thing is, are animals able to recognize their ego? Ego on a basic level is fiction. There is no "you." The opposite is also true: everything is "you." Paradoxes. This changes things. Our emotions are also fiction. For example, if we are "sad," we could think of "happy" (exciting) things and dissolve ego. We are also animals. What about the other animals? You decide: What about plants? I heard that certain plants respond to classical music - interesting.
  19. Hey my fellow artists, I would like to share a 3D painting that I did, if you don't mind. I have my website covered up with stickers - not ready to share that yet. Just wanted to present an opportunity / idea. I'm having it donated to the school that I work for and probably it'll end up being displayed in the school library. I'm a bilingual teacher (and painter). Best of Journey...
  20. @BeginnerActualizer This is in response to your original post. The question is: do animals have ego? The ego makes any animal feel fear and all other emotions. You decide:
