  1. Now, I don't want to say too much here. It will take too long, but I do invite you to think about it. I will keep it simple. A lack of education causes problems, not a lack of money. This includes not going into spirituality objectively. Some people in this world live "wealthy" with very little to no money, although it has its flaws when you live this way. It's the reason why maps like Maslow and Spiral Dynamics are there. And, don't forget the saying, "You give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, feed him for life." It's too bad when you try to teach someone, not everyone is willing to learn. I posted this before:
  2. At 5:48 of the clip below, the cook is making a vegetarian diet for the Shaolin monks (China). Not everyone is non-veg.
  3. @Annetta If you like Indian music, that's great. What you posted is a typical Bollywood music. But, I'm not sure how does it relate to enlightenment. (Do you understand the Hindi language somewhat?)
  4. Hey folks, I found a nice, creative birthday song. Looks like this song is most appropriate for romantic partners, esp the gf (or wife) sending it to the bf (or husband).
  5. Pls don't take this the wrong way. It's just simply a little added humor. I really love this pic. I'm a painter/ artist myself. But, the moment I saw this pic, this pic came to my mind... (I love aliens too.)
  6. @Prabhaker Very interesting info. Have to look into it.
  7. The reaction is like this when you awake after experiencing this: You went from nothingness to "Riding the Ox Backwards" from space through blackhole to your embodied self that appeared out of nowhere. Well, different ppl react differently. Remember who reacted like this: "Oh my god! It's absolutely infinite! It's absolutely infinite! You don't understand! There's no wayyyyyyyyy you'll understand! It's absolutely infinite!" Guess who said this?
  8. Seriously, I think Leo has already taken a peep at this thread. He's a curious, contemplative, meditative guy. He's just not saying it.
  9. Ahhh cute! Cows love music. Who wants to try this? Anyone love animals as well as music and want to try this?
  10. Hey folks, I would like to share something different which involves the topics of radical open-mindedness, PUA, and psychic abilities. It's found in the funky pop song below. And, someone did a funky parody of the song:
  11. Ralph calls them psychic vampires and just moves into nature and does his own thing.
  12. Take it one step at a time. Baby steps. Let's say you want to write a book. You could write a paragraph a day. Within a year, you'll have a lot. Usually, what happens is we expect too much. We try to write a page a day and feel overwhelmed trying to make that perfect page. If you don't have time, write two sentences. Pick topics you love.
  13. Great question. We don't exist, remember? In one of Leo's enlightenment clips, he called ppl who bothered you, "ghosts." There is no "me" and "you" in the non-dualistic world. There's just "you" = "no-self."
  14. A birthday song... ?A birthday wish, from us to you, may all your birthday dreams come true! Because...This is...your special day...there's something that we like to say-a! Have fun! Happy birthday! Eat lots of ice cream! Happy birthday! Make lots of friends! Happy birthday! Go rock climbing! Happy birthday! No one tells you what to do cause this day is just for you! Have fun! Happy birthday!????? (Just a childhood birthday song I remember. If you don't want ice cream, just make it veggies.)
  15. If you can incorporate a peace of mind in your everyday experience no matter what, that's success with happiness.
  16. Ok. Check this clip out. I posted this before. The speaker in the clip got it right in the first two relationships, but didn't realize it (that she got wonderful men) cause she didn't bother to work on herself. Makes sense. No one can skip that.
  17. Do you want a real relationship? I could relate if you say that you do, but it's going to be a journey of developing yourself, going within, trying to find a life purpose, establishing yourself in some way, etc etc. It's a long road but well worth meeting someone like that.
  18. Are you this? Do you face these issues? If so, relax. There are solutions.
  19. I agree here. The first video was just for fun. There are products out in the market for children that has "smart" labels on them - doesn't really mean anything - like "Baby Einstein." The point is, do you like the product? There is a product (book) called "Facebook for the Dummies." 'For the Dummies' books are only attempts to make things easier. It's not intended to insult.
  20. Hey, don't worry folks. More and more of us are evolving:
  21. @Steph1988 It may or may not take that long. Depends on how well you know startup, networking, and what you love. How well are you able to combine those. Book recommendation:
  22. @Steph1988 Well, I wrote that comment based on my experience. My life purpose did get me my current job. I posted this info in another thread: I'm not at the end of my journey yet, but so far so good. You just have to realize what you love to do and go deep with it. Start small and work your way up.
  23. I would pick life purpose because it will help you develop yourself to find and attract the right partner and eventually get married and start your own family. A life purpose will eventually support a family. If you add spirituality to life purpose, the sky is the limit. A loved one can't be around forever. This person would want you to do something with your life and be happy/at peace with it. There is work to be done on earth before we move on. You can't help others if you can't help yourself. The conversations between two people (or loved ones) with life purposes is different than those who do not have life purposes.
