  1. @Charlotte This is who you are. Don't ever forget this. Tell the forum member this.
  2. Using metaphors to point at truths. Terms such as: Footprints Riding the Ox Backwards The Cloth Bag Monk (pronounced: Bùdài héshàng in Mandarin. He probably could speak Mandarin. He said it really well.) ----- Thich Nhat Hanh explains nirvana here:
  3. The ever changing "dot com days" and programming languages. Hard to keep up. Old song:
  4. How to make natural baby foods instead of using gerber or other factory made baby foods. For young babies after 4 months old--slowly introduce the food to see if baby digest the food correctly. This is after feeding them the baby cereal phase: Make sure you blend the food really well so that there are no clumps.

  6. Interesting topic. Think of ppl whose lifestyles and values you completely disagree with. Usually, the ppl who hold different lifestyles and values will not come out and tell you what's going on and why they chose to live that way. They have experience that you may strongly disagree with them. I'm not talking about criminals. I'm talking about harmless ppl with different lifestyles and values. However, most of the time, most ppl, imo, do not understand what's going on in the other person's life. Ppl only know them on the surface level. They hear something, and they strongly disagree with it, and that's the end of the story. They don't make a connection on how it relates to their own life.
  7. That's why they call it Riding the Ox Backwards from the No-self (Nothingness), huh?
  8. He explains the difference between the paranormal and the no-self, and saying that the paranormal isn't the deepest. The gaki was mentioned in the beginning.
  9. "You know what I think; I think you should go home to Greenbow, ALABAMA!" -said Forest Gump after realizing that his beloved has gone astray and turned into a 'tumbleweed.' Movie: Forest Gump
  10. @Lorcan See, I love music and arts. I posted a few green songs too. From the lyrics, I know they are clearly green. That's why I didn't put them here. Why did that robot guy die in the end? He put a flower in himself. Did that cause his death? Is nature (ecology) about to take over the world? Some plants in this world are considered spiritual. When they bloom, they can indicate something. For example, the Brahma Kamal Flower of the Himalayas is considered to be an auspicious flower. His performance is awesome--combo of multiple talents.
  11. You don't think it's yellow? I thought it's too complicated for green.
  12. This looks unhealthy and stuck: This looks so much healthier:

  14. @Sevi Sorry for my misunderstandings! I must have misread and misunderstood. Apologies!!
  15. One thing though, it's your choice to go for it or not. Belle's cousin went for it. She had the choice not to. Her family isn't dysfunctional and forcing her, so it is possible to get a good one through that method. If her family was dysfunctional, then I would "sigh." I have met a girl in real life, who asked for an arranged marriage from her mom and dad because she got along with them very well. Her mom was surprised that she wanted that. Her reason is because her parents had more experience in life and relationships. So far, she's been married for 10 yrs with two kids. Her husband isn't dogmatic. Her case isn't unique. (All in all, you're free to have your own opinions on this.)
