Excellent video. Ralston is correct. You can't go beyond infinity. Let me add, from my experience, infinity is more meaningful and convincing when it is done without a 'magic wand,' (aka method), when it is interconnected/intertwined with your everyday life in some way, when it comes at you at the "right" time in your life. -

Hey @Leo Gura, this is for you. I said some of what I'm about to say in this thread. Just wanted to thank you for your most recent video on you, "Becoming God." You showed tears of joy. Ok, good. Glad you're really happy with your retreat. I have to be honest here. Right now, you seem really redundant. I'm not hearing any new info. Just like the OP, I'm not trying to judge or criticize. I'm just trying to be honest. And, I also want to point out that we did disagree on this book. You said that Dr. Weiss is stage green while I ranked him as yellow. I highly, highly doubt that he's green considering the context of the book. Have you read it? Ask yourself, have the 'Masters' in the book achieved Nirvana after their death? I put him as a yellow and not a turquoise because he didn't go into how that relates to enlightenment. I think you haven't thought about this. Anyway, if I have more to say, I might as well say it on my life purpose. There's a lot more freedom to plan it out there. -

@Leo GuraWhat happened in your path? I think this is the biggest contemplation question. My path wasn't just techniques and results. If it was, the Truth for me would only be a fantastic dream. It's not convincing. I would still be an "atheist." And, how can we answer that question in just a post? It takes planning to answer it. You could say: describe Riding the Ox Backwards. Ok, sure you could describe it. But, how do you convince yourself that it's really the Truth? There has to be indications surrounding the Truth that points to it. The pointer doesn't have to be a human being. Truth itself isn't a technique. There seems to be a tremendous focus on doing techniques and getting results. The things surrounding Truth goes beyond that. -

Yes, sometimes Truth just comes automatically. They call it Kensho/Satori in Zen. What you do in your life counts too. How much are you going to align your life with the Truth? -

I'm just going to go for it in my life purpose. I've already started this a couple of years ago and have a long way to go. Let's see what happens. I'm a bilingual teacher. That's part of education. Eventually, my plan is to express whatever I've experienced in my life purpose in two languages, and what happened as a result. I plan to do this in the structure of Spiral Dynamics and Maslow's--basic needs come first, skills come first, so one can learn how to survive and live in peace in this life. Then, comes the different methods of teaching, like through art, etc. It's much better if all this is shown than told. -

@Leo Gura Sorry, I'm just thinking of another way to say it. It's challenging. Riding the Ox Backwards isn't something to be skipped. You can't just go straight to the Cloth Bag Monk. Good luck in describing Riding the Ox Backwards in your LP is what I'm saying. We live in a different society. It's not enough just to tell the 10 Ox Herding Pics. That was done in ancient times. -

@Leo Gura Another way to explain it: I don't want to plant the seed in the wrong way. Otherwise, it won't grow. Let's see how I do. -

Well, what I'm trying to say is, becoming Truth is better than just listening to a pointer's words and believing in them. However, if you did become it, good luck in writing it down trying to tell ppl about it in the LP. That takes careful planning. It's not just about being ignorant. It's way beyond that. -

Because sometimes when it happens, the person just passes that off as a fantastic dream instead of it being the Truth and just settles for the maya without realizing what happened, unfortunately. -

@Leo Gura There's another thing I want to say here regarding contemplation. I find the thing that is overlooked is the question of: how do you actually convince yourself that what you became is actually the Truth? If I had just done some meditation techniques or even psychedelic techniques, that would not even persuade me to believe in anything. I hope you write your book soon. See, if a person writes about the step-by-step process in convincing himself/herself that it's actually the Truth, would that turn out to be just a belief? Well, how does the person know for sure? Let me say that whatever is written down has to "make sense." It has to answer all the whys. -

Interesting...I wondered about this a lot, believe it or not. The only thing that I tell myself now is, don't say it to ppl anymore or anyone around 'you.' The message will only get through to others effectively depending on how cunning 'you' do your life purpose. It's not about disagreements or mere survival. You also have to show ppl how to get past mere survival instead of just telling them directly about the truth. If you could align your life/life purpose with truth and show it instead of tell it, that says a lot. The process counts the most instead of the answer. -

Welcome back. What has been your experience with Truth so far? For me, it's just "you." The "you" who is one with the no-self making a transformation into everythingness, and then back into the ego with love. That love is the indication that we are in the 'to love realm.' And, somehow, some way, we got to find a way to pass on this message through our actions. It's probably not as effective if you propose to speak. I'm busy throughout my day, but I'm always looking forward to working on my life purpose and making it action oriented. What you posted there reminds me of this saying from Buddha, "if you propose to speak, always ask yourself, is it true, is it necessary, is it kind?" -

Educate yourself first. Then, you will not be going for the cheap/fake stuffs. Did you see Leo's life purpose course video? He was referring to someone important in his life. But, it's not about her; it's really about "you" not having a 'scarcity' mindset and evolving into a leader. If you evolve into a strong leader (through your LP), the fakes will be thinking about you, instead of the reverse. There will be a point in one's own life to become authentic. Being a fake for anyone is not fulfilling.

Going back to the topic question, I don't really come on here as often as I used to. If I do come here, I just view it most of the times. I still appreciate Leo's work--great insights that pointed out the most profound things for me. I noticed some ppl mentioned life purpose. I agree. If you plan your life purpose properly, you don't have to repeat yourself very often on a forum or anywhere. Let others find you when they're ready. -

Back to the topic question. Whatever a person say or do, the person can only become a pointer to truth. Truth is not taught; it's realized. It's hard to point to truth if the person never became truth. Yes, Leo did attempt to point to truth several times and tries to apply it in real life. -

Sounds beautiful and interesting. I really hope you're right. That she's a turquoise. My thoughts are, make sure she's not blue. Blue ppl who are young women can be big ppl pleasers. They can be very good at acting and fitting in. Who are her friends? Are they that much different from her? For instance, does she have friends of different backgrounds (from different countries) and not bother about that? How deep are the connections? I heard it's very hard to make even one or two deep connections. What is her life purpose? I'll let you know something else. Other blue ppl may see her as "in the same group" as them. If she is making friends, are they of the same age? Same gender? Same ethnicity? Same religion? If you have some "sameness" categories with blue ppl, it's not so hard to just be friendly toward them without them judging you or asking you excessive questions and making projections in this way. However, the friendship is not very deep. If there is a major change in a person's life, for example, if she gets married to someone of a different ethnicity or religion, a blue friend may start distancing. You see? These are just my thoughts that I'm sharing. -
Key Elements replied to Frankie10's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yes, you can. You don't have a dimension. You don't have time and distance. Anything understood in this life does not apply to Truth. -
Key Elements replied to Frankie10's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I totally agree here. Let's say, for example, you become a black hole. You don't just see it; you are the black hole. You're not an embodied human anymore. Imagine how it feels like before you become it? No you can't. Afterwards, how is it that you're going to convince yourself that it's the Truth? See...that's a good question. -
This is a very interesting topic. It is quite possible that Leo already hinted at it in bits and pieces. It's just a matter of asking yourself, "Am I able to relate to it? What is he actually saying here?" For example, Leo used the word "singularity." What does that supposed to mean? Does it have anything to do with enlightenment? In the 10 Ox Herding Pics, what does "Riding the Ox Backwards" mean to you? If you can relate to these things, chances are something profound and meaningful happened to you already. When I say "meaningful," I mean it in a very profound way. Someone didn't just tell you to use a technique, and you follow it, and then something profound happens. It's far more convincing than that. The "feeling" would be more realistic than this world. Another question is: if this ever happens to me, will I be able to apply it in real life, such as through a life purpose? How will I put it out there even though I know most will not be able to relate to it?
