  1. However, there are tools to simulate those paradigms which are very nice. If I remember correctly 'Mathematica' is one such tool?
  2. It doesn't seem to want to do a translation to English. In America, translations much more multi-bilingualism is verboten.
  3. I wouldn't feel slighted...It would probably be a full time endeavor to answer all notes. He disregarded one of mine. I was happy that he ignored me, it was better than being castigated. ○( ^皿^)っ Hehehe…
  4. And if it weren't for that tuning, we would all be stark raving mad. I try to point the antenna in the correct direction. At the aliens sending me downloads.
  5. I tried it, wow, what a headache!
  6. Very much so regarding visualization tools, but I am so acclimated to reading, I prefer not breaking the habit. I get a comforting feeling from books. It might sound maudlin or trite to say it, but I love books. I have another issue with watching videos though, sometimes they are not as effective for me because they lack the tactile feedback that I desperately need to learn. It would be easy given that I understand my limitations to adapt but, I have one other very serious problem. Since childhood, I laughed at taking notes, never really learned how to do it and now most times I am too lazy to try.
  7. @PurpleTree Because it makes him more money and yes, he is plenty annoying. Sometimes he gets it though, but even when he is correct he is right for the wrong reasons. Jill Stein is apparently always wrong.
  8. I like this, you two are conducting a good conversation. Sometimes, I'm asked what I do and I respond that rather than doing what I should be doing I get out and win friends and influence people. Lol!
  9. @Reciprocality That was my point, they can lead to truths about perceptions themselves (one specific perception at a time), but it can also lead to a removal of the perception entirely. And that is a good thing. Personal bias can lead to skewed perceptions, thinking about the why, where, and what for of the conditions allowing a given perception to exist provides valuable insight into the perception itself and thereby the truth of it. yeah, I get you, substantial in the context that you had in mind. I don't think that 'thought' from that contextual view requires a justification for its value, the fact that it is being thought is enough. And if the thought is born of one's own neurological framework then for that one 'mind' it has 'heft' in the sense it is really real.
  10. Advocating for pedophilia or advocating for pedophiles? Advocating for pedophiles is no different than advocating for any social outcasts. Just ask people to recognize their dignity and humanity as endowed by the source of creation. It is what I always try to do.
  11. @LoseYourvelf I thought the earlier song you posted was pretty good. Yeah, cool... Chill...
  12. @Hatfort The Hegelian Dialectic and as long it remains out of balance these things will happen. Putin is a prime example of that reality. He busted one hundred years of protocol to satisfy his paranoid and acquisitive nature.
  13. I prefer the West police the world as opposed to Putin and the rest of the cadre of overt authoritarians. I have grown to understand that many Europeans seem to be jealous of American primary position in world power (in place of them). But that's ok, really, it is a natural, but somewhat base approach to world harmony. And the U.S. right has made many missteps in their quest to rule the world. Dictators don't share, but their blind need for power (megalomania) leads them to overlook that nasty little side effect. Example given, The Orange One! I've also learned that those selfsame Europeans, Australians, New Zealanders don't realize that they are not lefties. They are a subculture of fascist wannabes.
  14. @Ero I always believed that old meme: Mathematics is like religion because so many things have to be taken on faith.
  15. @Hatfort Absolutely! One striking thing about the guy is that his personality is vastly different depending on the political sway of the reporting agencies.
  16. @numbersinarow Stay strong against the demons in your life... Dreams are like that, one slice of pizza too many and off you go, it is normally obvious what dreams are meaningful and which aren't, sometimes it takes awhile. The funniest recent dream I had was when I dreamed I was in a school environment sitting on steps and I fell asleep. When I was sleeping a girl put a note on me, It read, 'asshole'. It was an interesting dream...
  17. That sounds like a question for Leo, but the practice of 'mindfulness' probably would help focus that particular 'character of thought'. I've long felt substantial and deeper thought occurs at the 'meta' level. It leads to the truth beneath the perception. And, in my mind, it is most important. Perhaps the deconstruction of thought processes is the natural by-product of 'missing the connection'? We could view the non-separation as a feature rather than a bug.
  18. @Sandhu Of course, I just thought it was nice and some do not move in the face of all those challenges. I probably wouldn't.
  19. @PurpleTree It is difficult to be racist against oneself, but then if Uncle Clarence Thomas, Candace Owens, Tim Scott...et al, can do it, why oh why can't I.
  20. Don't tell me, you are a comedian in disguise?
