@Ishanga thanks! Yeah I had the feeling that kickboxing was a little bit like dancing with relatively serious contact haha.
-
@Ishanga yeah i think it will be good. I talked with him after class while the others were fighting and he told he sorts through people in his class, if people seem aggressive he kicks them out. And he’s really focused on nobody getting seriously hurt.

I had my first kickboxing Lesson. It’s was wonderful. The trainer was conscious of the newbies and knew that I wouldn’t get everything right, he was compassionate. The training and the drills felt really good for my body and I was so so concentrated while training, it was really good.

@KoryKat yeah definitely. It’s difficult to change such indemnity. I have a post where I also write about. Identification with not needing this shit feels extremely powerful.

@Leo Guraive contemplated this for a long time and also talked about this with my therapist. I tested out partying without alcohol and its just makes me feel better. im more aware of the music, talking to girls (and guys, im bi) is easier. I feel soo good in the morning and can enjoy my coffee. that's the only thing left that I consume. I can dance better and it's more fun. I actually also tested my experience with alcohol in terms of taste. I bought a beer and drank it like I would drink a coke or something. really tasting it and not chugging it down. its just tastes like shit honestly. I don't need it. if anyone here still drinks, you don't need to. I switched top water with lemon, cocktails with tonic or alcohol free beer. its amazing

I smoked for 4 years. I’m 24 now. I just didn’t want to do it anymore. I’m now 6 days smoke free. I taste more, I’ll start gym again. I’m so eeger to move my body now and to eat properly. I love this new chapter in my life

Write a descriptive poem about the nature of our universe that is absolute infinity. Describe the nature of absolute infinity In the stillness of the void, before time was born, Where silence hummed like the edge of a storm, The universe breathed, without form, without end, A boundless expanse where all currents blend. It was not the night, nor the day’s gentle rise, But the flicker of stars in unmeasured skies A tapestry woven from infinite thread, Where beginnings are whispers and endings unsaid. There is no horizon, no border or seam, Just the ebb of the real and the pull of the dream. Galaxies spiral, but they never close, Their arms reaching out to what no one knows. Here, time is a circle, a line, and a point, Forever expanding, it cannot anoint A moment to hold or a second to claim, For absolute infinity knows not its name. Every atom, a world in itself complete, Yet part of the whole, where the finite meets The infinite dance of the cosmic sprawl, A fractal of light that contains it all. For infinity is neither wide nor small, It is nowhere, it is all things, it is nothing at all. A paradox pulsing through every black hole, Unfurling in silence, yet filling the soul. It is the space between breaths of the void, Where creation is born and destruction destroyed. It is endless potential, pure possibility— The essence of what we call absolute infinity.

I’ve just recently rewatched the video overcoming addiction. It’s hard to admit but this is really the a similar mechanism I think.

This guy is a genius and goes Meta on Architecture and what it involves and how it shapes society. This is not about lines or beauty. This is about going meta on the environment humans live in.

I started this whole journey of self actualization and at one point thought through some of your videos @Leo Gura that hobbies are stupid and a waste of time. But after having watched and contemplated your videos about the spiral stages, I I reconsidered things. Like you say in the videos, it’s information and not a strict manual. And so at 21 I had zero hobbies and interests. But at 24 now, I love photography and scuba diving and these are two things which I genuinely love and for my understanding are not something stupid. Through these things which I’ve discovered for myself I’ve found meaning and love for a lot of aspects of life, aesthetic, Nature and so on.
