Yes it's blunt but I vouch for this. Are you 'practicing non-duality work' ? Yes? Well your problems don't exist in the way you think or see them at all. Holding onto them, thinking about them, believing that they're a problem in the first place? You're causing your own suffering. No? That's what you get for believing in the dream.

if you loose focus or interest during the work, instead of doing something else, procrastinating, leaving it. Just stop everything, sit still, do nothing & wait until you find that spark again then continue. Wait as long as you need!

Hmmm.. The spiritual ego, could it be just another form of expression? "I see the relaity of my experience very clearly" your (ego's) understanding of this works is very high, you have knowledge and wisdom to help others, as well as develop yourself, you implement that knowledge into your daily life, moment by moment, you see the motions of your experience set into play, the workings of the mind, your understanding is deep and your experience is encompassing, your mind is able to pull apart any concept by the seams, any problem at its threads, you know you have the power to self actualise, because you out of many can see. Every word we express in its essence is the ego's, the identity by which your human flesh must operate to survive will always be present, but having that identity know that it knows could be the 'spiritual ego' ? .It can always have a better understanding, more knowledge, better concepts, in the end to trancend is to move past all that.

Entertain my naivety if you will. @Mal I genuienly have no first hand experience, I also have very little understanding of what this work is about, yet my desire to self-actualise remain. Explain to me what this work is about. If you question my authenticity so be it. But a direct response to my request would be appreciated.

Style is a concept (obviously) but therein lies the problem, believing that what you or others are wearing represents something when it doesn't. Some dress like celebrities because they believe in the fantasy of concepts about an identity. Some don't care, some go wild, ect ect. But me? This. I dress myself as another form of expression.

Your mistake is assuming how 'enlightened' folk should act. I recommend redefining your views on what the ego is, how it shapes our experience, and your relationship to it, you seem to be very mislead. Your own projections onto others are your downfall.

Rich inner life, because then you can make the best of any situation.

Awareness is exactly what you're experiencing, there is no human identity, no puppeteer, no you, connect with now. The human mind is extremely complex, raising your awareness is more like removing the trash from your mind, there's only your attachment to fantasies preventing you from seeing.
