  1. I don't think anyone can really answer your question about reincarnation. Tbh, when I think about it, do we know if Anand Mayi Maa reincarnated despite being devoted to God her whole life? No. Do we know if Sadhguru's wife who willingly left her body, reincarnated or not? No. Do we know if Osho, who remembered all his past lives and spent all his life teaching spiritual stuff and getting into scams later, was incarnated or not? No. But, from my limited understanding, I can tell that, you will keep reincarnating until you have no desire left, worldly or other-worldly, even a desire for liberation is a desire.
  2. In Vedic tradition human body = physical body + subtle body + causal body (merits and demerits). To answer you, (and I am also just guessing) most likely it is the causal body that reincarnates. Because, at the absolute level, the causality doesn't exist, so when the causal body reaches that state it merges back in absolute.
  3. yes, suffering is inevitable, the choice is ours whether we want to suffer out of ignorance or out of sweetness and appreciation for God/Reality.
  4. Ego is not a bad thing. If there is a crack in the mirror, the reflection will be fragmented and will look divided into many pieces. That's what the world does to our ego. But, your pure self, the one who is looking in the mirror, is always there witnessing unaffected by crack and blemishes.
  5. This is how the Alchemist viewed the unconscious. If you want to explore something new/unconscious, first remove your head, put it carefully near a tree, and remember this place. Go to the forest and learn to see things as it is. Once you are done, come back to the tree and put your head back carefully but not just with any glue, a glue that has sweetness, meaning you come back to the world with a more integrative mindset. This ego is not the same ego that left for the forest. it's more expanded. That's the message.
  6. You are right about this. The ego is really powerful. Even sages who spent 15 years meditating in the Himalayas, can get angry because ultimately it's about Survival. Truth can get you killed, literally—for example, Mahatma Gandhi.
  7. You can't function without the Ego, you need to stick your head back when you come out of the cave, but don't just stick it, stick it with honey. The ego has its function to play for example, you can utilize the Ego to set goals for you.
  8. Nope, the Ego dissolves at the witnessing place and all that is left is the Self alone. Then when you interact with people, the pure self is shining through you, not the Ego. Noice that training the Ego by living in the world is just an illusion as the ego itself is an illusion and inanimate.
  9. interesting, can you share the source of this study?
  10. what do you mean by "If there's no you, there's no God?"
  11. Human = Physical body + Subtle body (senses, memories, thoughts, and feelings) + Causal body (past karma, merit, demerits, impressions)
  12. When you wake up, don't you remember the dream in your waking state? If there was no awareness at the time of the dream, how is it possible to remember what happened? And the deep sleep that is after dreaming is not the absence of experience, it's the experience of absence.
  13. Yes, but I won't apply the same reasoning as "I am" to Love. Metaphysical Love or True Love is the total annihilation of your "self", can you imagine what that could look like? "I am" is one truth but there are deeper layers, maybe?
  14. You might be closer than you think
  15. Perhaps, It's not in our control, true love is possible only with the grace of God.

  17. Contemplate this perspective—what you don't know also exists; it's just not known to you. Any knowledge in the entire cosmos already exists; it becomes known when you become conscious of it, isn't it? Having said that, is it possible that you are God and you are not yet conscious of it?
  18. I talk to people in the matrix, and some fear that if everyone pursued spirituality, what would happen to the system? Please know that historically, the teachings have been kept secret in many cultures so that society can function and the economy can flourish (the Indian caste system, for example).
  19. Truth is time-agnostic. If it's not, it must not be the truth.
  20. If not pursued consciously, they are in direct conflict with each other
  21. @enchanted yes, except everything is not love
