  1. By forcing I meant forcing the energy to travel up the spine through all 7 chakras, and the feeling of hot/cold current that accompanies it, which I struggle with. Ennio keeps it simple with the technique and says you'll start feeling the hot/cold currents with time and that each chakra will be touched automatically just by focusing on bruhmadya
  2. I struggle to read 15 pages in one go, you're not alone lol
  3. Has anyone of you experimented with the techniques and routine described in Ennio Nimis' Part 3 book ? I think they're simpler and they have a more natural approach where you don't force things, what y'all think? ( is it just me or this thread is dying already?)
  4. When I stretch my neck and my traps I can feel a knot in the chest area and my body gets veeery heated up (with some shaking sometimes)
  5. did you remove it already?
  6. I know I'm asking a lot of questions on this thread, just bear with me.. When Im doing kriya pranayama 1 and I bring the energy up my spine sometimes my body gets soo aroused, it starts shaking and I have to stop the energy before I orgasm, does this mean I'm not effectively drawing the energy up the sushumna?
  7. I think the point of ujjayi is to make the breath slower and longer (even tho the sounds can be relaxing) because that makes it easier to move the energy I guess? which is ironic bec I feel that ujjayi is actually restricting me from making the breath even slower so I can feel the energy, thats why I dont make any sounds during inhalation but I do try to make the "flute" sound during exhalation (I dont even feel the energy moving down the spine during exhalation)
  8. Can you do kriya pranayama without making the SHAAW sound when inhaling? I find it impossible to bring the energy up my spine if I try to make that sound with my throat while breathing from my belly, the breath just isn't slow enough, to bring the energy up the breath has to be much slower (impossible to make a sound) and it has to involve the moving of both the belly and the chest (more full), what do you think? is this a legit way to practice kriya pranayama ? I dont wanna distort the practice
  9. Yeaah right I can tell from your very first videos hahahaha
  10. Is that what u did b4 u started publishing vids? Cause I noticed your channel was made like a year b4 u published ur first vid (yeah been doing some stalking lol)
  11. This dude right here, just cant get over how impactful and insightful his lyrics are, this is a song about a recluse who spent his who life accumulating knowledge and how much of a waste of a life that was
  12. I know this post is old but if you see this, can you tell me what this meditation is ? is it just repeating a mantra? or is it fully explained in the book? I also got a question, do you have to choose between the three sitting meditational poses described in the books? cause I cant do none of em lol is there any actual benefit to them ? are they worth working towards or should I opt for a simpler pose like maybe thunderbolt pose (I like that one) ? @Leo Gura sorry papacito, sometimes the explanations are just too vague and confusing
  13. Will those really bring us to actualize to ultimate answer to life? As in realizing god and embodying it? Minus the psychedelics
  14. Thanks for the advice, I think im slowly making some progress
  15. Are u doing it at night? Its probably either high energy or just a lot of monkey mind (common side effect, it goes away after a while)
  16. Okay guys I cant be the only one struggling with this, how the hell are you supposed to chant om in your chakras (om japa) when you're a total newbie and cant find the chakras at all? I feel like Im more connected to my front energy channel and my third eye, but my spine, i can hardly feel anything there, its even worse with the root and sacral chakra
  17. say you're working at mcdonalds and have a fearful feeling when you reflect on your future and the path you're going down, would you trust that feeling?
  18. Bullshit Leo! I know you're just lazying around again ? (jk)
  19. So let me get this straight, when a kriya technique tells you to concentrate on one chakra or another they are telling you to concentrate on the posterior ksethram of the chakra, correct?
  20. Im hella confused about locating the chakras, do the chakras actually exist in the spine or thats just a ksetram (as stated in the jc stevens book) and are you supposed to focus on the ksetrams or the actual chakras when you're practicing kriay techniques ? if anyone has a simple resource on locating chakras that would be very helpful since I find the explanations in the book pretty confusing and vague
  21. That's just the way you see things, doesnt mean your perspective is better than others' tho. I think a complicated situation like this need different perspectives, its not all black and white, although I do believe that one shouldn't just take rash decisions and throw themselves into the fire but one should also know what to prioritize. tbh im kind of in a similar situation myself so this is also a message to myself
  22. "There's no such thing as too much of a big price to living the life you want" ? Dont put more constraints on your situation, I say go all in, be 100% committed to that one single goal of breaking free, put all your focus on it and let it absorb your everyday attention (crazy monkey mind to be expected, so do your best to keep the mental balance with relaxation, acceptance and living gratefully in the moment), your curious mind will go curiously following all kinds of existential questions and topics and stuff and while its okay to let your attention slide off to different topics once in a while (moderately), I say you always bring your attention to the one goal you're prioritizing at the moment, as for your parents even tho I know how close minded they can get I think you're really just imagining worst case scenarios while reality can be totally different and you might be surprised of how compassionate and accepting parents can be when you least expect it (theyre your parents after all). And even if worst case scenario does turn out to be true you know there are a lot more people that will always be by your side, its a tough sacrifice to make though, but you should be expecting sacrifices to be made, its your highest value after all, valuable things are never free! I say consider this perspective but I also say you should consider how to play it safe tho and if you can (that would be best case scenario), dont be too attached to the best case scenario tho. Love this thread, lots of compassion and support im here ?? And don't forget, Im here for you too!
  23. Thanks for the replies! Been really looking forward to peacticing the real original kriya but I thought I should do some hatha preparation beforehand, guess ill just jump right in
