  4. How long did it take for actualized.org to generate enough money to live off ? And if this whole self-improvement business didn't take off what was your plan B ?

  6. Hell yeah man, now we're talking! That's some good shit, did my affirmations today to those two tracks ?
  7. Y'all need to check out this mad shit! This man kept clean for 6 years and is detailing his experiences and the mindsets, some pretty useful stuff that's definitely worth a read https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/6-years-clean-rebooting-as-the-best-remedy.135983/page-4
  8. I think this song correlates in a big way to what we're trying to do here, check out the lyrics in the comment section
  9. Good stuff! I use an app called Alarmy, and you can set it up in a way that it cannot be turned off unless you get yourself up to the bathroom and take a pic of the sink (or any object), by the time you're there you just wash your face with water and wake up
  10. It'd be nice if leo made updated videos about his view on traditional self-discipline, motivation and willing yourself to do work
  11. Awesome content man! But you gotta know there's a loot of other youtube channels with the same style of content that are pretty succesful already, maybe you gotta tweak things out and experiment a little bit with the videos
  12. @Leo Gura I'm sorry to hear that about your cat leo, one more question: what's the longest you could do strong sitting meditation?
  13. My first try in my nofap challenge I did 45 days while Inwas shooting for 90, hardmode. after I relapsed I couldnt last over 10 days twice in a row! But now I started over ,15days in and still going strong, I want to make out of this a lifelong commitment to quit porn and masturbation once and for all because in my 45 days streak I got a glimpse of the benefits and ohh boyy did it feel delicious. one thing I struggled with though is doing yoga meditationwhile on no fap, my dick chakra (or whatever it's called) gets so intense it just makes me filled with lust and horniness, which makes doing nofap so challenging, I've even had instances where energy would pour so much to my dick that I cum just like that, not touching or even thinking about anything. anyone here doing yoga and nofap at same time ?
  14. You have my vote
  15. Game of thrones has some of the most epic soundtracks ever And these are just too dope to not be posted ?

  18. Some songs just make you fire up like a torch Listen till the end
  19. Very technical question, but I've heard that you need to experiment different meditation techniques to see what works for you and what doesn't, makes sense. I've been wondering though how much time would you allocate a technique to see if it works or not before trying another one? Since we all know there's a crap ton of techniques out there and you're not really gonna get the full benefits from a specific technique unless you commit yourself to it for a very long period of time.
  20. @Pallero how would you know if you still need a bit more time to see the benefits? Do you have a general rule of thumb?
  21. Since newbie stages in self development can be pretty damn tough due to the confusion and the many traps one can fall into it would be awesome if we could have a subforum dedicated for only newbie stage discussions, so that people who are new to this work can benefit from massive value that relates to their own problems and situations away from all the advanced stuff that only confuses us more and makes us scartch our head
  22. Hello, I've been using a third eye meditation technique since three weeks now about 35min every day,I loved it but I didn't notice any awareness benefits, it mainly makes me feel much more energetic, light and feeling into my body, hell I even catch glimpses of subtle lights and shapes here and there through the day as if I'm hallucinating. I know I haven't been practicing it all that long but I wanted to ask some of you who may have more experience with this if it actually increases your awareness, and if not I was thinking of only using the second portion of the technique for 20min and the rest of the time (15min) just observing my thoughts, but then again 15min doesn't sound like it'll do much. Here's a link to the technique
