Alright today I gave this technique another go, last week I did it for 15 min and didn't really feel much other than some tingling in the body, feeling light headed and some twitching in my eye. so today I was shooting for 20 min and boy did shit hit the fan real quickly, at about 5 mins in it felt like my whole body was just pinned on the bed with needles, and the energy was flowing so intensely in my body especially my hands and feet as if there's, kind of felt like electricity like damn I could probably make a rasengan in that state. I felt a little bit afraid especially when the scene started turning into something straight out of an exorcism movie with my fingers curling up against each other roughly and if I wanted to straighten them I couldn't, they were just locked, the whole body was and by the time it was 10min in I decided to stop because it was getting more and more intense and disturbing so I wasn't sure if I could handle it. I didn't experience any hallucinations but by the time I opened my eyes the whole room turned violet for a few seconds, it kind of cool since I never tripped before

Friends come and go man, it can be a positive thing too because it'll force you to be more social and interact with new people

You don't have to do anything in life, everything you choose to do is a choice and people just do whatever the fuck they wanna do

I'm interested to know what you did to get to this state

"Higher intelligence", "insight", "infinite intelligence", I keep hearing these words but what do they really mean ? What makes them any different than thinking or regular knowledge? Is there some purity aspect to them that distincts them from ordinary thoughts and knowledge? Where does it come from and how do I tap into it ? I know I'm asking too much but I'm just confused, and I would appreciate it if someone can suggest me a good book that presents a deep understanding of this topic

Don't use that as a limiting belief, I think you can still meditate and read and do whatever you're into even if you're in a relationship, in fact if the relationship is high quality it can serve you in your journey, but yeah you're still gonna have to put a lot of work into getting to that level and who says pickup is all selfish and manipulation ? You can still do it consciously and have a lot of good time in the process but this is just my humble opinion.

I've been doing this technique along with strong determination for 1hour recently (around 10 days ago) the question is : is it okay to be lost in monkey mind while doing the technique and dropping all control ? Because that's like 80% of the session, only in the other 20% that there is some spontaneous awareness and mindfulness, I don't know if the monkey mind has some "purification" effect but it certainly feels like I'm just wasting my time. so do I wait for the awareness to arise spontaneously or do I remain vigilant observing myself and turning this thing into a thought observing technique ?

I like that tip! You can't do it in the middle of a strong sitting though cause you have to keep yourself from moving

I did the guided meditation from leo's vid and used that in my practice for one hour and holy shit at one point I think I've had access contration cause I sort of become my hands, I tried to merge with other objects but I couldn't shake off the feeling of being my hands.. it was weird
