  1. thats not negative energy just negatively thinking people. Energy is neither negative nor positive, people are, energy moves and can be moved or transformed but its not a physical thing. ''I distant my self and cleanse once in a while to help but that’s not enough.'' Essentially there's nothing to cleanse from because the negativity of others isn't your negativity, you have created a belief which says you are affected by others, this just need to change to I am not affected by others and am confident in my own state of being, it needs to be practised and may not be easy. By doing what you are doing now you are creating resistance to the circumstance and this prevents you from change. 'My aura is very strong, shiny and sensitive' How do you know that? If you imagining thats how it is without intention, setting a course , purpose for the aura it isn't having an effect on making a change in your reality, you could add an intention of harmonising, balancing to how you imagine your aura and while you do so in your imagination just hold focus on that, and then see if this has an effect. I generally dont bother with aura because I prefer to use other things, an aura would represent a mind body connection to me and was an indicator wether there's a balance or not between the two, and if it was as strong as you say you probably wouldn't be affected by what's happening. so perhaps it is how you would prefer for it to be. ''Also, demons are intrigued by my light which I wish I could just smack them for being so annoying in my life, Yeah I have experienced them, from touching my body, to touching me while sleeping, to knocking my door, etc). I don’t fear them btw, at this point I don’t even mind them if they are around.'' Well that is an interesting belief. World is what you think it is and so you should work on the way you think about the situation, your physical reality will always prove you right wether you think positively or negatively, might as well think positively since it will have an effect either way, and you want a positive effect yes? By tension you have created in your body through resistance you might have also created an effect where it feels like such things are happening, and because you have no better explanation you use what you have come to know so far, made conclusions and created a thought form that feels very real and so automatically your body responds and it may feel like touch. Remember that feelings and thought have an effect on your body and body will react one way or another. imagination plays a huge role. And you doubt that what you imagine can feel real or have an effect? Since you are already using thought forms and didn't even know it ,there's a couple of things you could try, see what results they bring , see if it works, experiment. 1. You clearly have a vivid imagination which you can use to your advantage. Lets use the demon analogy you referencing, you could try in your mind , imagine those demons, how they look , then freeze them in place and smash the frozen statues with a Hammer or baseball bat, keep repeating that in your mind for few minutes, do it a few time a day and see wether what you are doing in your imagination has an effect in the physical world. Just try it , you have nothing to loose by imagining, but it may bring some positive effect, our imagination has a huge power. think of other methods you can imagine to somehow destroy them and just imagine doing that. 2. Rather then imagining light of protection imagine light around you that makes you confident in your own self , that harmonises you, you can also use an image in your mind of the sea which has high waves crashing the shore and imagine those waves slowing down and harmonising with the see in to an even, calm flow with the intention of healing the situation you are in or at least lessening the effects. See what results you will get. 3. Imagine a healing light around the people who are around you with the intention of healing them and their negativity, I like to use green because green is the colour of plants and nature and those can bring about healing to the body and so I associate this colour with healing energy. See wether it Brough even the slightest change. 4. In a meditation , your imaginations or in a day dream, you ask ask for a symbol for the situation you are in, something will show up, hold your focus on it, observe it and then change something in this symbol, it could be its shape , colour, size , texture, just change something, and then look for changes in your reality to see if it was effective. Those methods would have to be repeated for a time or until you notice change, just practise it, experiment with it and see for yourself whether imagining can have an effect on your physical reality. Most of all please understand that no one and nothing can affect your state of being apart from you. If you hear someone's criticism and direct it at your self you will feel that effect of it because it is what you going to think about yourself, but you dont have to. Let people say and do whatever they want and dont think the same about yourself. Be strong in your own thoughts about who and what you are. If you want something to change you have to change something.
  2. @Chadders When I started my business 18 years ago I've put everything in to it, every penny, every bit of my time , I did not come from wealth, ive left my country of birth and moved to UK where I had to learn the language while starting up a business. It wasnt always easy but it worked out for me and I am still running that same business. Do what you need to do when you need to do it was and is my motto, my attitude was and still is to not worry about so called failures, when something didn't work I tried another method , and another until I found one that works. Running a business can be hard when you create that experience for yourself. I also dont put resistance in to the flow of things, and stay in the present. There's always something that can be done about something, sometimes it might be hard decision but decisions have to be made and action must be taken. In short you have to do something about it, try different things, not neccesary conventional. I do wish you all the best and I hope you will get your investment , and if you dont, try another way. There's no failure there's just what works and what doesn't.
  3. Why do you think you need protection from negative energies and what do you think those are? Do you think your own energy can be easily affected ? In shamanism we use many thought forms as tools in the way of imagining and holding focus on those for a purpose, and these work and are effective especially in aiding healing.

  6. You can feel bliss and be very aware of everything at the same time, if someone believes the only way to feel bliss is by ignoring everything else they are closing off on all other ways to feel bliss
  7. I would say it's all that is, all that exists here and outside of here, coexistence of everything in a perfect harmony.
  8. May I suggest an idea to you, that what we call the "ego" is in fact not a thing, an entity that wants something at all. Rather it is an effect, an effect of the resistances we have to being and expressing who we really are. It can provide a valid feedback on what's not in alignment with your core self, if one can see the ego in this way it becomes a very important tool in navigating through this life. As to main question I don't know exactly what Godhood would be like, neither do I know for sure what enlightenment feels like, are they the same thing one could wonder or are they different, its a good question you've asked.
  9. For now it is a great and helpful tool, it is also in my opinion some kind of consciousness so I treat it with respect. I don't know what future will look like with AI in constant use, it will for sure have pluses and minuses , like everything else. Focusing on the present moment I am glad I have access to those tools, it truly is a great time to be alive on this earth, I can proudly say I am older then google and it was amazing watching the rise of the internet and now watching its progress.
  10. @Rishabh R I have a way I define emotion, it’s - energy in motion. This now gives me a suggestion that it can be observed and moved around. So called “negative” emotions give me feedback on what I don’t prefer and “positive” emotions feedback what I do prefer, and I use them as kind of alarm system to determine my reaction. As for techniques one I use in the case of “negative” emotion is to bringing myself back to present moment when it comes up instead of reacting instantly, I do this by looking around my immediate environment, focusing on colours, textures sounds etc when I do this I bring myself back to present moment and a neutral position, in that given moment from there I can decide how I want to react to it ( feel about the situation) and choose a better reaction available. With “positive” emotion I like to just enjoy it, really feel it, hold that state for a time and include a feeling of gratitude to it.

  12. @LastThursday Such a great topic!! 7 years ago I got really unwell, I had an inflammation on my brain in cerebellum and lower ponds of the base of the brain. It made me bed bound , all my motor functions were suspended, I’ve lost my vision and hearing recovery took 3 years , actual cause was never found. I have fully recovered with no damage to the brain and functioning normally still today. This experiance upon many other things I have learned through it taught me the most important thing to this day in my life so far. We can’t control anything outside of ourselves what we do have control over is our thoughts, our focus our attitude to whatever is happening and to stay in the present moment, not worry about the future and neither to stay in the past. Being switched off from reality left me a choice to either give in and wallow over what has happened or to control my attitude towards it and choose how I want to think and feel about it. I realised that I’m in charge of how I want to feel regardless the circumstances, those don’t determine my state of being , only I do. With a lot of meds and positive attitude I was able to go through the recovery moment to moment , notice very small improvements and keep my attention on those. Although doctors were seeing predictions to a possibility of staying in a wheel chair for the rest of my life , I decided it was just an opinion and nothing is set in stone that I create my own fate. It also thought me that although I have no control over the events to come I definitely have some influence on my reality. This sent me on a journey of discovery of what I am and how powerful human can be. My attention is everything I can navigate through my reality in such a way that I no longer see anything as a problem rather a challenge , and that I can always manage. I influence the events happening in the present moment around me and I always have a choice in how I feel about things. Happiness is a state of being, a choice , no matter the circumstances. Most will see this as a negative experiance I see it as a profound lesson and most positive experiance to date.
  13. Yes of course it is, experimenting gives us feedback which can navigate our perspective. Practicing love for everything around you is vital and makes us feel better, and that is the result we are looking for- to feel better , happier. Word on happiness: One thing that governs our ability to feel happy is the way we look at things. Even more curiously, we can look at the same thing one way and feel unhappy, or look at the same thing a different way and feel happy. Happiness doesn't have to be the same kind of experience for everyone all the time. It can mean we are not totally unhappy with something, or we can't think of anything at the moment that could make us feel happier. It boils down to a choice and that choice is best made in the present moment. I often take on a perspective of an observer , if there’s a situation in which my belief systems tell me I am unhappy I will stop for a moment and look at it as an observer and not a participant , I would then analyse other ways to look at it and choose the one that makes me more happy then the immediate reaction. For me practically it works every time and the more I do this the more aware I become of the choices of perspective I make.
  14. An idea that the mind is not the same as the body, but neither is it separate from the body, body and mind are connected but they are not the same thing. Example: Some scientists and medical doctors consider the mind to be no more than a side-effect of the brain. If that is so, then their opinion is no more than a side-effect of the brain as well. Please bear in mind we are talking about ideas/assumtpions/perspectives , both of those assumptions could be wrong.
  15. @Javfly33 ahhhh I see now, you believe that the mind only exists within the physical body and not beyond that and you will defend that belief no matter what. You aren’t open to any other possibility at this moment and it makes this dialog pointless as I can see you will not be convinced otherwise no matter who says what. And we weren’t talking about wether body dies or not we were talking about the mind in connection to the body I believe. you have misunderstood me I don’t have a problem with your belief I just don’t agree with it because I have a different perspective, it’s just a discussion and not a personal attack on you I can promise you that, so don’t take this personally.

  17. I very respectfully disagree , this is an assumption, contemplation , you can’t know this for sure, you also can not prove this is true. You have no memory from before you got the body nor did you die for a good while and came back to life to tell us that’s what it is. I can only agree that this is one assumption but you absolutely have every right to hold this belief if you want to I choose a different one.
  18. Do you have any proof of this I would like to see proof or is it just your assumption? I don’t believe that the mind is a sub product of anything , it’s a part of the whole, like parts of the machine and one wouldn’t work without the other. And the mind isn’t producing the bad feelings as you call them , your beliefs do, or system of beliefs you have created. You defining the outcome of your beliefs and actions as the mind when really mind just processes those and doesn’t work on its own. Bashar explains this very well I think. “”So...I´m not advocating for a lack of action, but rather avoiding acting in the world from a place of lack.””” now this is a matter of choice and not the product of the mind itself. I think to properly have this conversation we would have to agree on the meaning of some definitions and then we could re discuss. I think you may be confusing definitions a little bit.

  21. It is not an absurd question at all. In many shamanic cultures and traditions it is said that everything is aware and responsive I think it is safe to assume that yes characters could have some kind of consciousness , this may be with very different rules to this reality, but still a consciousness. In basic explanation everything we can imagine or create exists.

  23. I’m new to the forum, it’s actually a first time for me in any forum. As I write my experiences in form of replies to you all I am reminded of the greatest thing that ever happened to me and helped me the most with my self development and understanding of what this experiance here on earth can be. So I thought I will make a post about it. Some years ago now, as I was studying shamanic cultures I came to realisation that most of what I have learned up until that point about what would be the happiest experiance of this life, what is this experiance about and how to experiance it. Also as it turned out how to approach a lot of human like problems, those completely mundane ones as well as spiritual ones. This experiance is having a dog. Going back to the story as I was studying it prompted me that all of those teachings led to similar conclusion or assumption that ultimately we are all seeking a positive experiance, a happy one. I was contemplating on what I have learned and looking at my dog it hit me, this is it, my dogs experiance is exactly what I’m trying to experiance, want to experiance. His pure happiness , living moment to moment , staying completely in the present moment, feeling emotions but only in the moment. Dogs sometimes get scared but when scary thing ends they just move on to the next thing that makes them the happiest in that moment, or in to whatever is happening in the next moment, they almost instantly forget about it. My dog was my greatest teacher all along I just didn’t recognise it. Dogs don’t have a sense of time, they don’t even know they are getting older ( at least this is what we know about dogs so far through experiance of science) dogs are not bound by humanly problems or wonder about the meaning of life, they just experiance it. Do you think we can learn self actualisation , self development and how to experiance life from or with the help of animals?
