  1. Hi In order to reach a goal, you have to have a plan. It doesn't have to be a fancy plan, but you have to have some idea of how you are going to reach the goal. A plan simply consists of the steps you are going to take that bring you closer and closer to the goal. The upside of plans is that sometimes they work. The downside of plans is that sometimes they don't work. This confuses a lot of people who identify with a plan. In other words, they think that if a plan fails, then they have also failed. People give up using a plan or aiming for a goal, but they don't fail, rather then analysing what you call a failure you could either move on to a different goal or try a different method or set of methods to achieve it. ''How do the fundamental interactions between objective reality, subjective intention, physical laws, metaphysical principles, logical structures, psychological dynamics, and ethical considerations collectively influence the process of setting, pursuing, and achieving goals within the fabric of existence?'' I don't exactly know how those things influence the process but I also don't think I have to know it, I have learned to not overthink when it comes to achieving goals. What I do know is that after the goal and the plan there is a third factor important for success, and that's a purpose. Again, we have an area of confusion, because a lot of people think a purpose is the same as a goal, and it isn't at all. A purpose is the reason why you make a plan and set a goal. No one does anything without a purpose. A purpose is what motivates you to want to achieve a goal in the first place. It isn't an intellectual reason for doing it. It's an emotional reason based on some BENEFIT of achieving the goal. And in order to even move toward the goal, that benefit has to be more important to you than any benefit from NOT moving toward the goal. The more you love or desire something, the more likely you are to keep on moving and the more likely you are to succeed. This is a quote from one of my teachers which I agree with : ''It's good to have markers to help guide us through life, because they give us something to aim at. Markers--or goals--are not the same thing as resolutions, although many people confuse them. A resolution is a decision to do or not do something, like "I resolve to exercise more in 2025." A goal is something you aim at, like saying, "My goal is to take two inches off my waist." To make it more simple, a resolution is a decision, and a goal is a target. However, decisions don't make things happen, and neither do goals. In order to make something happen you have to take action of some kind. Action on a decision moves you forward away from the decision. Action on a goal moves you toward the goal.'' Important thing to note here from my own findings and experiments on this subject: it seems that putting expectation on the outcomes of the goals creates a sort of resistance , ultimately making the road to the goal longer/harder. Setting a goal with intention of having a great experience with it , using your imagination to feel what you would feel if you achieved your goal, having no doubt of any kind in the process - having 100% trust that whatever the outcome of this journey is it will be positive and beneficial to me ( here I really mean ''whatever the outcome'') , creates a lot smoother road. I have also noticed that when it comes to so called ''failure'', learning to not define it as failure, learning to not react negatively to it, and this requires real conscious effort and learning to almost ignore emotions of anger, disappointment etc that come up when we don't achieve something we set out for, creates a chain of events to follow where there is less of those situations, things begin to harmonise, synchronise, opportunities come up for new experiences and new goals to be set. Conclusion here that your reaction to the events is everything , we have a system within us that learns your own patterns of behaviour based on how you reacted to something in the past and uses what it learned to react in a similar way to similar situations in the future , lets call it a subconscious'' , because we are repeatable creatures same principles can be applied in many different situations, and so we are on our way to quickly create behavioural habits, experimenting with changing those habits and teaching my ''subconscious'' new reactions to events I have discovered a whole new world and a whole new way to not just achieve goals but navigate through this reality.
  2. @Nivsch I don’t think I was being harsh at all. Just think from her perspective, and you are strangers , 28 years ago is a long time ago and you were a child, she doesn’t know you as an adult, haven’t seen you in 28 years probably hadn’t even thought about you as I assume she had many students over the years and you must have been in a class so it wasn’t one to one time for 3 years 6 days a week, some people would be very polite on the phone but think it is a little strange. Your desire to meet with her might not be her desire and people have free will to decide for themselves what they want to do, reasons worn’t be known.
  3. @Nivsch Hi , you can't know ins and outs of someones life or reasons for doing or not doing something. You said you going to wait few months and then send a reminder? That's a little creepy and weird. Maybe she didn't mind talking on the phone but found meeting in person a little weird, i'm just assuming from a woman's point of view. My thoughts are : leave the woman alone, if she wanted to meet with you she would have and if you push it you might be seen as a stalker.
  4. @Actualising it would be the one that works for you. If it brings results then it works. Whatever is effective.
  5. @Javfly33 yes I agree, that’s balance , everything is a perfect orchestration of patterns 😀
  6. I remember reading a study about this. I don't remember where so I can't post a link but the study related to feeling the stare of other people and results were that we somehow , maybe telepathicaly are able to sense a sort of connection from a person that focuses on you, this proves ( in science world but outside of it too) that we are all connected and the way to direct this connection is our focus, attention. This is interestig and as I say often energy flows where attention goes and attention goes where energy flows The uncomfortable feeling might be because we don't tend to accept this type of telepathy as a normal thing that we can connect in this way and everything we don't know and don't accept as normal feels a little uncomfortable.
  7. @Past-Philosopher-562 you already have some kind of world view, a collective of opinions, outlooks, interpretations , understanding, values, rules you live by etc, some of that view will change as you learn more about the world, some may not , everyone is different. What I would like to say is that you have a choice , always, and you have a choice to change your world view at any time. If what you are looking for is a particular philosophy, way of life, religion , a system with certain rules already integrated in to it, you can choose that too and do your best to stick to it, although I prefer to shift between different world views depending on what is useful to me at the time. World view will be ever changing. ''How do I align my internal reflection and understanding of my worldview with practical goals that help me survive, get a job, and achieve visible outcomes?'' You do what you need to do when you need to do it integrating your values in to everyday life. Do practical things practically as and when it's required. Knowledge is just information without putting it in to practise, you can listen to loads of gurus , read loads of book , if you don't try it for yourself , its just words carried by the wind. I like to experiment with whatever new I hear or read by simply trying it out without questioning , if something sounds interesting I'll try it for myself before I make any opinions on it and this gives me a choice of wether or not thats effective for me, if not I try another thing. A spider builds its web , web gets destroyed , spider doesn't cry about it , just move elsewhere and builds another web, try a new place without crying about what has happened to his old one. You could be like a spider and if something doesn't work for you just try something else.
  8. It's ok no worries I thought you have misread, hence I thought I'd explain. I have found shamanic practises of Hawaiian traditions to be my preferred way of viewing the world, I prefer practical solutions to ''problems'' challenges ( I don't like to call problem a problem, I prefer to call it a challenge), to try and experiment with different ways to help solve a challenge and to see what works and what doesn't and the use what works. Being open to many possible ways of doing something opens more doors for me and provides more probabilities of possible solutions, being aware I have a choice creates a reality for me when I'm never really stuck on anything because I always remember I can try another way. Everything that happens is essentially neutral until I give it a meaning either positive or negative or sometimes none at all, but it is up to me how I want to feel about it. One thing is certain if you ignore the ''problem'' it will take its own course , I know I can navigate and influence my reality although I can not control what happens, I try not to create resistance and I always have a belief that whatever happens will always work out for the best, even if it is not what I expect in my mind, still it always works out for the best. I have to be careful here in my use of words as some might understand it as things always working out in a way we want them to, but it is not like that at all. It is more ..... despite what happens I know, I have no doubt that the events are being orchestrated in such a way that it will always work in my favour in the end even if I can't see it yet and so I experiance them and do what I need to do when I need to do it staying in the present moment. Action is needed though and you are taking action in order to find solutions , and thats fantastic , you not sitting there just waiting for things to happen you doing something about it and I support that.
  9. @Applegarden8 this isn't really a method for solving problems of life just a reminder that you have worth in this world, and whatever is happening your efforts in doing what you choose to do are worth it too. It was more in a form of support, perhaps I should have written an explanation I do apologise. I wish you all the best in using your method.
  10. @kamill I just watched the video and this isn't a technique used by myself but like Leo said and I agree, there's many forms of shamanism and I don't know all of the techniques out there, however from a shamanic point of view I practise - about your bodies reaction: This is most likely due to some kind of tension created by resistance towards something. Some part of us records our experiences wether you remember it or not, we call it body memories - memories that are stored in the body, you most likely won't know what it is about exactly, body parts remember bodies reaction to something that has happened somewhere down the line and produce tension in a particular area which is held there, and that is what you are experiencing. The breathing technique moves the energy through your body and some things might come up, body might just be letting you know it needs work and relaxation in a particular area which holds tension. In order to help this I would recommend stopping the rapid breathing for a few moments and start to breathe normally while holding your attention on the area of tension, all you are doing is holding your attention there, now relax that part of the body, you just holding your attention there and giving a direction to relax this area to the body, thats it. See if it feels better , when it does try to go back to the breathing technique and start over. Another technique is: hold the attention on the part of the body where tension presents and say : whatever this is about I forgive it completely and it doesn't matter any more. See what effect it has. Both techniques might have to be repeated a few times depending on how much tension is being held by the body part.
  11. Ye ok man….. if “nothing “ exists then “something” exists Just a note : I lucid dream quite often and I’m aware in the dream it’s me who’s directing the dream and it’s me who’s dreaming. thanks for sharing your perspective
  12. In that case someone/ something has to dream the dream and for that to happen it has to exist
  13. You seem to understand it yet you not dead
  14. If you have the ability to perceive , you exist.
  15. How did you come to this conclusion? You can’t deny that you exist if you didn’t you wouldn’t be here writing this.
  16. For example African cultures , shamanism accepts everything as aware and responsive. I practise Hawaiian ancient shamanism which teaches the same thing, hence my answer to your topic was , “it is not absurd” , I would accept that those characters in stories have a type of consciousness as I said before it would have different rules to our reality but if it’s been imagined then it exists in its own right and if it exists it is conscious although we may not understand how it works exactly.
  17. @MarioGabrielJ Ego is an effect, an effect of the resistances we have to being and expressing who we really are. I wrote this same previously in one of the topics. People really make ego in to a thing or a being and it is none of those things, however we can create an experiance where it will feel this way and it will feel very real. I prefer not to do that instead I use it as a tool an indicator , it’s a part of me and since it is it can be used in a positive way.
  18. @yasseringgg the most important relationship is with yourself, world around you will reflect this, if you are looking for certain type of romantic relationship ask yourself how much do you actualy love yourself, truly reflect on that. I don’t mean here how much you love your appearance, but rather are you happy with who you are, do you know your own worth and do you love that, can you be your own validation. Can you just be happy no matter what is happening around you, or do you have a belief you need someone to make you happy, because if it’s a second one you will create an experiance in which this exists. If you want a different experiance you need to change something that your are doing / thinking to bring different results. You might be creating some resistance and it results in what you don’t want.
  19. Yep, on a funny note someone could punch you hard enough for you to become unconscious 😂
  20. Awareness is being present, in our language it can also be used in different ways depending on context , for example you just found out something new that you wasn’t aware of before and now you are aware of it. Focus is the ability to hold attention on something Emotions , energy in motion, your internal response and confirmation system to what beliefs you hold. Feelings , it’s a result of set of ideas we have about something , change the ideas, what you think, the feelings will change As to consciousness , do you mean from spiritual point of view ? Depends in what context you use the word it may mean slightly different things. For example you can be conscious meaning just awake, aware and responsive.
  21. Don’t just hope, do what you need to do when you need to do it. Always think about the goal in a positive way but don’t insist on the outcome this can create resistance. Just do what you gotta do and expect the best. I’m sure there is plenty to learn, so learn it, plenty to experience , so experience it, you have already taken steps to creating this for yourself just flow with it.
  22. thats not negative energy just negatively thinking people. Energy is neither negative nor positive, people are, energy moves and can be moved or transformed but its not a physical thing. ''I distant my self and cleanse once in a while to help but that’s not enough.'' Essentially there's nothing to cleanse from because the negativity of others isn't your negativity, you have created a belief which says you are affected by others, this just need to change to I am not affected by others and am confident in my own state of being, it needs to be practised and may not be easy. By doing what you are doing now you are creating resistance to the circumstance and this prevents you from change. 'My aura is very strong, shiny and sensitive' How do you know that? If you imagining thats how it is without intention, setting a course , purpose for the aura it isn't having an effect on making a change in your reality, you could add an intention of harmonising, balancing to how you imagine your aura and while you do so in your imagination just hold focus on that, and then see if this has an effect. I generally dont bother with aura because I prefer to use other things, an aura would represent a mind body connection to me and was an indicator wether there's a balance or not between the two, and if it was as strong as you say you probably wouldn't be affected by what's happening. so perhaps it is how you would prefer for it to be. ''Also, demons are intrigued by my light which I wish I could just smack them for being so annoying in my life, Yeah I have experienced them, from touching my body, to touching me while sleeping, to knocking my door, etc). I don’t fear them btw, at this point I don’t even mind them if they are around.'' Well that is an interesting belief. World is what you think it is and so you should work on the way you think about the situation, your physical reality will always prove you right wether you think positively or negatively, might as well think positively since it will have an effect either way, and you want a positive effect yes? By tension you have created in your body through resistance you might have also created an effect where it feels like such things are happening, and because you have no better explanation you use what you have come to know so far, made conclusions and created a thought form that feels very real and so automatically your body responds and it may feel like touch. Remember that feelings and thought have an effect on your body and body will react one way or another. imagination plays a huge role. And you doubt that what you imagine can feel real or have an effect? Since you are already using thought forms and didn't even know it ,there's a couple of things you could try, see what results they bring , see if it works, experiment. 1. You clearly have a vivid imagination which you can use to your advantage. Lets use the demon analogy you referencing, you could try in your mind , imagine those demons, how they look , then freeze them in place and smash the frozen statues with a Hammer or baseball bat, keep repeating that in your mind for few minutes, do it a few time a day and see wether what you are doing in your imagination has an effect in the physical world. Just try it , you have nothing to loose by imagining, but it may bring some positive effect, our imagination has a huge power. think of other methods you can imagine to somehow destroy them and just imagine doing that. 2. Rather then imagining light of protection imagine light around you that makes you confident in your own self , that harmonises you, you can also use an image in your mind of the sea which has high waves crashing the shore and imagine those waves slowing down and harmonising with the see in to an even, calm flow with the intention of healing the situation you are in or at least lessening the effects. See what results you will get. 3. Imagine a healing light around the people who are around you with the intention of healing them and their negativity, I like to use green because green is the colour of plants and nature and those can bring about healing to the body and so I associate this colour with healing energy. See wether it Brough even the slightest change. 4. In a meditation , your imaginations or in a day dream, you ask ask for a symbol for the situation you are in, something will show up, hold your focus on it, observe it and then change something in this symbol, it could be its shape , colour, size , texture, just change something, and then look for changes in your reality to see if it was effective. Those methods would have to be repeated for a time or until you notice change, just practise it, experiment with it and see for yourself whether imagining can have an effect on your physical reality. Most of all please understand that no one and nothing can affect your state of being apart from you. If you hear someone's criticism and direct it at your self you will feel that effect of it because it is what you going to think about yourself, but you dont have to. Let people say and do whatever they want and dont think the same about yourself. Be strong in your own thoughts about who and what you are. If you want something to change you have to change something.
