@JevinR Help with your ego satiety, probably. Help with your feel good, for sure. New age is designed to mislead people with really good mix of lies and truths and all those pure good, all positive attitude is one of most dangerous stuff there is in this dogma. Please explain to me what this "Life Puropse" is and why did you write it with big letters.

Negative thoughts just 'are'. You may chose if they are good/bad you can take action to make them so. You can chose to just watch them as many of trash you mind produce.

If you agree that we are immortal 'soul', we live to get knowledge and to gather experiences. If you have happiness in your life its nice, but you dont need it, and sometimes its nice lesson not to have it, perhaps you need that lesson in this life. If you do stuff the right way and you use your 'karma' to learn you will be happy when you need it.

Fix your mindset. Answer yourself why you are interest in girls. You need to understand that 'girls' are people. If you still not meditating, start. Perhaps your small talk skills are bad. Start talking to people, do some exercise. Maybe your hormones are problem.

Make sure you understand biology of humans before you go into any diet. For example you need right amount of omega-3s and omega-6s and vegan diet is commonly known for bad proportion of those. So take stuff like that into account. Take care about amino-acids in protein you need to get all that we do not create, and not many vegan food have right amount (or enaugh of right amount). Do calculation dont do it by feel.

There are 2 types of learning. 'Blunt' and 'Active'. Active is really 'hard' and require a lot of will power resource, but if you do it regularly its much more effective. Blunt is something like repeating methods and they are 'easy' and not much will dependent, but may be long and boring (and also you cant learn as much as 'Active'). Every one need to learn how and when to use those 2. This is my list of 'methods' 1 is best 10 is not effective (and time consuming) Teaching someone. [ACTIVE] Answering question after you understand topic. [ACTIVE] Researching on topic and doing presentation [ACTIVE] Advance Highly Personalized 3D Memory Palace with all memorizing rules. [ACTIVE/ mey be BLUNT] Usual Memory Palace [ACT/BL} Common memorizing methods (acronyms for example) [BLUNT may be little active if you want] Repeating methods [BLUNT] Rewriting information with your specific notating method (can be word map) [BLUNT] Reading with understanding stuff [BLUNT] Looking on stuff [BLUNT]

From what i researched and my own experience: Calculate your rem cycle http://sleepyti.me/ and when you get it right ( you can get up second you wake up) stick to it ! ALWAYS. You dont sleep more and you dont sleep less. (of course sometimes you need to but dont make it a habit) ; 7 hours is what you generaly need. (7 cycle is good place to start) you can opt out for 5 cycle and 2 nap (20 min) cycle through day time. Total dark room if possible and you cant use light up to 1 hour before sleep. (This is important) Dont eat 5 hour before sleep. You can take magnesium cirrate 1 hour before sleep. ( Its not that big of a help but its something) If you still cant have good sleep try affirmations. Again get diet right. Not enough minerals in diet specialy electrolytes can mess you up.

Good diet. Good amount of protein (1g per 1kg is good option), never over-eat carbohydrates. Your food need to cover minimal amount of Mg, K, Ca, Zi. And those minerals NEED to be bio-available. Vit C form food is a big one too. Cold shower is amazing, but hard. Exercise.
