Who is this God that I cannot behold? A being so profound that even a fleeting glimpse could lead to my destruction? Who is this God, whose vast power and complexity are beyond my comprehension, leaving me limited in my attempts to understand its essence? Who is this God that has fashioned me, along with all other beings who embody both good and bad values in my life? This same God has created the environment and reality that nurtures these values and, in turn, possesses the need and intent to judge me. Who is this God? Who is this God that creates simply because it can? The notion seems almost trivial—lacking depth and sophistication. To create for the sake of mere ability appears childish and unreasonable. And what of this God that creates out of love? Why does love necessitate creation at all? Just how emotional is God? Can a being attributed with such profound love also engage in actions driven by emotional whims, as humans sometimes do? These are not irrational questions. To attribute love to God implies a shared quality between the Creator and the created. "To love" is a distinctly defined emotion among humans, and if it can be ascribed to God, we must consider the implications of this connection. This alone disproves any description that God is nothing like its creation. -

How can something with an unchanging nature truly experience anything? This seems only possible if God possesses infinite time. -

@Someone here You are absolutely correct about the importance of moderation. However, it is essential to clarify that if someone has been engaging in masturbation 5 to 10 times a day for years and then suddenly decides to stop, they are likely to experience significant benefits. This shift can be particularly transformative for those who may be considered addicts in this context. Comparing this situation to that of an individual who masturbates only once or twice a week highlights a crucial distinction. The latter is not necessarily an addict; their relationship with masturbation is more balanced and less likely to have detrimental effects on their life. The decision to stop can lead to increased clarity, heightened energy levels, and a greater sense of self-control. These benefits can indeed be transformative, emphasizing that while moderation is essential, it is also crucial to recognize when a behavior has become excessive. Ultimately, understanding one’s habits and making informed choices can pave the way for a healthier and more fulfilling life.

To be honest, there may not be a definitive answer to managing sexual urges. However, I would suggest that if you find yourself in bed and those urges arise, it can be helpful to get up and move around for a few moments. This simple action can often cause the urge to diminish or even vanish entirely. Additionally, redirecting your thoughts can be an effective strategy. Instead of focusing on romantic or sexual thoughts, try to shift your attention to something entirely different.

I agree; well said, my friend.

Emotional exhaustion can occur when engaging in sex regularly, especially if the encounters lack genuine connection or intimacy. Over time, this may lead to feelings of detachment or dissatisfaction within the relationship.

@Keryo Koffa It's undeniably challenging to resist the urge to engage in self-pleasure🥲

It is an important distinction to make between solo practices and shared experiences with a partner. Engaging in sexual acts with a partner can offer a different set of emotional and physical benefits compared to masturbation. However, some may argue that sex should primarily be for procreation, and that engaging in it every day is not necessarily healthy. It is also important to remember that masturbation can be considered a form of sexual expression in its own right, contributing to one’s understanding of their body and sexual preferences.

In tantric traditions, it is often believed that women can both gain and share energy through their sexual experiences. However, from my perspective, the spiritual energy that women may experience after orgasm warrants further exploration and investigation.

Do you think the presence of a terrorist act in your dream reflects any underlying fears or anxieties you may have about the world or about the religion you admire? How might societal narratives about Islam influence your subconscious? Your dream may represent an inner conflict or struggle between your attraction to the Islamic religion and the negative stereotypes often associated with it. This duality can manifest in dreams as a way of processing complex emotions. Additionally, dreams often serve as a way for our minds to process current events or societal issues. If you have been exposed to news or discussions about terrorism and its impact on various religions, this could influence the content of your dreams. -

It really depends on how you define "meaning." If you had a tough day at work and during the night you dream of scolding or shouting at your colleagues, then I suppose that "means" you need to work on your stress management. On the other hand, dreams can be messages from other beings that we may or may not be able to see. Although I have not experienced this firsthand, I do believe that dreams are a medium of communication between us human beings and the spirit world. In a nutshell, if you want to find meaning in your dreams, first try to practice remembering them, then decipher their meaning once you have a clearer picture of your dream after waking up. One method you can use is to make a mental determination to remember your dream just before you sleep. Chant "I wish to remember my dreams as vividly as possible when I awaken" three to five times, then proceed to sleep. Alternatively, you can choose to keep a dream diary to track your dreams and see where they are heading overall. Sometimes, we need to piece together our dreams to see the bigger picture and better understand the meaning behind each dream. -

@Dazgwny What does experiencing eternity feel like compared to living in a temporal framework? -
Spiritual Warfare posted a topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
If something is truly eternal, can it engage in creation or change? Creation inherently involves some form of transformation, which presupposes the existence of time. If an entity exists entirely outside the confines of time, any act of creation would require a transition from one state to another. This suggests that an eternal being might be fundamentally incapable of such actions. I would love to hear your thoughts on this, as I seek clarity and understanding. I genuinely want to know if what Leo is saying holds true, and I hope to avoid being misled. -

@Paradoxed While it's true that our reactions to suffering and death are influenced by our human perspective, this subjectivity does not negate the emotional weight these experiences carry. Humans are inherently social beings, and our emotions are shaped by our connections to others. The grief we feel when losing loved ones is not just a selfish response; it reflects the love and bonds we share, which are significant aspects of the human experience. -

@Paradoxed Don’t tell me you wouldn’t cry like a nine-year-old girl if the cartels captured you in the dark woods, knowing you made your mom upset yesterday and desperately wanting to say sorry, but realizing that while you’re with the cartels, you may never get the chance to apologize to her! You wouldn’t see life as beautiful in that moment, especially knowing you were facing the worst possible torture imaginable. It’s hard to find beauty in life when confronted with such stark realities. How do you reconcile these intense emotions with the broader concept of existence? -

Thank you! 💓 (Hey, I'm God, I'm all-powerful, and I've decided to be a pathetic human who pretends everything is good when, in reality, everything sucks.) -

I thought I was the only one who felt this way! I'm glad to hear you're not easily brainwashed, well done, my friend! It’s refreshing to connect with someone who questions the status quo and engages in deeper reflections about existence. -

In what ways can the deception of being finite be both beneficial and detrimental? Does this self-deception provide comfort and structure, or does it limit our potential for deeper understanding and growth? If we recognize the deceptive nature of our perception, what steps can we take to awaken to a more profound understanding of reality? Is it possible to live fully in the finite while maintaining awareness of the infinite? -

How do we differentiate between what is truly real and what is merely an appearance? If all experiences are ultimately empty when compared to the absolute, what criteria can we use to evaluate the significance of individual experiences? If consciousness is a relative phenomenon and its actions are merely appearances, what role does consciousness play in our understanding of reality? Is there a place for genuine agency or intentionality within a framework that emphasizes the emptiness of individual experiences?
