Oh i see . Thanks for clarifying sorry if I misunderstood your statement
-
I value your opinion, and you as a person, and appreciate your reply. It's a pleasure chatting with great people like you in this forum. I'd counter your claim if you don't mind. Your suspicions are incorrect I'm afraid. The data shows it's more dangerous for a random man to walk down the street than it is for a women. Yes women may be harassed more but it's less dangerous and are less likely to be killed or attacked. There's an instinct to protect women (and children). Women's and children first after all. https://www.sbs.com.au/news/the-feed/article/myth-busting-the-true-picture-of-gendered-violence/hbbqupyt8

Thanks for the reply always a pleasure chatting with you @Natasha Tori Maru! I'd like to suggest if you don't mind that the harmful misconception about your statement (although correct it a way) is that men can't and don't feel weak too. Many men feel and are just as weak women. Yet society discourages men from admitting it and thus the shame around feeling weak manifests in further harmful ways.

Yes it's a good post and it's all true. The name "matriarchy" is where there is a disconnect that prevents people from getting on board. It'slike telling white people that "white power" is toxic and evil (which it is) and then asking those very people to accept "black power" with open arms. It makes no sense in their minds. The truth is white people don't need "black power" and asking them to accept "black power" is a mistake. We need respect for humans that's it. We need to respect women (and men) more and the invaluable things they contribute. However as you see from you interactions in this forum is that the branding of "feminism" and "matriarchy" is a huge turn off that actually hurts your cause. We can respect women without labelling ourselves "feminists and matriarchs" -
Great point. Thanks for the reply. By the way women suck at it too they're just not expected to do it so we never realize it. Imagine how cringe it would be if you're minding your own business and this woman, who you want nothing to do with, comes up to you and asks you for your number. She would look just as pathetic as any guy doing the same thing. She would have to be pretty funny, natural, and charamatic to win you over right?

Let's turn criticism into something productive and ask ourselves: do we idolize Leo a little too much? Also, another good question: is being unhinged by actualized.org better than being hinged to an epistemologically shallow society?

I might have been wrong. Here's a more compelling reason men aren't approaching women anymore: they lack the social skills because they spend so much time online.

Hey interesting videos, I think it's pie in the sky thinking. The ideas are great, I'd even vote for them but they will never happen. If you run for office on this platform I will vote for you. How about that?

You can't answer this question with words because words themselves are a result of a paradigm where things are distinct in the world. -
Dear incredible people of the actualized.org forum! it's another amazing day to be alive. check out this interview if you are interested in the brief history of mysticism.

What a great thought provoking question! That's something I'll have to contemplate for a while. For now I'd say that it might be a mixture of both; intentionally keeping others trapped is a form of low and unconscious behavior. Perhaps if they were "fully aware" of their actions they wouldn't do it. -
Well said. This helped me the most too

And Ezra Klein is a highly skilled interviewer. -

And I agree with you that society's priorities are off and we are doing a disservice to ourselves and our young people by not teaching them high consciousness lifestyles and instead focus on shallow material persuits in many cases. -
Here's an interesting conversation....

Feminism is right that men and women are equal, which also means women can be just as foolish as men. A clear example of this is how some feminists exhibit the exact same toxic, hateful behavior as incels.

There's a great book called the "Let Them Theory" by Mel Robbins. As the title suggests let people do what they want. If that means they get sexually assaulted well then...let them. For women looking good is a survival strategy, no risk no reward. They are competing with other females for high quality males. If some want to get a head start then let them. There's a cost to everything and looking attractive is no exception. Women risk getting sexually assaulted but they stand to gain a higher quality sexual partner than if they looked homely. Or so they think. -

My pleasure, Harari is very knowledgeable and full of unique and original insights that makes his interviews and books some of the best out there on history and geopolitics. -

Because you are God realized and want to impregnate a 13 year old. (Mary, Jesus's mom, was about 13 when God impregnated her for those who don't get the joke) -

Anyone else sick of these unprecedented times? Good reminder to hate the game, not the player. I guess "the land of the free" was a nice experiment that was good while it lasted (the founders had slaves after all so was it ever really free?) and has resulted in whatever is happening now. I guess afterall freedom means someone like Trump can be elected. One reason given to why Trump was elected is because while the billionaires have distracted and polarized us with our phones, our ruling class is able to get away with evermore sloppy and nefarious governance. As Leo's example of educating and thinking for oneself becomes even more of scarce practice it becomes all the more important and valuable. Unfortunately the right people will never hear this message only this tiny pocket of the internet. -
Seneca said that the comics often speak the most truth. This bit on relationships by Gaffigan is pretty good, especially the part were he jokes how little men have to do with the birth process. If men had the risk of pregnancy they too would be much more picky and less eager to have sex.
