Hi everyone,
I am searching for a topic which I yet do not know the name of, what it's called, or where more resources to find out more about it. The reason I want to know more about it is to find out how to go about practicing it, because when the aha-moment does occur, it's just amazing.
What I am talking about is the sense of that the world is very big, and how everything that occurs in our daily life is very minor, that our small problems and negative events aren't as big as we picture them in our mind. It's very easy thing to say when helping others, but very hard to put into practice; feeling that things that aren't a big deal, in fact is extremely small since the world is huge and in a couple of years I might be somewhere else in my life and personal development.
The sensation is like winning the lottery, or achieving a major goal you have been striving for a long time, or sometimes after I leave the gym. It doesn't necessarily have to feel like you are on top of the world, but the feeling can put things into perspective. Like that life goes on and you are able to achieve whatever you strive for.
I do silly things when I am in that state. Like singing for myself in public, picking up litter from the ground, help people, and just feeling as if i am a small molecule in a huge world, filled with places to go to and more than a thousand opportunities. I also don't get tied down to just one plan that is a part of the current isolated world I live in.
I'm sure this can be achieved by meditation, which is what I will aim to do. But I kind of need concrete suggestions, guidelines and a bit more resources. I feel that this one thing could yield a very big impact on my mindset, opening up a new paradigm and help improve my overall actualization progress.
